La comodidad de la cama
El olor a tabaco en la habitación
All .
Staff, food and the location were great.
The beds were very soft and hard to sleep in.People above me were loud, I could hear the kids running around. I had to pay to check in a little bit early, which I found ridiculous considering how expensive the room was the sheets had stains on them.
Friendly staff
Not much
.
Nice clean room.
Only 1 small elevator so we just used the stairs.
The breakfast had more choices than I thought would have been offered. Was a,ways something in the warming trays as well there was a staff member always checking or cooking more hot items or filling up dishes of non hot items. (Bread, yogurt, muffins etc)
The breakfast area was bit cramped, the toaster, waffle maker and where staff cooked the eggs were all in a tight corner. Made for crowded and sometimes awkward times.
Location and staff
Well, the room had a smell that sounded like cigarette smoke, I didn’t recognize right away, but my wife did. After a few hours, I noted she was right. Either someone smoked there recently or the carpet absorbed the smell long ago and was not replaced. Also, rooms facing the avenue don’t have a proper sound insulation, therefore the traffic noise do bother until about 10 PM and starts to become bothersome at 6 AM. I asked for a quieter room when I made the reservation, but apparently this was not taken into consideration. We were so tired from our trip that we decided not to complain or request to change rooms.
Clean rooms, great breakfast, easy check-in and check-out procedures.
Too pricey. Not impressed with extra charges for early check-in unless the hotel provides a discount for early check-out.
Staff was very friendly
Location
Not enough places to sit down for breakfast.
The location was excellent and easy to find. The breakfast was exceptional.
The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location was very convenient, right beside Costco.
Friendly staff and very helpful. Spotless rooms. Dog Friendly too. I would recommend. Location was great.
Everything
Really appreciated the soundproof walls. I also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I was also impressed with a full breakfast which was included.
Everything was great. The beds were soft but that is personal preference.
Location, price, cleanliness.
Wake up call never happened.
Conveniently located. The BPs and Confetti Bakery in the same parking lot are amazing to be near.
You cant use the stairs to leave or enter the 4th floor.
a good price with breakfest included. parking is good.
it's a lovely, clean hotel, excellent staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds and relatively quiet for a busy hotel
being on the parking lot side meant a little more noise from delivery trucks and noisy people from the restaurant next door
Breakfast was good. Frontline staff friendly. Great experience.
Size of bathroom
good
We were greeted by a friendly staff at the front desk and check-in was quick. Our stay was very relaxing with the cozy ambiance of our room. The next day, we were served with sumptuous breakfast with a staff available to assist us.
Near to were we wanted it to be
Clean and freindly
Rooms were great
Comfy and accommodating
Alot of noise from traffic
Great location to our event
Excellent
Excellent
It was adequate
elevator was waiting for repair
The front office staff were very friendly and professional. The room service service were wonderful. They kept the room very clean. The Kitchen staff tried to replenish the menu almost immediately.
Your gym is poor
The proximity to commonwealth stadium for the concert we were attending was great.
Our room smelled like dog pee and I didn't like that the bathrooms had only a toilet and shower inside and the sink/mirror was outside. That was weird.
Was ever good I liked thank you I will come back the future if I want come to Edmonton will come to you thank you so much see you next time
Everything was good
Early check in
Don’t remember
Our room was not serviced because we did not vacate it until early afternoon. 2 seniors, one on a cane had difficulty getting around.
The breakfast did not meet expectations. Eggs, only option was boiled. Bacon, overly greasy. Sausages, under cooked. Waffle, machine burnt too waffles or under cooked the waffle, the machine needs to be replaced, there was no accurate measuring cup and no utensil to remove the waffle from the griddle, but I guess that is not having the utensil did not matter because the machine did not properly cook the waffle in the first place.
See above.
Location
Not overly clean. Breakfast was gone, and still 1 hour left, according to time.
The included breakfast was varied and fresh! For an older hotel, you can tell it is very well cared for and it was clean and inviting.
Breakfast was excellant. Location was good.
I didn't mention it but the shampoo container in the bathroom appeared to be empty or the pump was not working.
All the staff seemed so friendly. Breakfast was typical but very good
Loved the breakfasts! Waffles--Yum! We had the accessible room and it is so nice. The beds are great--better than at home!!
The light and fan in the bathroom could be separate, so it's not so noisy in the night.

Great pet friendly perks
Friendly, helpful atmosphere.
No elevators in use. TV had to be repaired. Heater did not work...needed a space heater.
Elevator was on the fritz 😐
Très bien situé et près de plusieurs services
L’ascenseur en panne durant tout le séjour, vraiment pas efficace lorsque on séjourne au troisième étage de l’hôtel avec deux grosses valises.
No elevator, very dated and way over priced
Location
Pet smell from the room
Convenient
We checked into this hotel and discovered the elevator was not working first of all we requested a room on the main floor as we were seniors with limited mobility we ended up with a room on the second floor so we had to climb one flight of stairs to get to our room When we checked out, everything was fine but then we received an email stating that there was damage to the television in this room and we were going to be charged $595 for a new television. We requested a picture of the damage television and it appeared That someone cleaning the television screen had scratched it as evidenced by the circular movement of the scratch on the screen we spent approximately 10 minutes watching the television in the two nights that we spent there and under no circumstances did we in anyway damage that television. We are seniors travelling from another province, and we feel that we have been taking advantage of because we were seniors, and because we live in another province and are unable to travel back to the hotel to fight for our rights in this case We will never stay at a Ramada Inn again if this is the way we are going to be treated by this hotel chain
The staff were excellent. The location was good.
First the elevator was broken. Not usually a problem but this time it was due to an injury. We should have been emailed and warned about it so we could decide to stay or ask to be moved to the bottom floor if possible. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. It was gross. The room was not cleaned well. You could see hand prints on the walls. The bedding was stained.
The original room we booked had some maintenance issues with a broken sink water tap and the toilet not flushing. We were moved to another room without hesitation. The new room was much better.
No comm
Friendly and attentive staff
Elevator not working.
Great room and price, the guy who worked at the front desk and checked us in was very friendly and helpful, we had a great conversation with him. Located right next to Costco and Boston pizza, if you show your room key at Boston pizza you will save 10%…..but we forgot lol.
No hotel room safes and pre check-in seems to be a waste of time since they check everything at check in. Get it together.
Solid, clean hotel for a reasonable price.
For accessibility room it was terribly not accessible. Also, no scrambled eggs with what was offered was subpar
Really nice staff who went beyond the norm to make our stay pleasant.
Stain on the blanket as well as breakfast was not that great
Where to begin? Check in went well, then went downhill. Got up to our room which was on the 4th floor -- executive level/supposedly with only access for those on the 4th floor. Door was propped open for anyone to access. The door to our room did not latch - had to slam and sometimes more than once. The bathroom in the room was "really something" -- grout was grey/black in places, shower curtain was ripped. The floor was cleaned with round corners, and in the corners it was filthy. The toilet paper -- was not aware that such a cheap brand was available - like using 60 grit sandpaper!! Some of the furniture in the room was falling apart. The windows have not been washed for so long it actually looked like a permanent haze. The Elevator was not working more often than it worked - had to use the stairs multiples of times. So bad they had a "premade sign" to tape onto the door. Staff attitude -- yes, we know. The elevator itself has layers of paint chipped off. The award statues right behind the front desk, are covered in layers of dust. The front desk guy was 2 feet outside the front door vaping. Disgusting!! This hotel is not one I would recommend -- come on Ramada you can do better. We recently stayed at Ramada in Pincher Creek and it was great. The only reason it gets even a one star is because the bed/bedding was OK and they had Dove shampoo's and soaps. When we checked using the stairs once again to carry our luggage as the elevator was once again Out of Order. There was a sign " Water being turned off", inquired as to why . The reply well it has to be turned off for the elevator repair???
Absolutely amazing young woman at the front desk.... Absolutely wonderful ❤️ 😊
Conveniently located, lots of dining and shopping nearby.
Great staff, rooms are clean and the breakfast was great.
Some good and some not as good. First of all the positives. Hotel is quiet, beds are extremely comfortable and pillows were good! Breakfast was decent and enough to get you going. Staff were friendly. However, the hotel is clearly starting to show its age and the area (to me) just off and some transient people wondering through and sleeping on the grounds (which is hard for the hotel to control I know). Hotel seemed to have a lot of work crews in it. I just needed a place to sleep for the night and this serve the purpose.
Arrived to check in at 2am, Hotel cancelled my reservation saying last check in is at 1am... What's the difference of one more hour, still needed somewhere to sleep, ended up stuck in my car overnight!!
Everyone was super helpful and accommodating to my son and his grandmother, as she manages with a really bad hip. People helped get her bags to the room and took extra great care of them, even when my son couldn't find his grandmother later that day, staff tried to help find her. She wasn't lost just left early to pick him up but didn't let him know that.
Clean room Breakfast selection could be better
Hotel is older. Room/hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Nice area. Boston pizza next door. No complaints only stayed one night. Oh would be nice if they had the tap option to pay. But that’s minor.
A conveniently located hotel near a lot of amenities as well as a short trip from the venue I needed to be at.
