Property is clean, conveniently located on the beach! Staff very friendly and attentive. This hotel is perfect for families.

The price of the onsite restaurants are overwhelmingly expensive for underwhelming food. They should consider letting kids eat free from kids menus in those restaurants. For a family of 5 it could easily cost $400 per night.

Atmosphere, steps to the beach and great service!

It was amazing. My family loved it and so did i. We had two rooms and the both were queen size beds. If i come back to miami i will definitely come back to this hotel again. If youre thinking of coming you definitely have to go for it!!!

We loved the ocean view from our hotel.

The bar tender, Ashely at the Sea Level Grill was not pleasant. When we asked what beers she had on tap she said none and turned around. She was out right rude. She stood out because everyone else was very professional and nice.

Very nice resort. Great pool, nice pool area bar, excellent service at the pool. Our room was nice, updated and clean. The bed was very good and the AC was good. Shower was huge and clean. Only knock was a slight musty smell in the room. Staff was friendly.

Mimi and Lester were the greatest! We went for a family reunion of about 100 people and they were very professional and assisted us with the best customer service on the beach for our family. We had everything we needed at the hotel snd the staff were even more amazing.

The food at Sea Level was less than satisfactory. Ordered a frozen Strawberry Dacquiri and it was delivered all melted. The server could see the drink wasn't right but still served it to me. Fried shrimp was less than satisfactory.

Nuno at the beach bar is the best!!! He took care of my family and boys like no one else! He thought of everything- waters, drinks for the kids, and of course, a nice alcoholic beverage suggestion for the adults!! We will definitely come back and we will look for Nuno.

The housekeeping is awful! They made our bed everyday but didn’t change the sheets! There were stains on the bedding. The housekeeping didn’t take our trash each day. We stayed 5 days and they took the trash on the 4th day!

As soon as I pull up, I was welcome like I was home by Tim and Alex in valet. Two awesome guys made sure I had everything I needed, and help me with my luggage. Then I forgot my charger in the car and Tim ran back and got it for me. Started the trip amazingly . Room was nice and a great view. The pool area was a bit overcrowded when we went down.

We enjoyed our day at the beach and Jayden made our experience unforgettable! He made sure that our beach chairs and umbrellas were set up and checked back with us to ensure we had everything we needed! He also took a picture for us to remember our special day! We had a very disappointing start to our stay at Marriott Harbor Beach Resort, with several issues that left us frustrated. Thankfully, Lilian Salcedo, Director of Guest Experience, completely changed the trajectory of our vacation. From the moment she stepped in, Lilian truly listened to our concerns and treated us with genuine care and professionalism. She didn’t make excuses—she took ownership, followed through on her promises, and worked hard to make things right. Her attention to detail, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction turned what could have been a negative experience into one where we felt genuinely valued. Hospitality is about how guests are treated when things don’t go as planned, and Lilian exemplifies what outstanding customer service should look like. She went above and beyond to ensure our family could enjoy the rest of our stay, and we are incredibly grateful for her efforts. Marriott is fortunate to have someone like Lilian representing its brand. She is an exceptional leader who genuinely cares about her guests, and her dedication made all the difference. Nuno killing it at beach service, drinks were non-stop. Sahan got us set up with the umbrella quick and super nice. Sean at the front gave us a warm welcome to kick it all off. Fantastic beach, water and sand 10/10.

We have been coming here for the past 4 years. We enjoy the accommodations at the hotel and its own private beach. There is no other place like it in Ft. Lauderdale. The people who work here are very nice and we look forward to seeing 2 special employees on the beach every year. Nuno and Lester. Great people who we have great appreciation for. They are great for customer service and an asset to Marriott. They contribute greatly to our experience here on the beach. We will be back next year

This is my fifth time coming in four years. The first four times were pretty great, but things have changed. First of all, they’re adding a 20% gratuity to everything, no questions asked. I would generally give more, but I just hit accept on all of this. I hate that. Stop it and allow people to tip as tipping was intended. This trip was the first time that happened. Second, the room was not overly clean. Again, it’s been pristine in the past. Third, service on the beach ended ahead of time, everyday. While Nuno has been incredible year after year, including this year, when there’s no one here after 2:30, and you paid $250-300 for a cabana, it is disappointing. Fourth, we had multiple things wrong with orders. I pointed them out and was told there would be a credit, but I will have to take it up with the hotel after the fact. This was a place I loved coming to, but I think this will be the last time.

Nuno and Lester work so hard at the beach to make the guests happy and comfortable. They are both delightful and went above and beyond. Not only is their work ethic top notch, they both wanted to make sure our family trip was the best it could be and they were incredibly successful there. Nuno and Lester made our family vacation special with their care and concern and we are grateful to them for that. They are both gems! The front desk staff and valet staff were also very helpful and attentive.

We had a great relaxing few days at the spot and we’re very well taken care of… The standout of course is the beach and while we had great experiences with all of the servers, Nuno Casanova stood out as a fun big personality that was hustling to keep everyone happy… For four days he greeted us with a smile, took care of us and was very memorable. I had the most amazing 5 days! I loved that this hotel offers fitness classes and I took full advantage of the beach yoga and aqua aerobics! I loved the beach and the water was incredible! I especially loved all the staff at the beach! They were so hospitable and friendly! I am looking forward to coming back to the hotel In the future! The one downside of the trip was listening to all the Karen’s from New York on the beach complain about their first world problems, but other than that I would highly recommend!

Family of 5. Over crowded at pool with lack of personnel. Water containers were not filled in afternoon. Towels were laying everywhere. Rude bartender at the tiki bar with overpriced drinks and automatic gratuity. Lazy help on the beach for club members. Will not return to this property.

Alex met at valet, headed us to Travis the Bellman, then to Sammi a slam dunk. Travis, made sure he explained all the Hotel amenities and every bit of the options. We mentioned we were hungry and he told us about All food drinks options. All the amenities was explained very thoroughly by Travis, Check out was Richie then Jacques, perfect. Total VIP service. We ate at the inside restaurant which was absolutely perfect. The Two hostesses out in front were phenomenal. explained. It would be a little bit of a wait. Got us in very quickly, great seats the location just enhanced the meal. I’m so sorry I forgot the two hostess’s name. They were just very nice very pleasant. There was a lot of people coming in and they handled it cool and calm and was very courteous and on point

We've been visiting Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa every year for several years, and this most recent stay reminded us why we keep coming back. What sets this resort apart is the consistency. We know we'll find a beautiful beachfront property, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere that allows us to truly unwind. Even when minor issues arise, the team is quick to resolve them and ensure guests have a positive experience. During this visit, we stayed in a suite and were very happy with the accommodations. The room was spacious, comfortable, and featured a large balcony that became one of our favorite places to relax. We especially enjoyed having outdoor space where we could enjoy meals and take in the ocean air. The resort never felt overly crowded during our stay. While we could tell when conference groups departed and new guests arrived, there was always plenty of room at both the pool and the beach. We never had difficulty finding chairs, although we did splurge on pool bed reservations a couple of days. The beach itself was beautiful and well maintained. The ocean was rough during much of our stay, and guests were appropriately cautioned about entering the water, but we still enjoyed spending our days by the beach. One employee who deserves special recognition is Jaelen, who assisted guests on the beach. His warm personality, professionalism, and welcoming attitude helped start each beach day on a positive note. He consistently made guests feel valued and added to the overall experience. We also enjoyed dining at several of the resort's restaurants and appreciated the attentive service throughout the property. In fact, one of the reasons we love staying here is that the resort offers so much that we rarely feel the need to leave during our vacation. My only criticism is the resort fee, which continues to increase each year. While some guests may take advantage of the included activities, we would personally find more value in options such as a food-and-beverage credit or inclusion of beach umbrellas. That said, this was a minor concern in what was otherwise another excellent stay. Overall, the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa continues to be one of our favorite vacation destinations. The combination of a great location, beautiful beach, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding hospitality keeps us returning year after year, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.

This is a great property right on the beach in a nice section of Ft Laud. But what makes it an outstanding stay is the staff. Ashley the front desk manager was outstanding at helping me with a booking issue and then Stephanie was terrific in working hard to find us a great room. The smiles & friendliness were genuine. And then Kevin at the pool was outstanding/just the best. He treated us like friends and just made our stay outstanding. I hope the property realizes how great these people are and it is what makes us coming back year after year!

Location is great. Close to nice touristic area in Fort Lauderdale. Facilities are great, good options to eat. Pool and pickleball courts very well kept and beautiful.

The room was too small. The bathroom and room could have a better cleaning. Lack of areas for guests to stay when it is raining. The hotel was designed to be a beach hotel and when it rains, there is not many options of places to hang out with friends. like a sports room could be a good idea, with tables to play cards, for example.

This was a great resort property with all the things you would expect; Fine dining, bar, pool service, convenience store and shops. Room was spacious and comfortable. Pillows could be replaced and elevators a bit slow. Property is slightly dated and showing its age, but still maintained well. Pool does need a bit more cleaning. Would definitely come back!

Had to wait 20+ minutes for my room to be ready despite arriving around 6pm. Also, 10pm on Saturday night and no food service available for a resort like this is unacceptable. Tried to call front multiple times and it took multiple calls to reach someone. Overall the resort felt short staffed which for the price is unacceptable.

It was a beautiful place for the family

We spent more than 20,000 dollars with the family by staying in this hotel with a beach… but when we went to the beach we were charged to use the chairs and beds like if we weren’t staying in the hotel. The staff at the reception weren’t as attentive and the service in the beach wasn’t good. The food at the restaurants was just junk food… there weren’t healthy options in the menu

Just back from four days at the Marriott Harbor Beach in Ft. Lauderdale for a mix of business and a family vacation. The location is right on the ocean and very convenient—close to the airport, within walking distance of the main drag in Ft. Lauderdale, and only 15 minutes to the Brightline rail if you want to head north or south for the day. Other than the usual traffic, we had no complaints; it is the kind of place where you don’t even need to leave the resort area. **Check-in and Service** Check-in can get pretty busy, but they have two separate areas: one for Bonvoy Elite members and one for everyone else. The staff throughout the stay were friendly and very nice—shout out to Stephanie and Izzy, who were both super helpful. On a couple of the days, they had warm chocolate chip cookies at the desk (including when we checked in), which was a nice touch after the drive from the airport. Unfortunately, one of our rooms was not ready until very late in the afternoon. **Beach and Amenities** The views of the beach are amazing. There are plenty of beach chairs included, with clam shells and cabanas available for rent. The same goes for the pool and hot tubs; the pool is very large with plenty of room for all the guests, and we had no issues getting chairs or towels throughout the day. The restroom and locker facilities nearby are also very convenient. For activities, they have tennis and pickleball courts with equipment available for use, as well as kayaks and jet skis for rent. The gym is large, has plenty of equipment, and overlooks the pool. I also found it very easy to go for a walk or run near the hotel and along the beach. **Dining and Food** There are several restaurants, bars, and coffee spots on-site we tried the following: * **Sea Level: Their beachfront restaurant. We ate here a few times; you can sit inside or outdoors overlooking the ocean. They even have live music some nights and a bar right there. * **Riva: We had breakfast here each morning and it was very good. They offer a full buffet, a continental option, or a menu to order from. * **HB Fresh: A very convenient and friendly spot to grab soft-serve yogurt, shakes, premade sandwiches, and salads. The staff were excellent and it was great for a quick bite. * **Starbucks: There is one on-site that always looked busy, though we didn't try it. The lobby is quite large with lots of seating, which is perfect for enjoying the live music near the indoor bar, people-watching, or just passing the time. **Parking and Events** There is a large parking deck under the hotel, but be aware that the ceiling is low if you are driving a large vehicle. Also, note that the hotel does charge for both self-parking and valet. All in all, it is a great place to stay and relax. It is also apparently a popular spot for conferences, weddings, and proms—we saw all of those events during our stay, which was actually very entertaining.

First day here #1 website says 2 pools neglects to tell you the second pool can only be used if you go to the Spa! #2. 1/4 of chairs are reserved only which really limits chair availability. #3 Friday night they had a PROM which limited restaurant and overall enjoyment of hotel. Hotel does not care about other guests Would NOT recommend! Beach was nice..pool overly crowded…
