Amazing view. Excellent experience. Must be to walk up lots of steps and uphill walkway. Some issues with the Wi-Fi Internet. Not able to operate the TV, stove and microwave probably not familiar with equipment as we are from USA. Definitely would recommend for anyone wants to come to Monaco.

Okay so accept you are staying in an apartment and it’s not the 4 Seasons. However the view from my enormous balcony was spectacular. The space clean and practical. Bed comfortable. Shower ok. The staff are amazing and really helpfully. Only downside was lugging my bag up the hill day 1. Close. (15mins on average to Monaco) with access to the coast and all It has to offer. Overlay, I will be back next year and would highly recommend it to others who like privacy and space. Thank you and Thank you!!

Dirty floors, dirty stained bed spread,

The view was beautiful and the apartment was very small but nicely appointed. The air conditioning didn’t work and they did not have anyone to fix ii and it was very hot all day and into the night. The lights in the living room would not turn off and lite up the bedroom all night. The lock on the outside patio did not lock and the apartment lock was very difficult to unlockand lock. The carpet was stained and in need of a cleaning. You would think the owner or management company would take better care of the apartments. Very unhappy with the apartment outside of the beautiful view!!

Ho soggiornato al Sara Riviera per un weekend con la famiglia e cu siamo e mi sono trovato molto bene. Posizione ottima, a due passi dal mare e vicino al centro. Camera pulita, confortevole e con balconcino vista mare. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione varia e di qualità, servita su una bella terrazza panoramica. Molto comoda anche la piscina e il parcheggio privato.

The pool and rooms are comfortable. Lots of light bulbs burnt out. It is not easy to get to beach and store. Very steel walk down with over 200 stairs then you have to get back up hill. A 5 minute cab ride cost 80 euros and to airport 150 euros. Found the location inconvenient.

Leider nicht wie auf den Fotos !! Unterkunft sehr schmuddlig. Viel kaputt ( Kühlschrank, Lüftung, usw.) und runtergekommen. Vom Parkplatz bis zum Apartment steile Wege, mit vielen Treppen. Das einzigste die Aussieht traumhaft.

The pictures are very deceitful. The property is kind of old and not very nice. The shower head was broken, the washing machine did not work. Only accessible if you have a car.

They should clean the bathroom more and communicate more to get the key.

Quand on voit les photos sur le site, on pourrais croire à une résidence 5 étoiles. Mais ce n’est pas du tout le cas. Bâtiments à l’abandon. Restaurant et bar de piscine fermés et abandonnés car selon un employé le lieu n’était pas aux normes. Appartement très sale, cheveux, fournis, poils sur les meubles et sale de bain. Aucune puissance au pommeau de douche. Canapé et draps sale avec des taches brunes. Plaque de cuisson en panne. Pas de lumière dans les cages d’escaliers. Dangereux la nuit avec des enfants en bas âge. On s’est plains à la réception et on nous a dit que c’était normal c’était comme sa. La piscine était bien mais chaises longues sales et cassés. Cet établissement ne correspond pas à l’annonce. C’était la première et dernières fois pour notre famille.

Gros problème d’accès aux appartements. -Nous avons fait face à une infestation de fourmis volantes dans la kitchenette et la salle de bain. -L’assise (lunette + abattant) des wc bougeait et sortait. -Humidité constante dans tout l’appartement, dans les lits, et odeurs insupportables car manque de moyens de ventilation, si vous voulez aérer vous devez ouvrir la porte fenêtre principale ce qui cause le réchauffement de l’appartement et une absence de sécurité et d'intimité. Sur sa page elle dit que tous les appartements ont vue sur la mer ! Faux ! On a vu sur l’agencement extérieur (graviers, plantes, grillages !), il faut sortir de son appartement et marcher pour voir la mer sur le chemin commun ! -La climatisation envoyait une mauvaise odeur -Des appâts pour rongeurs traînent à la terrasse. -Les meubles sont cassés (la surface plane de la table du séjour allait tomber sur mes pieds) pareil pour les tables de nuits dont les verres posés bougent et peuvent se fracasser à tout moment. aucun accès adapté pour les personnes handicapées ni familles avec bébé. Nous avons dû faire le parcours du combattant à chaque fois que nous rentrions ou sortions de l’appartement avec 3 enfants dont un de 3 ans l’autre de 5 mois !

Beautiful views, but that’s about it. The apartment we stayed in had been redone in the past couple of years, but was still pretty worn. The air conditioning unit was old and smelly and could not keep up with the temperatures which made it impossible to stay in the unit during the day and uncomfortable at night. The location is great for views, but that’s about it. Could not really walk anywhere and could not park anywhere in the town. Hard to find groceries and other supplies. Had questions about my reservation and sent several messages- no response. Was supposed to have received check in instructions, but never received anything. Staff at the front desk were unfriendly and unhelpful. Parking was fine. Note that the elevator does not go to the ground floor so some stairs are required. Not worth the 400 euro per night we spent. Would not stay here again.

Cadre magnifique, vue exceptionnelle, piscine grande avec un panorama splendide. Seul petit bémol sur cette résidence, il n'est pas indiquée que l'accessibilité est compliqué. Beaucoup d'escaliers... il faut entrer par les parkings pour pouvoir accéder au bureau des entrées et aux appartements ...Nous n'avions pas eu toutes ces infos au préalable.

Fantastisk utsikt, fantastisk pool, smidigt boende för att utforska rivieran. Rummet var praktiskt men något slitet.

Initially, it was somewhat difficult to access the property but once we contacted the phone number at the gate it was a super easy process. Our hostess was very flexible, accommodating and made the process of checking in extremely easy for us. The property was beautiful the views were amazing and it was extremely clean. Places to eat and shop were at a far walking distance but if you like exploring you’ll enjoy the journey. Uber eats is also available and has decent choices.

Great place to stay and have a base if you have a car. Using public transport meant walking up about 250 steps from the town centre. In 35 degree heat with luggage took a while. We had to pay for early check plus taxes. As we had just come from Paris on the sleeper train we just wanted to get in the pool and relax. Great infinity pool and lovely place to take in the views. No snacks/drinks available except at reception and these were extortionate hence the benefit of a car. Inside our triple room the washbasin drawers were not shutting and one of the panes of glass on the balcony had cracked. They were aware of this when the room was allocated but didn't tell us until we reported the issues. Melissa was lovely and super helpful but couldn't do anything about the early check-in charges.

Ligger högt uppe på ett berg! Ska man bo här ska man ha bil, tog 1h för oss att gå i uppförsbacke med packning, många jobbiga trappor. Fick oturligt nog en lgh längst bort vilket betydde ytterligare 200m uppför i garaget. Liten toalett, för att tvätta händerna måste du gå in i badrummet, som också är litet. Hårda kuddar, hade ont i nacken på morgonen. Vi hade balkong med havsutsikt, vackert! Tjejen som jobbade em när vi var där var jätte gullig om omtänksam.

À fuir – de l’accueil à la propreté, tout est à revoir Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel, essentiellement par praticité car nous travaillons à proximité. Malheureusement, les problèmes sont systématiques à chaque séjour. Entre l’accueil exécrable, la propreté douteuse et l’absence totale de considération pour les clients, l’expérience est de plus en plus décevante. On pourrait presque passer sur certaines lacunes si l’accueil était un minimum professionnel ou chaleureux, mais ce n’est jamais le cas – ni à l’arrivée, ni au départ. On a clairement l’impression de déranger. Nous allons désormais payer un peu plus cher pour aller ailleurs, mais au moins avec un service digne de ce nom. Hôtel à éviter, vraiment.

We are SPEECHLESS!!!!! The property had everything we were looking for! We traveled with our teenage kids and they absolutely love it !! WARNING ‼️ IF you okay doing a little walking “several sets of stairs then you got a winner!!! The views and the infinity pool are AMAZING!! TaHANK YOU SARAH you are an outstanding host!! Truly breath taking view from the apartment, room 326, we requested to change the room as we would liked to have sea view instead of having two bed rooms which looked like located the lower level of building. The receptionist, Melissa, was amazing, she helped us to find the room that we liked. Our daughter was super happy as well. Definitely this is the place for us to come back.

Pool not clean. Unit furnishings in poor condition. No bottle opener. Shower at ridiculous height for adults. Wooden walkways in poor condition. Excellent views!

Draps sâles avec cheveux et poils présents, serviettes de bain avec des tâches, chaises brisées,salle de bain insalubre, accueil atroce, pommeau de douche qui ne fonctionne pas bien,portes qui ne se vérouillent pas et j'en passe.... Photos qui dates probablement de très longtemps. Aussi, ce que vous allez réserver c'est "une catégorie de chambre" donc ne vous fiez pas aux photos, ce sera probablement différent Le seul point positif est la vue qui est superbe!

Lovely apt. clean and modern beautiful views. Short drive to Monico. Missing basic essentials, laundry soap, spatula and toilet paper, half a role for 3 days. No response until last day, forced to by our own. Hard to locate- steep parking and many steps. Now at second location with all essentials and making up for how it should be when you rent an apt with a kitchen and laundry.

Frais supplémentaires de taxe de séjour . Le enfants ont payés une taxe de séjours. Appartement sale , rideau , canapé meubles murs taché, salle de bain très sale . À part la vue, ne cherchez rien d’autre . Bon courage au suivant .

L’ensemble est satisfaisant Bien agencé, pas mal de mobilier Seul bémol l’odeur des draps et serviettes

Un lieu qui semble presque luxueux et qui finalement est sale, abimé et sans service... La porte d'entrée était cassée et remplacée par un rideau! Les deux baies vitrées fondu en de multiples morceaux. Impossible de les fermées, une ouverture de 10 centimètres de chaque côté qui laisse passer le froid la nuit, vous voulez du chauffage? ne demandé pas d'aide à l'accueil, ils ne viendront pas malgrè le belles promesses. le chauffage ne chauffe que la salle de bain. Vous avez faim? il vous suffit de manger les miettes des anciens occupants! ne comptez pas vous relaxer avec un massage si vous êtes un homme, accès vous y est interdit! et pour regarder la télé, il m'a fallut acheter des piles...

It was such a quite Amazing place with sea vue.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The property is clean and the mattress is comfortable but the place could do with a general refurb. The apartment we stayed in was difficult to get to for my wife as she has a back injury and there were a lot of stairs. The lift was out of order so we had to take the stairs. Definitely not a wheelchair-friendly place. The front door to our apartment was broken and couldn't be closed properly so it got pretty cold in the night. The walls in the apartment are super thin and we could hear the neighbours having a conversation at pretty normal volume. Just something to keep in mind.

Prix très correct en basse saison, joli studio, belle vue mer. Mauvais point : le wifi est de très basse qualité et le réseau 4G n'est pas top, la résidence étant à flanc de colline.

Excellent location for Monaco, steep hill and lots of stairs but not a problem for us. Apartment and area was clean enough some residential units on the plot as well. The pool which is amazing and not done justice by the pictures was closed, this was a big selling point of this apartment. I was told when i asked it was seasonal but it was 23 degrees all week. The tourist tax i was charged was more than advertised in the apartment and wasn't mentioned in the ad online. Close to everything by car, 15 mins by steps down to the station

Séjour en famille hors saison très agréable : logement 2 chambres et canapé lit (2 adultes/3 enfants), propre, literies confortables, grande terrasse, vue magnifique, tout équipé (Nespresso, frigo, lave vaisselle, machine a laver, ustensiles, télé, wifi...). Place de parking sécurisée. Il faisait beau ce qui a été encore mieux. Je recommande.

You cannot beat this place for the price point. It’s older and needs renovation, but for this area you can’t beat the room and views for the price.

Sara goes out of her way to accommodate guests and their needs in both a friendly and professional manner, even giving me keys to several apartments , so I could chose the one I preferred, rather than the one I had booked, and also arranged for a sunlounger to be brought up for me.You can’t beat these views or value for money anywhere along the Côte d’Azur I believe. The outdoor infinity pool is divine, drinks are available all day , and breakfast was served at my apartment on the dot at my request at 8.30am. The breakfast as Sara kindly pointed out was simple , and told me exactly what to expect which I was quite happy to accept so I didn’t need to go out. If you do there are various shops in the village to cater to your needs. As a single traveller I felt comfortable and safe, and would totally recommend staying here. I’m at a loss as to some of the negative previous reviews, as I found all the staff and especially Sara , nothing but accommodating and helpful. Nothing was too much of an effort , and by the way I totally recommend treating yourself to their own riviera champagne. It’s fabulous. Thankyou for making my stay so pleasant. I will be back .

Excelente lugar

The pool was fantastic and clean. We had a wonderful room with two bedrooms and a gorgeous view! The amenities in the hotel were excellent. We had everything we needed in the little kitchen. It was close to everything we wanted to do. But the hill prohibited me from walking.

This place was amazing!!! Our room view to die for, pool was awesome and Melissa was THE BEST!!! Will be back! One minor thing would be more shade at the pool so I could read and not burn 😂

Mycket stilrent, nytt och fräscht. Slående utsikt över havet både från balkongen och från poolen. Fantastiskt område med mycket trappor och promenad längs med havet som är ett måste. Bada vid stranden eller på klippor där man kan hoppa i.

Location was fine since we had a car so we could access Monaco within minutes. The property has ongoing construction and so the parking garage is a bit rough. The reception room looks messy and unprofessional. The property is on a steep hill, with nice views from the room. Overall it was a comfortable stay except the people who stayed next door wanted us to turn off our balcony light at 9pm since it somehow was affecting their room so the design should consider the effects of balcony lighting on neighboring rooms. Also the owner Sara asked us when we checked out if we had time to take out our trash. We only had a small trash bag in the trash bin, so I told her so and she said it was as fine. However, I never saw anywhere in the rules that we must take out our trash so this was a big surprise. She should not be asking guests this question, unless it is written in the rules.

horrible experience. i arrived late, never received message about late check-in . so can't get in to my room. i didn't even know which room to check in. called the number and nobody ever picked it up. no response next day either.

The owers super nice! Clean ans affordable would definitely book again . The only thing I would look to improve is communication. The office wasnt easy to find for someone who is backpacking across Europe lol . I wish i would of had thier whatsapp prior but overall great stay! Staff was super super nice!

The property looks rundown the office when you first come in is very dirty and disorganized They charged me an extra night knowing I had bought insurance with Expedia we missed our plane because a train problem They up grade us to a lovely apt ment but we could not lock the front door it took us exactly 3 hours to get in our romm they rented the apartment we reserved so the upgrade was just to make up for that and the extra charge was for upgrade the person in charge was there I sew her and she looked at me but had the other lady help us and the cleaning lady was very good and very nice and took time to tell us to go to different places she cared How do I claim a lost of a night plus the extra charge thank you

Sara, the host/owner, is the friendliest of people you’ll ever come across. It is the most conveniently located home away from home on the Riviera, minutes from Monaco, and Nice, and with easy access to A8 freeway if you’re in mood to go for a drive to Italy, or Western France

We were very disappointed as the room we choose was nothing like what was online. the Sliding door glass was broken. front door glass was also broken. Both doors were super hard to open as it kept coming off the rail. Received half of a toilet paper roll and no replacement during the 5 days we were there. Balcony had cigarette ashes. Location was great, not too far from Monaco. View was awesome. Concerning the parking, it is not convenient to have to come out of the car in order to open the gate. A censor would be great when coming out. So that it opens automatically. Or have the terminal before arriving at the gate, driver window level.

Apartment is tired but useable. Small space if you have many people. Kitchen is functional with more mod cons than expected. Be prepared for many many steps.

Property lacks communication and service

It is a nice concept, but not perfectly executed. Our room was not fine when we arrived ( not cleaned after the previous people left). They gave us another room, that stank because of the dishwasher that was not run. We ran the dishwasher for them, but the smell was there anyway, even more when you stopped the AC. Really bad. The pool was closed earlier in the afternoon, so we couldn t go. The staff was very responsive and super nice though. The way it s set up ( on a cliff) makes it complicated to navigate and go in and out… it s like a maze. I wouldn t recommend for everyone. And they need to fix that cleanliness issue ( issues really)

The view from the balcony was amazing. The staff was very responsive. We had some minor challenges but they resolved it and instead of 3 days we stayed 5 days. I would visit it again!

We only stopped overnight but it was just what we needed. Great views, spacious enough for the 4 of us (family with 2 kids). Check in / out was super easy. Location was really good. Solid stay for the price especially.

Amazing staff, and amazing views, and location

Overall it was a good stay with a beautiful view in a lovely area. However, there were multiple minor issues that became frustrating. For example, the locks on doors were very temperamental and difficult to work, our room was completely in the shade and about a 10 minute uphill walk away from the office/pool, the handles on the shower were so stiff we had to use a knife to control them, only one toilet roll was provided etc. It must also be noted that the hotel is not suitable for anyone without a car as the hill is very very steep and difficult to do with cases. The pool was the highlight of the hotel, I think we just expected a little bit more attention to detail when paying this amount.

Absolutely great experience! I travel solo everywhere and found this gem of a hotel for a really inexpensive rate. The room was phenomenal..air conditioning blew super cold, the view from my balcony was amazing, breakfast was superb and they even gave me extra coffee because I’m addicted to the stuff and Sara was extremely nice & accommodating. Whenever I come back to Monaco, I know exactly where I’m going to stay. Everybody was professional & friendly from start to end. 10/10 stars!!! Thanks again!! 💯💯💯
