I liked that it was close to everything.

They got tubs were cold, there were mosquitoes and bugs all around the rooms, it was so loud, I got no sleep. The music went on until 5am, and lastly they gave me a dumb charge for getting makeup on my face towel and charged me 30 dollars for a towel!!!! I told them I would wash it they didn’t let me. No face towel is 30 bucks!!

The hotel was on the Main Street. Easy access.

It only has ceiling fans. The room was too hot the entire time I was there.

Location is awesome. Most of the staff was pleasant.

No air conditioning. Security guard for rooms was quite rude. I heard another guest also complaining about him. He acted like front desk employees work for him not the other way around.

Clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Got a 40% food discount coupon to the Patio restaurant that came handy and the food was surprisingly good. If you come to Rosarito to party and drink (which we DIDN’T) this hotel will suit you well. Otherwise stay in another hotel as far as you can, because the music is so loud that the hotel walls shook until the music stopped at 5am.

I've had food poisoning that was a better experience than this place... no joke! #1 pictures showed a beautiful large tub, plenty of room and a beautiful view. We got a tiny room, hard bed and hot & cold shower #2 no AC in the building - MISERABLE #3 3pm is check in, can't check bags early like any other resort. We were early, 2nd time at 3 lines out the door. Half people were renewing a room key you have to do daily. #4 staffs dressed like slobs- everyone had food stains on their shirts #5 right next to all night party blasts music til 4AM. You won't sleep! When you do you're in a stuffy sweaty room #6 parkings in a dirt field, trash everywhere #7 no English tv channels #8 same price as Rosarito Beach Hotel- a true resort #9 staff outside the window yelling to each other at 7am #10 towels are old, rough and nasty #11 4 deck couches around 1 small pool #12 hot tubs are filthy and cold water #13 restaurant is average at best and over priced #14 the bed was HARD, slightly better than the floor #15 it's so small, stuffy, hot, barely big enough for 1 person with a bed you can't sleep on

Absolutely nothing

Be prepared to wait three hours in line for check-in , and un cleanliness complete and outer chaos, loud & no sleep actually we checked out at 1 o’clock in the morning and took a 6 Hour Rd. back home. This place is horrendous.

I didn’t like the fact that there is no ice machine or refrigerators or an iron. I expected the room to be hot due to no AC.

The only problem is the clubs around the hotel , the noise stops around 2:30 am, for me it was ok , I close my window and no problem for me.

Me agrado que la habitación tiene vista al mar y al salir de ella en el pasillo puedo ver la ciudad : calle, coches , establecimientos, gente caminando etc

el ventilador de techo de la habitación es necesario cambiarlo ya no proporciona mucho aire para la habitación por lo tanto se siente sofocada la habitación.

There was a power outage we didn’t get breakfast

We were able to book a room for 5 people through booking but once we were there we were told we couldn’t stay more than 4 people per room they moved us to another wing it was old and very dirty No a/c.

Mucho ruido como para dormir, pero entiendo que por la ubicación es de esperarse. Otra cosa es que te piden depósito de 100 dlls, después te los regresan, pero esto debería estar explícito a la hora de reservarlo.

It didn't have air conditioning, we opened windows the breeze was nice, but the noise from outside was horrible and we couldn't sleep and rest the whole night.

Nothing couldn't rest, pay for parking additionally, and the parking was far away, the room is nothing compared to the pictures on the website, i ask for an additional key for the room, but they knew as soon as you activate one the other one is no longer working, but they don't tell you.

They have a small plaza next to the hotel, very loud, you can't rest, the room smells so bad, the bathroom makes a sound like if the water will come out like a volcano, the beds are so old and nasty, the towels forget it, I buy my own., no lights, and no AC., my mom and I we are Disable and they didn't allow me to park inside the hotel after a complaint next day. They offer the 40% off on your breakfast or dinner, and they didn't apply that discount until I request again when I told them they already took my voucher., not even a frame on a wall, there waeat. Small table or chairs to est.

I loved that it was walking distance to the beach and restaurants..

I didn't like that the room had no air-conditioner or a table and chair to sit..the room look a little older bed frames could use an update.. bedding a little stain but not terrible. Overpriced and did not include ac or breakfast. I would not come bavk.

The check in line was two hours long, the rooms don’t look like the pictures and it gives jail vibes. The pool water was green and dirty with trash in it. The Jacuzzi was warm. Not even a slight bit hot. Despite asking management to see if they can do something about it we never got any response. There are only two elevators and one stopped working. So all of the guests were using one. I don’t recommend this hotel whatsoever. 5/10.

The property was in a great location right in the middle of downtown next to everything. Our room has a beautiful ocean view. They offered complementary breakfast at restaurant next door which was a plus and great.

All the amenities were not open and we had issues with our toilet in the restroom they came and fix the issue right away but it did happen a few times. I also don’t like how not all rooms have AC wasn’t an issue for our current stay but I’m sure it would be during the summer. Overall the hotel is in a great location next to everything.

too noisy I will don't care from the view side but the front door that leads to the street you can hear everything it's not sounds proof. toilet when you flush it takes forever to flush, 2 you loose the wrist band they charge you for each $20.00 they charged us $30 dollars to wash 1 sheet cuz had some spots of blood due to my period so first time I know they charge extra for that. No AC unit so was kind of hot and extractor in bathroom didn't work and have no window.

The Hotel was good, Only the loud music on the weekend but the staff warning us about it , but we could tolerate it. The view was excellent. The breakfast Bonus was excellent.

engañosos anuncios, en la publicidad dicen que tienen 7 albercas y solo tienen 1 con dos yacusis, me pareció muy deshonesto esa parte. El hotel ya se ve viejo sin remodelaciones. No lo recomendaría.

Nos hospedamos porque fuimos al Spring Break de Papas & Beer, queda super cerca fuimos caminando, las personas de recepción fueron muy amables, las camas y almohadas super cómodas, también nos tocó una buena vista a la playa! El desayuno que venía incluido es para un restaurante que se encuentra justo al lado del hotel, pudimos escoger el platillo, estuvo muy rico♡

The only thing I liked was the area where it's located.

The hotel charges way too much for the rooms. They have no air conditioning, nowhere to put your luggage, and the room and bathroom are tiny. There's not even a place to put the soap in the shower; you have to put it on the floor. The rooms get really hot because there's no ventilation, and the fan doesn't even work properly. We booked for two days but only stayed one because of the terrible service at that hotel. I'll never go back to that dump.
