I could hear the surf while in bed . The A/C was awesome. Good toilet paper . Pretty good rate .

It needs to be maintained to a decent level . Very neglected..Broken facet with open hole drain . Dont drop an earring , broke light switch cover , poor lighting at mirror , shower curtain not long enough to keep the water in the shower. Filthy exterior windows , with no screen . Entry door out of wack, Barking dogs most of the night .not one picture on a wall ,bare bones, no cart to assist with luggage .lousy towels .

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue bastante decepcionante. El estacionamiento es demasiado claustrofóbico, estaba muy sucio y había un fuerte olor a orines. Las instalaciones se sienten completamente anticuadas. El estuco, las puertas y especialmente las chapas parecen no haber sido renovados en muchísimos años, algo que considero poco acorde con los precios que maneja el hotel. Lo más grave fue la falta de seguridad y control de las llaves. Me entregaron la llave de una habitación que YA ESTABA OCUPADA. Entré pensando que era mi cuarto y encontré las pertenencias de otra familia, que aparentemente había salido. Pude entrar como si nada. Esto me hizo preguntarme: ¿qué seguridad tienen realmente los huéspedes y sus pertenencias si pueden entregar por error la llave de una habitación ocupada? La alberca también estaba demasiado sucia. Además, no permiten ingresar bebidas personales, aparentemente para que los huéspedes tengan que consumir las que venden dentro. Por el precio que cobran, esperaba instalaciones mucho más cuidadas, mayor limpieza y, sobre todo, un sistema de seguridad y control de habitaciones mucho más serio.

Long check in time, poor pool quality, poor breakfast quality, room and bathroom was low quality. One of the pillows had a bad smell. And the worse thing, the policy about children not getting a breakfast pass. The price of the room was the same with or without my children, this policy does not make sense.

Horrible la espera para realizar el check in, mas de dos horas esperando y nada, tuve que regresar tiempo después, el personal poco útil para resolución de problemas. La habitación no contaba con aire acondicionado, como se especificaba en la descripción. Muy caro por lo poco que se ofrece, la habitación bien a secas.

The rooms, I got two rooms and they were dirty, the sheets on the beds and the pillows smelled bad , showers were not clean at all !!

Everything has to be upgrade, especially the stuff that are not friendly at all and my room. It was so smelly that I cannot even stand.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the checkout.

Our water didnt work, the room was filthy and smelled, our window was broken, there was a random hole on the ceiling, there was no AC, the parking was very bad, you can tell the staff was stressed, unsafe for children, and way to expensive for the price.

Rooms where dirty, bed waa lumpy and I woke up with horrible back pain that made me sweat cold, shake and feel dizzy. Pool needs cleaning and renovating, sauna wasn’t working. Called front desk for towels and I never got an answer. Definitely would never stay there again.

Hotel need to.be be updated. Pool was close at 5PM on a Saturday because of a wedding.

We were right by the beach and everything was walking distance . It was really comfortable and nice. I really like the breakfast included option , it was really delicious.

When we were using the sink to wash our hands , there was an odd smell coming from the sink.

The receptionists, so rude from the get go. They all seemed so busy to even check you in, no form of greeting and when they finally get to you there was no information given to you. As we walked out of the hotel I mentioned to the receptionist we were checking out, she asked for my key but I had forgot it in the room. She wanted me to go up to get it or she would charge me. That weekend there was a lot of people, barely any towels and the elevators took forever. I was going to try to go up but I was in a rush so I told her to charge it to my room and she rudely said that she needed my card so I couldn't leave. I paid cash and left, but that should've been mentioned at check in. She had so much attitude to be working in the hospitality industry.

Tbh nothing I will never stay there again no ice bathroom tile has mold no ventilation tv sucks ass no signal when checking in I got green bracelet becuase I added my kids and everyone when booking with booking.com I do everything right than I took off my sons bracelet because to sleep it was bugging him I went to ask for one down strair new day I figured they will give it to him but unfortunately they didnt they tried to charge him 8 bucks more for breakfast mind u he’s only 4 so most likely he wont even eat a whole big meal what much can a 4 year old eat I had to go get the one I took off him I mention to the lady she was not doing the right thing because I work at a hotel and u don’t just allow half guest free breakfast she dont care I will never stay here again I don’t recommend anyone coming from United States to stay here there other hotels next door that look better and I’m sure will attend better please don’t wait your money not worth it I rather pay 20usd more next door but I better view better everything

Yes, we had oceanview. We come here twice a month. Thevrooms are nicely renovated. Staff us super friendly and helpful. They make ys feel at home each time we visit.

TV did not work and parking spots are very inconvenient. Staff was polite and nice but I wouldn’t recommend this place.
