My sheets were dirty and the ac leaked

I start we the terrible service at valet parking. The room smells Hyle to damp, the bathroom carpets were broken. When you unplugged the plug charger, it took off the wall. The carpets are as if they were never washed again. The rooms and the pool don't even look like the photos on the web. I went to the restaurant, and the waiter never gave his cell phone, he was the only person in the place and brought me the wrong order. If you want a chair or a beach umbrella, you have to pay separately. On the bedside table we didn't find hair, it's been a long time since I had such a bad experience. If you can choose another place. For my part, I left early, I didn't want to spend another minute in that place

Two of the people that worked in the lobby gave great advice on what attractions/places to eat at. We really did appreciate that.

Restaurant in this Hotel was too expensive. Had to go next door. First vacation that we had to pay to park in Hotel parking lot. But at the same time we knew ahead of time.

Could have been cleaner - towels had to be changed and felt like cardboard so rough- I had to clean shower stall prior to using and rugs look like they have not been cleaned in months - both outside and in room- staff made up for it though- bed was clean and comfy.

It’s right on the beach, the pool and beach bar were nice. Towels provided. A shop and restaurant on site. Gorgeous hotel. Friendly staff.

There was construction happening next door (not their fault) but it would have been nice to know since jackhammers ruined the relaxation at the pool and beach, plus it was right outside my room. I also would have preferred the option of using an umbrella on the pool deck without having to rent a bungalow. It was very hot and I had to cut my pool visit short.

The property itself was nice, clean, modern.

We arrived on Thursday afternoon August 13th, checked into our room. Valet parked our car. We took a circuit car downtown to have dinner and walk around. We decided to walk to the Walgreens and as we got into the parking lot we noticed our rental vehicle in the parking lot. We thought there’s no way that can be our car. My husband had already taken a photo of the license plate prior to parking with valet. He pulled up the photo to find that the plates were a match. We continued to walk inside the store to find the valet driver we left the vehicle with standing at the register. Once we returned to the hotel my husband confronted the worker, his response was just a facial expression that “oops, sorry”. I went to the front desk to let the staff know what had happened. The manager spoke with me and at first seemed to question that this could have happened by stating “ it looks like he’s been here the whole time”, to which I replied I assure you he was not. The manager said he would look at camera footage and investigate. I heard nothing the rest of the day, later the next day someone saying they were the owner of the valet company called me to say that he had let the employee go and apologized. The following day the hotel manager let me know that the worker was suspended while they investigated. I’m not sure which was true. I was told that they would be comping my fees for the parking. While that was expected at this point I feel like the rest of my stay should have been as well. Who would have been legally liable if there would have been an accident or some type of damage to my rental vehicle. I do not feel that anyone took full responsibility or accountability for what took place.

Nice location, beautiful hotel. Comfortable beds. Nice view of the Ocean from our room. Friendly staff, especially in the restaurant.

I like the rooms, view was awsome.

When i check in and went to the room 1 of the cleaning staff opened my room, I know was a mistake but she dont closed the door she left it open. Restaurant people dont understand when you have a question? It took us a little bit. Someone else tell them that there ordering so they can bring them to the room and they dont understand that, they make the person wait there. 1 more the white carpet at the bathroom was full of hair.

The front desk repeatedly told us to come back our rooms were not ready. We were not able to check in until 4:30. After our stay we were charged for parking, we didn’t even have a car during the stay. Restaurant on the property is horrible for the price. Which explains why it was empty the entire time

Open shower with no doors, water everywhere

I like the location which is near to restaurants and stores. Also the convenience of having beach access from the hotel and you will not be able to walk long to the beach.

Vent from the bathroom was not working, AC was not cool enough and most of the time we woke up sweating and you can't adjust it. And plus there was a construction from the other building and we can hear the drilling in the morning.

This hotel is not Estrella’s 4 as they sold it to me it has no view and it is in front of Aires and ventilators that you could not sleep you could not go out to the Balcony of the noise

N houve arrumação e limpeza diária. Precisava solicitar, daí faziam e acabavam esquecendo de repor alguns itens. O restaurante poderia ser melhor, com maior variedade de pratos.

Demasiadas Cosas mal para mi. 1-Te Cobran parqueadero diario $25 + Más otros Cargo y no te puedes parquear cerca del Hotel., tienes que Caminar mucho y Cruzar la Calle para que te puedas parking. Es Ridículo que los Valed parking tengan mucha más preferencia que los Clientes. Ellos se parquean enfrente del hotel.! 😮😠😡🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ 2-Me apareció una Cucaracha en la habitación. Es muy asqueroso 🤢 3-por Cuestiones de Emergencia tuve que irme 2 días antes., y ellos me hacen los locos para no Reembolsarte nada. Para Cobrar si son muy buenos., pero para devolver dinero para Atraz nada. 4-El desayuno algo Cara $18 a 20 cada plato., por huevo, bacon, pan, café. 5-Si Floridad es un lugar tan turístico y Latino., En el hotel no hay Nadie que hable español. 6-Los 3 días que estuvimos pedí que no me limpiaran la habitación., porque yo llevo mis propias cobijas , , etc, etc..y no me gusta que entren al Cuarto. Pero si pedí papel del baño, toallas y que saquen la basura., Cuando yo estoy. Perooooo…Nada. Tenía que llamar a recepción Ó bajar para ir por las Cosas. 7-yo les dije, pero si no les doy molestia, lo poco que pido no lo hacen es muy desagradable. 8-ja.! Y la piscina es una estafa total. Te Cuesta $165 X día. Sentarte en 2 sillas de playa y un paraguas. Ojo esto es en el área de la piscina. En el Mar donde el sol es muchísimo más Caliente 🔥 hay Otro precio. 9-Por favor NO TIREN SU $ EN ESTE HOTEL y EVITEN QUE LES ARRUINEN SUS VACACIONES.

The pool and the beach was right in your backyard

The hotel itself was nice, but unfortunately, everything else you wanted to do cost extra money. You had to pay for chairs just to sit on the beach, pay for an umbrella, and even pay for a sad little mini-golf course. The mini golf would’ve actually been cute if it was free, but definitely not worth paying extra for. Overall, it felt like you were constantly having to spend more money on top of what you already paid for the hotel.

The staff was helpful. William, the concierge.was amazing!! Loved that it was right on the ocean. Beautiful each.

Older property a bit run down. The room was wet from the humidity I guess but floor, walls, counters and blankets were always damp.

El restaurant debe tener más bariedad de platos, mejor precios y más fresca la comida, pedí una orden de papas fritas y chicken tenders y tenia sabor a viejo, tambié me paso lo mismo con una orden de calamares fritos.

No microwave in the room but there’s one on the second floor

A localização era muito boa. Às instalações também eram boas. O hotel em si era bem confortável e agradável. Ah, o responsável que manobrava os carros era super atencioso e simpático.

Infelizmente algumas coisas que precisam de mais atenção, pois, eu estava com duas reservas e apenas um carro e foi cobrado o valor duplicado do estacionamento do carro. Também, eu já havia informado que iria chegar no dia seguinte e, ao chegar, eles queriam me cobrar por isso, sendo que eu já avisado com alguns dias de antecedência. Enfim, depois de algumas trocas de e-mail, consegui resolver essa questão da cobrança duplicada, mas, é um desgaste desnecessário.

Great hotel with excellent service. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff made us feel very welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and the hotel had a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

I loved the beds and the shower was Amazing! The beach is right next to the pool and the Tiki bar is next to the awesome hot tub! 20 minutes from airport and Port Everglades. We had a bunch of punks show up and try and overtake the pool. Security was on top of it! Faye the bartender was very nice. Front desk staff too.

The view from the balcony is terrible. We got a view of a building and you guys have to change the ugly orange chairs. The breakfast was not great. Avocado toast was a spoonful of avocado, salad and was not worth the money. Their coffee was bad! Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds a 5 minute walk. Liquor store and CVS there too!

Right on the ocean and the staff was very accomodating.

Las camas son sumamente confortables y la habitación está bien equipada con una buena refrigeradora. Además tiene buen área de piscina y jacuzzi, así como el acceso directo a la playa.

Del techo del cuarto comenzó a bajar humedad y también por las paredes. El piso se humedeció. No nos dejaron papel higiénico adicional y se llevaban los paños sucios pero no los reponían con paños limpios.

I loved that it was right on the beach. It also has a nice pool area with plenty of lounging beds. The on site restaurant has good food. The meals are large portions. They have good salads. The staff was cordial and attentive to my needs. Also has a good work out facility.

The room was too cold, and I couldn’t really control the temperature setting .

The view from my hotel room. I was expecting ocean view.

The pool area, the beach area, beingable to rent jet skis on sight. I also liked the barbershop, exercise area, massage room, business room.

The temperature of the room when I arrived was extremely cold. The next morning there was condensation on the floor and by the end of the stay the ceiling and wall was covered in dust and mildew. It wasnt cleaned in detail everyday.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Room and facilities very clean. Pool are and dining was great! Location was perfect super close to Ft Lauderdale by the sea for nightlife.

Maybe they need some entertainment of some sort for evenings by the pool.

We were on the second floor and had terrible view looking at a vacant apartment complex. It also smelled like old pool water. The next morning I asked for a new room and it was wayyyy better. A decent view and it didn’t smell like pool water at all. The manager was very nice and accommodating

If you are an Aboriginal American, this is not the place for you. The staff are all foreigners who act as iff this is their land and will treat you like it's not yours. Very Rude and inconsiderate. I spent $10.27 for 2 cups of burnt coffee. I was told that I could not smoke on my balcony, I spent 1300.00 , I am going to smoke where the "F" that I want too. The restaurant there is a place of over priced trash. You will do better eating out. The only good thing was The Beach. I will NEVER spend a penny at that establishment again. I would recommend finding an older Hotel or Motel in the area if you want a place that is actually on the beach where you can hear the Ocean and smell the water. The only this I liked about the place is, the city that it's in...

You need to hire people who are more customer service driven and make sure that they can speak and overspend English proficiently. Oh, expect to pay $25 dollars per day for parking. They offer a Valet services, may as well use it. You are being charged for it anyways.

Ocean front, nice pool, great spot to see fireworks. Majority of staff was friendly. Bar tender was excellent. Shout out to Olley for his great customer service. We had a great stay

The only good experience of the hotel is that the location is perfect since it is right in front of the beach. The hotel has a very good location since it is right in front of the beach. The hotel staff, in general, I can only highlight one person who behaved super well. The person is named Hugo, and he works in the towel section at the pool. Apart from that, I had a very bad experience, with one person who is the second manager, who was the person that welcomed me and with whom I tried to do the check-in. His name is Francisco. That person was the one who welcomed us for check-in, and honestly, the check-in was through Booking, not even at the hotel. This person told me that I had to pay $65 extra per person because supposedly it was a holiday, July 4th. That amount, I asked him to please show me where that amount was, which Booking had not told me about, and he told me it was a hotel policy to charge an amount on holidays, but he did not tell me the exact amount. He told me that if it was a regular day, it would be $25, and that day he had to charge me $65. Besides me not agreeing with that, he charged $65 per extra person. He did not show me proof of that, but we were already at the hotel, and there was no other option but to stay. The experience was awful since the bathroom we were given would overflow while you were showering. I asked for towels and sheets on the first day, and they never brought them. Then I went two days in a row, out of the three nights I stayed, to get towels, and there were no towels available, despite the fact that I paid for them. Okay, besides this, they charge you for giving you pool towels, and if you don't return them, they charge you, but they never have towels available for all the people who are at the pool.

The jacuzzi by the pool was larger then others I have experienced at other locations. We get free beach type chairs by the pool with the view facing the ocean which is literally steps away from the pool. I felt like I was living the VIP life everyday..

I wish there was an iguana by the pool that would have completed the view…

It was every bit the resort that it claims to be all the photos and advertisements are accurate. The restaurant had great amazing food. Great service great personnel start to finish. Amazing pool and hot tub. Excellent outdoor bar amazing seating on the beach as much clean towels as you needed. I definitely 100% plan on coming back again was every bit the enjoyable restful weekend I had worked so hard to have.

I did have an ocean view, but it wasn’t the greatest as I was facing the building next-door and overlooking a work area that if you were downstairs is kept behind fences, I would hope for a room directly facing ocean the next time I stay
