We stayed in room 14 this time and the room reeked of dog urine very strong. It was horrible. This room needs to be cleaned very well and the smell removed.

Very clean,comfortable great value for my money.i would suggest to have front desk to put someone who can speak and understand English. Very kind but communication was poor.

Rooms were very clean , and beds were comfortable..

Shower curtain was a bit aged and door lokes were outdated , and not many tv channels to watch althoughit wasnt a big issue, also when we were organizing our stuff in the morning one of the staff opened the door and looked in, if they would have knocked first would have been a little more respectful.

We chose this location because it was one of the few that would fit our family of 6 in one room to sleep while traveling. It was good value for money, and was as expected. Everything was pretty clean, though the place could use some new linens as they looked pretty worn out. We checked in late - after 10 and they were very accommodating for that, though I had a hard time understanding the person, he was kind and gave us an extra blanket when he saw we had 4 kids with us. The air conditioner worked which was great since the weather was pretty hot and the beds were comfortable.

The linens could use some upgrading. Some difficulty communicating with staff. The door lock looked a little sketchy, and we could hear the next room's radio playing until pretty late, but that's not the owner's fault. Overall, it was fine for the price we paid.

The room was very clean, and the staff were happy to accommodate. The bed was incredibly comfortable!

Very few amenities - no pool, no breakfast, no coffee maker. Rooms were dated.

The AC wasn't on so when we arrived the bedding was all humid and the room was really hot.

My location was great. Infact it's very close to my work place which is a bonus for me. Staff are great, and generally I had a very good experience.

There is no breakfast but it was good environment

I liked how cozy the place was. There were two beds, enough for my brother and I, and they were comfortable. We also liked how clean the place was when we entered. Of course it's a motel, so the quality is not SUPER good, but for its low price, ideal for a budget travel, it was still a good place.

It's not something that can be changed, but the location is quite on the outskirts of Cornwall, so if you want to go to Walmart or whatever, you have to drive a few minutes. It's not something that can ruin a stay at the motel, just that it would have been practical to have a supermarket or something near the motel. Otherwise, the only thing I did not like was how the TV wasn't really working, as in whenever we wanted to select a channel, it couldn't load it, saying there was an error. Only a very few channels were working, but they were boring.

I had a very pleasant stay at Nites Inn Motel. The room was clean, recently renovated, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and everything looked neat and modern. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. For the price, the value was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and recommend Nites Inn Motel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay in Cornwall.

Close to the food srtrip and highway. Cleanest motel I’ve ever stayed in. Comfortable bed, pillows, blankets and sheets were quiet without the paper noise one years at times. Bathroom thoroughly clean.

Perhaps a better choice of tv équipement and Channel options.

Ran out of hot water during my shower, so no way a family could shower within a few minutes of each other. Only two sets of towels, although we were a family of four.

The use of strong smelling cleaning products caused one of us to have a bad migraine

It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Everything is very new which is nice. Very kind staff as well. Great experience overall. I was scared that it would’ve been a bit dingy because of the price but for the price it was amazing quality.

The hot water did start turning cold while we were showering but it was not ice cold so it was manageable.

If you bring pets be prepared to be charged extra fees. No animals allowed on the bed and if they do get on the bed they will charge you extra cleaning fees claiming thats what it costs for them to get it done at cleaners. As if they shouldn't get the bedding cleaned properly already? The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. Everything. The place is filthy, not cleaned properly and the staff are extremely rude. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

All around, great stay. We needed a place to stop for the night on our travel. The beds were comfortable, woke up feeling refreshed. Staff were lovely, no complaints. Had low expectations of a motel, but this was an outstanding stay for us.

We only stayed 1 night, but we would stop here again. There was nothing to complain about at all for us.

The couch arms were black they were so dirty. Radiator in the bathroom hadn’t wiped down in some time, large amounts of dust beside the one bed.

We took a service dog and had no issues. It was clean and the staff made book in very easy.

The room was disgusting, bathroom was full of mold. Nasty stains on the sheets, mattress was gross. The couch looks like it came out of a dumpster. Absolutely disgusting. Was unable to get a refund from location after I refused to stay. This place is a rip off.

Cheap and cheerful place to stay for a few hours of sleep on a road trip. Arrived close to midnight and left before sunrise, cant say much for what the place looked like as it was dark. Fast and easy check in, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Felt a bit nervous as a solo girlie especially because the doors and locks seem kinda flimsy. Buuuuuut it’s Cornwall, can’t be that scary. Worth the $ for a short and easy stay. :)

We needed a place to stay for a late check in and early rise. This was perfect. Did not want to spend a fortune. Restaurants were close. Bed was comfortable.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Bed and bedding were very comfortable but the rest of the furniture is rough, shower enclosure sketchy, walls very thin - I listened to a man singing in the shower next door and others gathered on the porch chairs (which is a nice touch) outside my door talking, laughing, smoking (which came in under my door) til quite late at night. A useful rest stop, but not quite worth the price when sleep was hard to get.

Road trip stop for one night. It was fine. Reasonably priced and clean. Room was quite small but we didn't mind (arrived, slept, got back on the road again early). A bit noisy from thin walls.

We didn't spend a lot time except for sleeping but it was clean staff was friendly

Je ne peux parler des autres chambres, mais si on vous donne la chambre 19 ou 20 vous aurez l'impression de coucher dans un cabanon. Il n'y a qu'une petites fenêtre et elle est très sale. L'air climatisé fait un bruit d'enfer. L'homme qui était à la réception ne parle pas vraiment l'anglais

After being screwed over by another motel they were very nice, welcoming and accomodaring to our schedule. Will definitely stay here again in my travels that land me close to this establishment.

Nites Inn is exactly what it advertises. It is clean, comfortable, safe, and perfect for a traveller.

A good place to spend a night after travelling

Nothing. This motel should not be open to the public.

It was old, which is fine but it was not taken care of. Doors had kick marks in them, ac unit was all smashed in and mold all around it, stained sheets, mattresses, towels in the bathroom were paper thin and had old stains all over. They charge you an extra $100 pet deposit when you check in but they don’t give it back to you. Called many times to get my money back for the deposit and was asked for my banking info to have money returned. I booked this through booking.com so my info was there to charge me for the room yet not for a refund. First motel that I have ever stayed in that I did not change out of my close and would not sleep on the bed. I got there late at night and very exhausted so all I could do was sit on a very hard old couch and use my own bag as a pillow to get a few hours sleep before leaving very early to continue my trip.

This place is not the Ritz but it was as advertised

Unfortunately the people in the room next door made so much noise from 12 midnight for over 2 hours. Inconsiderate talking very loudly and banging around the room. However, The room was clean and tidy and plenty of hot water and towels.

The place was clean. I didn’t see anything about the 24 hour room service. I’m waiting for my $100 damage deposit for the dog.

The cable didn't seem to work, and could've used coffee in the room.

Liked the Kurig coffee maker & the sitting area outside, with table & chairs.
