Hampton Inn By Hilton Cornwall

Internal pool was not heated.

There was no disclosure of a $50 pet fee until I was checking out. It was just added to my credit card without my consent. Was told it was because they can't rent to room to people with allergies?!

Very comfortable mattress.

HVAC was noisy. Sound transmission from one room to another: we were not able to sleep due to an infant crying in a neighbouring room (though staff addressed this issue).

Sauberes neues Hotel mit Pool und Frühstück.

Es gab keine Mängel

Breakfast was really good

N/A

We were on a road trip and this was in a very convenient location, excellent value for money, good, early breakfast (and we also saw they offered pre-packed breakfasts). Nice, comfortable beds as well.

The bathroom door didn't really shut properly (it was a large, sliding door with no latch and certainly no lock.

Very clean and beds were fantastic.

Nothing. It was great!

The pool was small but nice.

A curly hair in the soap dish made me feel like the room was not clean. The bed had hollows or dips and this made the bed quite uncomfortable. The barn style door used for the bathroom and adjoining closet did not shut properly. So a lack of privacy in the bathroom. Also the door would get stuck and took some maneuvering to open it.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The breakfast was great and location of hotel was wonderful

Paper cutlery at breakfast

Room and bed were comfy and an excellent bathroom. Lots of outlets, which is a small thing but useful when travelling. Didn't use the gym or pool but they looked very nice.

Facile d acces et bon petit déjeuner

Rien

Had all the amenities we needed for a quick overnight. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful

Not sure where I was in Cornwall.

Nice and newer hotel

N/a

Hotel quasiment neuf. Grande chambre et très propre. Super séjour. Parking non payant

Rien !

V pokoji byly velmi cítit koberce, zatuchlina. Nedaly se otevřít okna a vyvětrat.

Clean comfortable rooms

Liked everything

Chambre propre, personnel accueillant, stationnement gratuit

Rien de spécial

The rooms were incredibly spacious!

It was just out of town not really walking distance to much .

The breakfast was great. There was lots of variety and the breakfast room was nice a spacious as well. The hotel is very clean and modern.

Ideal accommodation near the highway for a long journey. The room was clean and air-conditioned. Excellent value for money.

Staff were outstanding.

Queen beds seem small and one was less comfortable than the other.

Clean, employees were great

There was a lot of hair in the bath, which was pretty disgusting... The picture I took is exactly how it was presented to me.

Super clean and spacious room. Building was well maintained. Friendly staff. Lots of room to eat breakfast. Best hotel we stayed in our entire trip out east.

Nothing to dislike :)

The breakfast as excellent. Staff were incredible.

Nothing

We stayed at another hotel "by hilton" the night before for double the price and this hotel was far better! Clean, comfortable and spacious. Would go back and recommend!

liked the closeness to highway, bed was comfy, liked having microwave, free breakfast with hot food was really appreciated

nothing

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

no problems. very friendly staff, very efficient

Everything was great

It was very clean and the service was excellent.

The air conditioning unit in the room was noisy. The wooden utensil were cheap and broke easily.

Very clean and inviting space!

Nothing!!

I forgot my laptop charger and they were more than happy to let me borrow one, which saved the day really! The room itself is well-appointed. Bed were just ok

The breakfast. I really wish they had heathier options. I've been to one hotel recently that had a whole oatmeal bar. Not the pre-packaged, but fresh oatmeal with different nuts, fruit, coconut, real maple syrup.. it was great! The room could have been a little cleaner, especially the floor. It wasn't terrible, but just noticed a little here and there. Wouldn't stop me from staying again. The beds/pillows are fine, but not as comfortable as I would like.. personal preference I think.

Location & staff

Room service once in 2 days.

Staff was amazing! Melinda and Steven were wonderful and extremely accommodating

Bed was comfy, breakfast was lots to choose from and it had gluten free option as well and was well organized plus refiled all the time. Pool, rooms updated and clean. Took care of an issue right away at night with running in the hall and yelling after 10. They looked after it as soon as we ccalled front desk about it.

Nothing.......everything was great and we go here each time we go to see our kids. We have stayed at this hotel at least 6 times so far and it is always great.

Was very nice, very clean and quiet. Breakfast this morning was good.

Pet stay is overpriced 50$. I think us a little to much. I paid 25$ at the Best western Edmundston N.B Your staff need to clean the room anyway pets or no pets when check out. My dog is a 3 lbs Yorkie

Good location for overnight while traveling to Toronto. Good breakfast. Great Italian restaurant just down the road!

Nothing

Beds and room were comfortable. The hotel was quiet at night and the blinds allowed privacy and darkness, that was much needed after a long day of driving.

There was no toilet paper or garbage bags in our room. After trying to call front desk my husband had to go down and find someone to get some.

Mooie ruime kamer. Netjes. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. Fijn zwembad.

breakfast was ok, eggs runny.

bathroom door would not stay closed

Pretty good hotel with a good breakfast. Nice and clean.

I think the price for a Sunday night in May was high for this hotel.

Das Zimmer. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Der große Parkplatz.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Clean, not noisy, nice staff, reasonable price, great wings restaurant 2 minutes away

Pretty much in the middle of nowhere, EV chargers aren't free of charge (need to sign up and all), and beds aren't very comfy - especially for 2 ppl.

This hotel is excellent - I am disabled and the bathroom is exceptional - the largest bathroom and the best bath with an unusuable set of grab bars

The whole experience was great!

NA

We are so pleased with our stay! This is our second time staying here and the staff is just so wonderful!

We love that our dog can stay with us and how close everything is to the hotel.

We are so pleased with the location and the staff. We love that they're dog friendly and in close proximity to lots of restaurants/ gas stations

Nothing!

Love the fruit tray . Front desk staff was very helpful and very nice to talk to.

Extra door going into other room.

Hot Breakfast

My room had a tub and my booking showed a walk in shower. The orang juice was more water than juice. C'mon, we are all trying to save but really? My stay was not a sale price. No milk or chocolate milk offered. Sometimes it's the little things that make the difference. Computers in the lounge weren't usable for search

Location good. Room was clean.

Bathroom smelled badly of urine. Did not smell clean.

Quartos modernos, amplos e fidedignos as fotos do site!

Adoramos tudo!

The room is clean, quiet, and modern. The indoor swimming pool was small, but fully equipped, and a large pool really isn't necessary anyway. Check-in was easy. It's relatively close to lots of shopping and restaurants, but only if you have a car. On foot, it's a hike, but that's a minor point. It's all you can ask for in a hotel.

Nothing negative to write here. Thanks to all involved for keeping up the property so well!

We stayed here on the first and last days of our driving trip to Nova Scotia. In all the various hotels in which we stayed, this one had the best breakfast. Nobody else had the waffle maker or the selection of hot food. The room was clean and quiet, the beds and pillows were far too comfortable, and there was no shortage of plugs for our electronic things.

There is nothing to complain about. All factors combined for two good stays.

La propreté , la grandeur de la chambre .

Location was great. Very clean and up to date. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good

The pool was COLD

The patio door in the room was great since we had 2 dogs with us. Beds were comfy.

The room was quite small. But we were basically there only to sleep so it worked for us.

Staff and breakfast

Bed really uncomfortable (had to sleep upside down) and mariage of daughter same day Doors of shower did not close properly (put towel to keep closed) Temperature setting confusing (worked near window only)

The staff are amazing, the room was perfect the breakfast great A big thank you

I liked the location and room. Breakfast was good too.

I was accommodated in an accessible room and we had been told they would switch us to a regular room but they didn't, not sure if they forgot or what happened there.

The breakfast was disappointing. Very limited selection was offered and the coffee wasn’t good.

Location was excellent, staff all very pleasant, clean and the breakfast was surprizing good. A lot of options. Overall it was a very good stay and very affordable price.

Juice could have been better.

very good

Clean facility, quiet, close to an excellent restaurant.

Nothing really.
