Reviewed Jul 17, 2026The breakfasts were always fresh with a good variety. The coffee was excellent and the grab and go option was great.
We are smokers and respect the hotel policy of not smoking in the rooms. It would have been nice if there was a designated area with a little shelter from the weather to stand in.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Front staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast room was exceptional, so many choices, and lots of seating. The specialized coffee machine was the best. Room was clean and there were plenty of towels.
The vending machine needed more selection or needed to be restocked. The only ice machine I noticed was on the ground floor.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025The beds were so terrible. Room 104 the bed by the window feels like it is broken everywhere. We usually stay at best western because I have back problems and the beds are usually good quality. These were terrible sinky beds. Do not stay here if you have any kind of back problem. Even my little daughter felt pain in the morning from her sleep.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025The location is ideal, very close to the highways. The restaurants around in the newer plazas are very good, lots of options. The staff was very friendly and curteous. Breakfast was definitely the best part, lots of options for all my picky eaters. I didn't have to worry about needing to stop by anywhere else to get someone something because they didn't have anything they liked.
