right outside of the monaco/france border so you can still order ubers into monaco, amazing sea views from the balcony, cute little pool and restaurant/bar downstairs, kind staff.

tv’s are kinda pointless and dated, atleast as an american tourists. wifi was okay but not great.

Massentourismus. Wirkt nahe zu Monaco, aber auf Grund der Höhenunterschiede alles sehr weit weg. Frühstück mehrheitlich in Selbstbedienung, wenn man Kaffe oder Schoko aus dem Automaten mag. Frühstück separat und definitiv zu teuer.

We spent a week in July here as a family. The hotel itself is really nice, the staff are all friendly and super helpful. Rooms clean and have everything you need (including a hairdryer, iron, toiletries and fridge), we had a view over the port where you can watch the boats and helicopters come and go. We had breakfast included which was plentiful, continental and a hot selection available. We also ate a couple of times in the restaurant (Bolinas) which was also very good. Swimming pool is on the smaller side with not many beds but people do come and go throughout the day so we always found a spot. Close to the beach and a couple of beach clubs where you can get sunbeds. Location wise, there are limited places to eat and drink. A small supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. We spent a lot of time eating out in Monaco which is around a 15 minute walk to the port, would highly recommend the one way shuttle bus which leaves every hour (need to book). Overall I can’t fault this hotel and would recommend.

It was not as good as it looked in the photos - rundown, needed refurbishing and upgrading, very dated and basic in areas, poor maintenance eg walls of the hotel needed painting - hotel entrance and lobby very old and dated

Poolen var katastrof. Jätte liten och fullt med skrikande barn och pool leksaker, gick inte att vara där. Kuddarna var extremt obekväma. Wifi var mycket dåligt och struligt Tv katastrof, tänk -80tal. Fanns bara franska och arabiska kanaler och gick inte att koppla upp sig eller använda några streaming tjänster. Ingen minibar Dålig AC Opersonligt och trist Väldigt dålig service vid incheckning och otrevlig personal. Skulle absolut inte återvända eller rekommendera detta hotell.

I am a platinum elite and reached out to their main email 3 times over a span of 7 days regarding my upcoming stay and asking for the hotel manager but received no response. Because of this - I had to cancel my reservation. Arrogant and disengaged and don’t treat their most loyal guests as guests. I have spent $1MM+ at Marriott globally. They need a shakeup at this hotel.

1/5 — 5-Star Prices, 1-Star Motel Quality I have been staying nonstop in hotels for the past 6 months and this is by far the worst service I have encountered. The hallways reeked of a disgustingly foul stench that can only come from long term neglect — you can only imagine how dirty they were for it to stink so badly. Mosquitoes kept me up all night. Breakfast staff were rude. Not once did anyone address the stinking carpet issue. I spoke to the manager in person and was dismissed. They had the audacity to claim that I "refused all contact." Every response — from the hotel, Marriott Corporate, and the Office of Consumer Affairs — deflected and completely ignored the problem. I was merely asking them to commit to cleaning the carpets and was refused at every turn The Fairmont directly in Monte Carlo is a far superior experience at a comparable price. I stayed elsewhere for my remaining 10 days in Monaco rather than return here.

This Marriott is showing its age. Our room on the 6th floor had poor quality luxury vinyl tile flooring that was separating at the seams. The towels were tiny (even the bath towels). Luckily the towels provided at the small pool were large and absorbent, so take them up to your room to use. Speaking of the pool: it was nice enough, but there weren't a lot of places to sit, so we had to sit outside the pool area in some seating for the restaurant. We had lunch at the restaurant, and the service was VERY slow. The ice machines are on random floors (not the 6th!) so we had to go to the restaurant to get ice. The bright spot of our experience was the Concierge, Auriane Maury. She got us into our room early (before noon), helped us get ice, and helped us with a dinner reservation (BeefBar, a 10 minute walk through a lovely park, and it was delicious). We had to stay at this hotel because it was part of a package, but if you have a choice, research other options.

Pool area is the best part of the hotel

Wifi did not work, tv didn't work, we got stucked innthe elevator. Stuff in the Bolina restaurant were totally unprofessional, after they didn't have electticity they served old tomatoes as lunch for 16eur, the service was below average. They didn't care about any feedback in this hotel.

Em termos de alimentação devia ter uma ementa mis variada para almoço e jantar. Pequeno Almoço com alguns contratempos, com alimentos sem condições de consumo, devem ter mais qualidade e atenção ao que colocam para consumo. Alguns funcionários com pouca qualidade de atendimento.

Like many places in Monaco, the rooms are a bit dated, but clean and completely fine. The communal areas/restaurant are more modern and what you will see in the photos. Great location and located in a calmer, quieter area of Monaco.

L accueil en arrivant. Personne pour nous accueillir. On attendait dans notre voiture. On a pris seul un chariot pour déballer nos affaires. Mes enfants m ont attendu seuls le temps que je trouve à me garer car une autre voiture derrière moi. A la réception aucune info sur l hôtel. Mauvais accueil et en partant ce matin on me fait payer 25 euros le parking. Personne ne m avait rien dit . Barrières ouvertes du parking. Une honte vu le prix Beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité de l accueil

Accueil souriant et très pro, tout le personnel veille au confort du client. Chambre avec une superbe vue , spacieuse propre et de qualité. Ainsi qu’un grand lit parfait pour passé une nuit reposante. Petit déjeuner merveilleux , pour tout les goûts de quoi bien ce faire plaisir .

Prima locatie. Je bent zo in Monaco. Het was ook zalig zitten op het terras van Bolinas. Perfecte bediening. Vooral Alessio was super vriendelijk! Ik had enkele negatieve reviews gelezen ivm het ontbijt maar dat was nu prima in orde!

I received a free upgrade to a panoramic suite, which was great. I had a perfect view to the sea and the yachts, the room was very spacious, clean. Breakfast was very good. I also used the free shuttle service to get to the train station.

I had a very unpleasant check out situation which unfortunately decreased my opinion of the hotel. I asked for an invoice and was refused, told that I should ask Booking.com. I travel often and I know that it should be the property providing it, which I politely said, but the staff member seemed annoyed and was unhelpful, refused to do anything. I had to raise the issue with Booking.com afterwards and as a result the property sent me the invoice. This is not the level of service I expected from Marriott Bonvoy.

Staff very helpful and friendly - that was about it.

The room facilities such as Mini Bar as listed in Booking.com was non existent, nothing in fridge, no refreshments, soft drinks, milk for coffee etc. Air Conditioner did not work and TV kept dropping out. For a Marriott classed hotel this was very disappointing and no value what so ever for amount paid. Had better amenities in out back Qld Motels.

Les réceptionnistes sont aidantes mais le personnel du restaurant donne l’impression que toutes nos demandes étaient pesantes pour eux. On ne s’est pas sentis vraiment accueillis…

La chambre était nickel, propre, confortable avec une belle vue. Les équipements étaient tout à fait approprié et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L'emplacement était idéal.

Malheureusement, le matin, nous entendions tout ce qu'il se passait dans les couloirs. Ca m'a donc réveillée et il y avait tellement de bruit que je n'ai pas pu me rendormir. De plus, le rideau permettait de ne pas faire entrer la lumière mais pas entière et donc la chambre était éclairée par la lumière du jour.

Hanno saputo adattare la camera alle mie esigenze, questo è stato molto gradito.

Ho prenotato con Booking e al momento del check-out mi è stato erroneamente chiesto di pagare la tassa di soggiorno.

Une mention spéciale au personnel. Un grand merci à Andrea, son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité ont été vraiment apprécié. Je n’ai été en contact avec qu’avec des membres de la réception mais tous ont été exemplaires. Sinon comme toujours la vue est magnifique et le bus et les parkings sont pratiques. J’ai de la famille à Fontvieille alors pour moi la localisation est idéale.

Cela faisait une dizaine d’années que je n’étais pas venue. À l’époque il y avait encore un corner Starbucks dans le hall. J’ai trouvé que l’hôtel avait vieilli. Il est propre néanmoins et le personnel a sauvé mon expérience. Mais les chambres et les salles de bains sont équipées au minimum. Cela reste un très bon hôtel il n’est juste plus à mon goût.

The experience at the Marriott in Cap d'Ail is a treat! We are regular for business there and our stays are a real pleasure: we could not think of a better option a few minutes from Monaco. The staff always welcomes us very warmly and takes time to listen carefully to our needs, making sure everything is arranged smoothly, in particular the accounting team Roberto and the Duty manager Johanna Fehle! The Hotel is perfectly located by the port and surrounded by a multitude of excellent restaurants and bars

Alors que nous ne nous attendions pas, nous avons été surclassés côté mer;de plus, l'hôtel se trouvait à deux pas du chapiteau où se tenait le festival du cirque de Monte-Carlo, événement pour lequel nous avions effectué le déplacement depuis la région lyonnaise.

Ce fut assez compliqué de se garer, car le parking de l'hotel était déjà plein à notre arrivée, alors que nous avions fait une demande préalable pour obtenir une place. Fort heureusement, à la toute dernière minute, alors que nous allions quitter les lieux, une place s'est libérée miraculeusement devant nous, car le véhicule en question étant électrique, devait aller rejoindre un emplacement spécial muni d'une borne. À l'accueil, le réceptionniste nous a dit que l'on ne pouvait pas réserver de places en avance, surtout lorsqu'il y avait des évènements particuliers, comme un match caritatif cet après-midi là, organisé par la princesse Stéphanie ;mais qu'autrement, il pouvait toujours sé dégager une marge pour leur clientèle.

L'emplacement, très bien situé pour visiter Monaco et Monte-Carlo (navette à disposition pour aller dans le centre de Monte-Carlo). La vue sur le port : nous avions choisi une chambre avec vue sur mer. Le personnel : disponible et souriant.

Le lit est un peu trop mou pour moi qui ai mal au dos. Le petit déjeuner peut être amélioré.

Location was excellent as reason for booking was attending football match at stadium next to hotel. Good choice for breakfast, plenty of fresh fruit. Room was a good size.

Tea wasn’t good at breakfast, the water wasn’t hot enough so after adding milk it was lukewarm.
