Nous y avons passé un bon séjour en famille : l’emplacement ainsi que la chambre était bien. Personnel de l’accueil très sympathique.

Petit bémol sur l’état des vélos proposés à la location… ceux-ci méritent une révision. Je confirme les commentaires précédents sur les assiettes du petit-déjeuner : avoir de véritables assiettes serait certainement plus judicieux.

Très bon emplacement et petit déjeuné ok

L’isolation de l’établissement est absolument mauvais. On entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans les couloirs (les craquements de sol, les gens qui parlent). Le matin, vous serez probablement réveillé très tôt si vous êtes sensible au bruit.

貸切温泉、朝食つきが嬉しかった。車で少し行くと施設がいろいろあって便利だった。冷蔵庫に冷凍設備もあって良かった!

布団の中に髪の毛が入っていたのは残念。子供２人と計３人で２人部屋に泊まらせて貰ったから仕方ないのだが、コップやまくらが３つあると助かった。

バルコニーのお風呂が良かった。

アクセスが極端にわかりにくいが、予約サイトに説明がない。 チェックイン時の説明が丁寧ではない（バルコニーの風呂の使い方など） 館内スリッパなのだが、最も安い使い捨てを使っているので快適ではない、数十円の追加で 使いすいてでも良いスリッパが用意できるのに。 朝食はすべて紙皿、紙コップで残念。

しかし、バスルームは改善の余地が大いにあります。ジャグジーは詰まっていて、シャワーをひねっても水が流れず、ジャグジーに水が溜まってしまいました。本当に気持ち悪かったです。さらに、洗面台の蛇口をひねって歯を磨こうとすると、床に水が漏れていました。ホテルのマネージャーに伝えましたが、何も対応してくれませんでした。

住二樓沒有電梯，搬大行李蠻不方便的。 因為是小木屋，走路聲音會蠻大的。

Lovely traditional cabin and garden. Nice shared lounge area where they store luggage. Good location for taking the bus to 5th station and bus to Tokyo by the Highland Q.

Our private onsen had a tiny crack, so kept needing topping up

It was great. We stayed three days in Fuji-go-ko but only one day here, and wished we'd stayed here the whole time. The room was really nice, and the location felt rural even though it was on the edge of a city, within walkable distance of a bunch of restaurants, and Fuji Q Highland. Breakfast was nice, not a huge range of stuff but definitely enough. We stayed on a weekday and it was great value, although I see they crank the prices on the weekend.

The paper plates/cups at breakfast was a bit wierd, something that made it feel very hostel-like, but I can understand why. And I'd have given another point if the sauna was running.

The room was clean and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the large bathroom with its large bath, which you can book for up to an hour. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was a nice extra, which made the room rate very reasonable.

We arrived by car, so it was fine; however, if you are relying on pubic transport, you may find the location a little inconvenient. There are a couple of chain restaurants within easy walking distance, but again, if you do not have a car...

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera era molto bella, spaziosa e pulita. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la vasca da bagno esterna in pietra, che era davvero rilassante e piacevole da utilizzare dopo una giornata in giro. Un altro grande punto a favore è stata la colazione: era disponibile anche una colazione internazionale, con molta scelta e tutto molto buono. Il check-in è disponibile dalle 15:00, ma se si arriva prima è possibile lasciare le valigie in deposito. Nel complesso è stata un'ottima esperienza e consiglio sicuramente questo hotel.

Non ci sono stati problemi, ci siamo trovati bene su tutto.

Manager was racist. I have arrived 25min before 15:00 and he told me that i have to wait until 15:00 but 5 min after me came other group of none white people and they could check in before 15. Only difference between us was that I am white. Manager was old beefy Japanese gentleman.

Convenient location for hiking Mt Fuji and if you want the Onsen experience without the huge price. Breakfast was good. Liked the lounge and some outside space at the front, even in the hotel rooms of the main building. The 2 bookable Onsens were both nice. Used to washing machine on our last day which was good to have. We stayed 3 nights in total, 2 in the hotel room and one in the Japanese traditional Onsen room with private garden.

As soon as we arrived we asked about booking the bikes for the next day. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel. One staff member said oh Lake Kawagachi is really far and very hilly to cycle. We foolishly believed him. Deciding to walk and get the sightseeing bus. We were shocked to find nothing could have been further from the truth. Really ruined that day as cycling would have given us so much flexibility and pleasure. The bus service was unreliable and we walked to the lake in the end anyway. Also at breakfast the staff wouldn’t make any eggs at 8.50am . 40 minutes before breakfast ended. As a vegetarian very disappointing. I was also travelling with 2 vegans and informed them a few days before and told to find food in a convenience store. So we bought the soya milk when they could easily have done this for us. Then after we returned from Mt Fuji at 11am didn’t seem to try and get our room ready any earlier. A night in the mountain huts is not ideal and we really wanted to get into our onsen. They managed at 2.15 rather than 3pm. No idea on customer service.

Brilliant location for Fuji-Q

Tout est super! Courtoisie impeccable du personnel! On a changé notre chambre (sans qu’on le demande) pour une meilleure parce que la maison climatisation était défectueuse dans la chambre initiale. Après l’ascension du Mont Fuji, cet hôtel est bien situé pour aller se reposer et se détendre dans le onsen en plus d’un déjeuner inclu. Je recommande fortement!!!

La gentillesse et la courtoisie du personnel est AAA. Le onsen partagé était génial. Le déjeuner était bien, très bon café. La petite chambre régulière avec lit double très confortable dans le bâtiment principal. Robe de chambre fournie pour le onsen. À 2 minutes de Don Quijotte et pas très loin des autres dépanneurs/épiceries. Même si le bâtiment n’est pas super insonorisé (cela reste aussi la responsabilité des clients de faire attention) je recommande fortement cet hôtel, très confortable, accès à la salle à manger en tout temps avec micro-ondes et petit four, aussi un coin laveuse-sécheuse avec petit salon confortable. Merci à cet hôtel qui nous a permis de nous reposer avant notre ascension du Mont Fuji!

La salle de bain un peu à l’étroit mais on a tous ce dont nous avons besoin. Ne pas oublier que nous sommes au pied d’un volcan en bordure de forêt. Un petit coup de balayeuse sous le lit dans les coins difficiles à accéder serait nécessaire.

Breakfast + Onsen

It is very difficult to get to this accommodation. There is only 1 bus that goes there every hour up until a certain time, otherwise you have no way of getting there.

The location has its unique charm, and the staff is very attentive. The Japanese-style beds were very comfortable, and the amenities (towels, bathrobes, etc.) were sufficient and nice. Arriving there by public transport is very easy.

There were two toilets. One with a bath downstairs, one just a tiny toilet upstairs. The idea of saving water by placing a tiny sink above the toilet and using that water to flush may seem ingenious, but in practical life, that wasted more water because it cuts off the water on its own schedule, not after I wash off all the soap. And there was no soap there. I don't understand why people think it is ok to not to wash your hands with soap if you have a bidet installed. The bidet downstairs did not work, so we had to use the upstairs toilet, and it was not practical at all. The private onsen in the garden did not heat the water after a while, so I couldn't use it very well. I booked the communal one, but that was also small and not very hot. Accessing the property by public transport in daylight is very easy, but beware after sunset as there is not sufficient streetlights. I was also planning to explore Kawaguchiko, but using public transport to access there from the property was a nightmare, and an UBER we requested did not even come. If you can't drive, you need to make peace with the fact that you will be spending your time in the inn, or in the amusement park.

За свою цену отличное место! Онсен классный и его можно забронировать заранее не переживая за очереди. Комната чистая, кровать очень удобная. Они даже дают 2 подушки на односпальную кровать, что для отелей этой категории большая редкость. На удивление завтрак был очень хороший в европейском стиле, я получила от пребывания колоссальное удовольствие.

Если вы на машине, то добираться очень удобно, но если вы едете на Кавагучико на общественном транспорте, возможно это не лучший выбор.

It was a really nice stay. Staff were polite, location was convenient for restaurants, konbini and getting to the highway bus stop quickly. The Japanese style room with an outdoor bath was incredibly relaxing. The free breakfast was very thoughtful and a nice way to start the day. It was a really nice time. The atmosphere of the inn was serene. The room was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the staff for all your hard work.

The property was inside the forest and was a suggestive place to relax in a room combined with a bath available directly in the veranda.

Hear absolutely everything between the rooms whether it’s the one upstairs because the floors are made of wood, or the rooms next to you. And the pictures of the rooms were too modified because in reality it’s much darker.

Google Maps took us on a broken road that almost damaged our rental car when first navigating to this inn. Indeed the condition of all roads leading to this accommodation are terrible. Further, our room wasn't cleaned after our first night and there are no door knob signs provided to request to clean the room, or not disturb. Nor were we notified that apparently we have to make a formal request at the main counter if we want our room cleaned. The bathroom was also too small. And while this is to be expected in Japan for this price range of accommodation, it was still an uncomfortable experience having to use the bathroom !

Le gros point fort de cet hôtel est son onsen. C'était une expérience magnifique et très relaxante. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le fait de pouvoir en profiter en couple avec mon mari, ce qui est rare et très précieux. Un vrai moment de bonheur et de complicité.

C'est une honte et très très décevant. Le "chalet" est vétuste, sombre (absence de fenêtre), sent le renfermé, et la salle de bain/toilettes est minuscule. L'extérieur est tout aussi vétuste. L'onsen extérieur ne sert à rien, il est inutilisable à cause des insectes. De plus, le petit-déjeuner était vraiment très mauvais. Pour couronner le tout, le service est déplorable : nous avons demandé à l'accueil de nous réserver un taxi et ils ont refusé, nous laissant en difficulté. Un établissement à fuir absolument. Je tiens d'ailleurs à remercier chaleureusement l'accueil de l'hôtel Fuji-Q Highland qui, contrairement à cet établissement, a été exceptionnel : ils nous ont aidés à appeler un taxi sous une pluie battante alors que nous avions deux grosses valises et deux sacs à dos. Un service au top, contrairement à ici.

One thing that this place has above many others is the onsen that you can book like a private one. The rest of the stuff is kinda traditional, with tatami rooms and stuff like that. Some will like it, some will not.

I would say that there is maybe more options around if you look, or maybe try some different apps for different prices, cause that seems to happen to a lot of places.

Super duplex avec Onsen privatif. Grand appartement avec une grande cuisine, et un grand tatami pour dormir. Le Onsen privatif était vraiment formidable et très romantique. Idéal pour un couple.

L'isolation sonore n'est pas parfaite. On entendait beaucoup les voisins à travers le mur.

Ze reageerden niet op onze berichten, nadat we onze zwemkleding waren vergeten. We hebben het toen maar zo gelaten. Het ontbijt is erg basic.

Beautiful little garden with private bath. The bath ran beautifully and was clean. There was also an option to reserve the public onsen for free but we didn't have the need to use it. The cottage gets very cold so we had to use the heater which worked perfectly. AC, a fan and a (de)humidifier were also available. Futons were great, comfortable and clean. Parking was available.

Squeaky stairs and not enough soundproof wall - we could hear the neighbors walking and even talking sometimes. Bathroom was very small, but everything else was spacious. The upstairs AC's heating option didn't work but we managed to warm up just by using the downstairs heater.

Un hospedaje muy lindo cercano a la naturaleza y con un ambiente muy tranquilo lejos del bullicio de la ciudad, las habitaciones muy cómodas, el staff muy cordial y dispuesto a ayudar. Además, el desayuno fue muy bueno y los baños de aguas termales son excelentes.

Lo único que creo que podría mejorarse sería la conexión Wi-Fi, ya que realmente el servicio es muy lento y fue muy difícil poder utilizarlo para cosas básicas como comprar un boleto de colectivo. A pesar de eso, el resto del lugar es fantástico y creo que vale la pena hospedarse aquí.

Expected a little more for the cost it was pleasant enough needed some tidying up around the grounds and outside onsens. Was very relaxing sitting in the hot onsen on a crisp evening quite romantic. Lots of places to eat around the area. Pictures online are from some time ago

The staff was very helpful, location close to train station (20-25 mins walk) which was fine as we needed to get back to Tokyo very early and there wasn't any buses or taxis operating at that time, so walking wasn't that bad Booking system for the onsen is very good to have a private hour with your partner, much needed after a long day out
