La vistas al Fuji son excelentes

1) Siendo un hotel spa, NO avisaron al hacer la reserva que el spa estaba cerrado, mandando un email cuando la reserva ya cumplia 2) Estando el hotel a media temporada no fueron flexibles para permitir el check in un par de horas antes, haciendote esperar unas horas 3) Siendo un hotel spa, y facilitando vestimenta de confort no permiten acceder al desayuno o moverte por el hotel con ella. Hay que señalar que todos los hoteles spa u onsen visitados en Japon lo permitian. Y si no lo permiten deberian informar en la habitacion de este codigo de vestimenta.

Son emplacement et sa qualité

Le fait de ne pas avoir pu avoir accès au Onsen Même si nous avions été prévenu ,c’est dommage

ロケーション。お天気に恵まれ、子供が初めて見る至近距離の富士山にとても喜んでいて、素敵な提供を頂きました。 お部屋の雰囲気がオシャレでした。サードベッドも想像以上に立派なものでした。 スタッフの方々がお若いのに一生懸命対応して頂きました。 朝食も美味しかったです。 お掃除もきちんとされていました。 温泉施設が使用できなくても万全なフォローがあり 代替え施設を利用させて頂き、素晴らしい旅となりました。主人も子供も大満足でした。

残念ながら富士山は雲がかかってしまいましたが景色がとても良いところです。朝食も美味しいです。

お風呂場の換気扇が作動しませんでした。

Excellent location, facilities and staff. We were also able to leave our bags at the hotel while we climbed Mt Fuji at no extra charge

Unfortunately the onsen was unavailable during our stay due to renovations. We were looking forward to using it after climbing Mt Fuji

お料理が、美味しかったです。

ふじやま温泉が、入れなくて　車で５分かけて、温泉へいきました。朝風呂も、入れなくて、残念でした。

こちらの急な事情の変化にも柔軟に対応してくれた。

地震のせいもあってか大浴場が事前通知なく休館中。代替設備も用意されてはいたが、距離があり行く気にならなかった。 あと館内の食費が相場よりも高く感じられた。

部屋がとても綺麗だった（水回りが特に） 部屋から富士山が見えるのがとても非日常的で良いと思った。

私事ですが毛布があると、より良い睡眠になったと思います。

Удобное посещение парка Fuji Q и окрестностей. также можно посетить онсен. В номере чисто. Вежливый персонал. Хороший завтрак, но не хватало хорошего кофе. Остановка автобуса около входа в отель и это очень удобно. Автобусы из Токио и в Токио ходят очень часто.

В номере было много комаров, но не было средства от них. Рестораны при отеле не понравились.

It was ok

They didn’t inform us about the closing of the spa, we reserved the hotel for its resort and spa (the Japanese onsen) but we didn’t have this service, and the worst part was that they didn’t inform us until we got there in the evening at 8pm. The Czech receptionist was very helpful, but he couldn’t do anything, because he was not a decisionmaker. Later on, we talked to the Japanese manager, who gave us room upgrade to compensate, though in the beginning, he didn’t wanna do anything. I felt like we had to fight for getting the proper services.

I like the view and the room.

Not much to do around here and no spa, no hot springs and no gym.

フロント、レストラン、すべてのスタッフの方がとても丁寧で素晴らしい接客でした。富士山がのぞめるお部屋は思ったよりも広く、またセンスのよい素敵なお部屋でした。清潔さ、備品の充実、すべてにおいて期待以上でまた機会がありましたらぜひお世話になりたいです。

Proximity and convenience

Not much! Wish some rooms had their own onsen but I guess that’s unreasonable!

Room was terrific. They put us on a high floor with view of Fuji-Q highland. My son loved watching the rollercoasters go Wooosh. Onsen was really spectacular, too. If your main purpose is visiting the park, this is THE place to stay.

Dinner buffet could have more healthy options specifically for kids.

We can see mountain Fuji from our room. It was awesome!

La ubicación porque fuimos al parque Fuyi Q. Habitaicon bonita y còmoda. Preciosa la parte de Gaspard y Lisa ♥️ Excelente opción para en algún momento del dia ver el monte Fuyi 😍

Location, choice of dining options, early park access, the amazing view of Mt Fuji

The hotel room was impeccably clean and spacious. We booked our room with a fantastic view of Mt. Fuji, allowing us to fully appreciate its magnificence throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, which significantly enhanced our overall experience. We highly recommend this accommodation.

富士急からすごく近かった

隣の部屋がうるさく、地震かと思うぐらい部屋が揺れたり音がすごかった

The location was great! Beautiful view of Mt. Fuji and connected to amusement park. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were perfect! The beds were comfortable. Jang Rui, in concierge was a huge help. He went out of his way to look things up for us and was very pleasant and kind.

It would have been nice to connect with the complimentary shuttle upon our arrival at the train station before checking in.

המלון ממוקם בדיוק על הקווי אוטובוס לפוגי מטוקיו וזה ממש היה נוח וגם הפארק פוגילנד ממש במלון . גם יש אונסון בשימוש לאורחי המלון ללא תשלום בבנין ליד מהממם

No option for a vegan family in breakfast even on request. This needs to be addressed .

窓からの富士山は格別でした。普段夕食にブッフェは使わないのですが、仕方なく使いました。けど満足しました。それはブッフェの1番嫌いなのは席と席の空間が狭く、隣の席に気遣いながらの移動は本当にストレスです。しかしこの度の空間が広く、気兼ねなく自由に動けたことは本当に嬉しかった！

単純ですが、ウエルカムドリンクが無かったことですね。ようやくホテルに着いてほっとしたいのに、お茶の一杯も飲めないのは、残念ですね。勿論部屋にはあるのですが、やはりロビーで寛ぎたいですね～

Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at during all my trips to Japan. Amazing views of Fuji-san, delicious food, spacious room and bathroom and the most kind and helpful staff. Fujiyama onsen was the cherry on top. The only thing I regret is that I didn’t stay longer

Loved the room space! Very comfy and the staff were very helpful! The buffet breakfast was lovely and there are heaps of resturants inside the hotel too!

You have to watch the timing for breakfast, I've been stung more than once... but that was becase my bed was too comfy 😅

The staff at restaurant at dinner time were lovely and very accommodating. Cakes from the bakery were amazing!! Love the self serve kiosk shop.

Breakfast lacked decent western options. Closing time is 930am which is quite early for any venue. Then when arrive at 910 staff weren’t replenishing items so pretty much everything was empty, had to ask repeatedly for a simple slice of bread. They need to also do something about a toaster rather than an extremely small camp oven for that sized venue, simply not practical or satisfactory.

Very convenient and clean.

Great view of both Mt Fuji and the park. The park is way better than both Disneyland and Disney sea, heaps to do for both kids and adults. We did stay on level 11 on My Fuji side, which was great. Food options is next level, especially in the theme park, well worth it. In the resort it was fairly good, outside and very close os a lot of other options, I highly recommend this place

L’interdiction d’utiliser le Onsen parce que nous avons un tattoo. La fermeture du parc FujiQ le 14 mai avec une semaine d’avis.

Great views of Mt Fuji. Amazing breakfast. Good size of rooms. Overall 10/10 very comfortable stay.

1 might stay. The location was amazing, the rooms were apportioned excellently and the water was direct from a local spring and made my skin feel amazing. Perfect view off Mt. Fuji and right next to Fuji-Q Amusement Park. The food was also great, we had an omakase dinner in a private room and breakfast was also good.

Check-in guy was painfully slow and we got there at 12ish pm and could tell our room was ready but we weren't allowed to check in early. It just didn't compute. Also, there needs to be larger print on their website that the "free" ticket DOES NOT LET YOU GO ON RIDES. Luckily we had purchased tickets separately before we switched to this hotel. Shuttle to various stations fill up quickly as they are for everyone visiting Fuji Q Highland. They should really have a hotel guest only shuttle, even if it runs sparingly and timed for hotel check in and check out and park entry times (am and pm).

房間舒適寬敞，提供的備品很不錯，觀景窗可以看到完整富士山 用餐的環境很棒，餐廳有大面積的落地窗欣賞富士山，早餐也好吃 1樓有無人商店，但販售的商品比較偏紀念品，沒有類似超商的食物或泡麵選擇

和辦理入住的服務人員溝通不順利，使用booking訂了三間房卻卡在入住房間的姓名都是同一人(可能是系統顯示問題?)而無法辦理入住，最後是提供pin碼才解決 由於先前訂房時已無三間豪華房型，因此其中一間預訂高級房，櫃台人員於入住時提供三連號房卡，卻無說明哪一間房間是高級房型，造成後續與家人分房產生誤會
