Auf dem Balkon war es sehr schmutzig, der Putz war abgefallen an mehreren Ecken..Sehr schade da der Ausblick sehr schön war.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was poor due to over cooked sausage and did not like the eggs. loved the Waffles. the door to the balcony did not close properly.

Pool was very nice and clean. Breakfast was ok.

Beds very noisy and uncomfortable and the adjoining room had very loud guests at 1:00 in the morning who played music shouted and tried to open the adjoining room door. This went on until 2:30 in the morning regardless of 2 calls made to the reception to ask for something to be done as we had children trying to sleep in the room.

Poor maintenance. Fist room A/C sounded like a train. Moved to a second room A/C and TV didn't work, third room A/C worked but had staples holding the wall paper up.

A part la salle de bain et les draps propres, les miroirs la poussières partout ds les coin de mur et plancher. Les matelas ne sont plus bons. Jai payé pour la vue sur l'eau, nous n'étions même pas capable de s'assoie dehors car il y avait un gros nid de guêpe. Je l'ai dit a l'employer mais je suis certaine que rien ne sera fait a ce niveau. On va espérer qu'il n'y a pas personne d'allergique car ca pourrait être tragique mais payer pour pouvoir être assise dehors et pas être capable a cause des guêpes c tres décevant. De toute façon même si j'écris c quelque ligne je n'aurai aucune réponse de votre pars.

Le tapis de la chambre était tellement sale qu'on ne pouvait pas marcher dessus sans se salir les bas ou les pieds. J'aurais aimé un déjeuner plus copieux et plus chaud, ni l'espace déjeuner qui n'était pas confortable et trop près des autres voyageurs

Bref, j'ai tout apprécié pour le reste, mais cet hôtel nécessite une grande rénovation clairement, tu vois que les pognées des bureaux de chambre sont tous tombées, bref, ce n'est pas la meilleure qualité mais on s'en fou, on va la pour dormir! Ça m'a satisfait pleinement et c'était près de Sandbanks et je pouvais mettre mon vélo dans ma chambre et ça, j'ai vraiment apprécié énormément "coup de cœur". J'ai beaucoup apprécié le petit frigidaire et le four micro-ondes et surtout la machine à café!! WOW un plus plus...

Mon insatisfaction est plutôt reliée au déjeuner, ils avaient des bines, saucisses et/ou bacon et œufs! Plus gaufre, pain et condiments. Le seul problème était que les saucisse/bacon œufs et bines étaient de piètre qualité sans aucun goût, j'ai été incapable de manger ça de la semaine, de plus on crevait de chaleur et cuisine très petite, pas de place pour tout le monde! Je mangeais un toast avec du beurre de peanuts dans ma chambre sauf qu'il en a manqué une journée... ah oui et les muffins, tous commercial dans des petits sachets qu'on trouve au dépanneur du coin.

Friendly convenient

Notre chambre avait une vue sur la marina et cela était très agréable. Nous pouvions ouvrir la porte du balcon le soir pour profiter de l'air frais.

Il y avait tres peu de choix pour le petit-dejeuner et parce que l'hotel était occupé, il n'y avait pas assez de tables. La propreté de l'hôtel en général laisse beaucoup à désirer (tapis sales dans l'ascenceur, déchets près du stationnement et des allées menant au jardin). De plus, il manquait de personnel à la réception et au restaurant alors il fallait attendre, bien que ce soit un long weekend.

Absolutely horrible. Maybe a motel type place. Don’t waste your money. Hotel room was dirty. Had to buy my own wipes to disinfect the bathroom and surfaces. Breakfast was gross. The eggs and sausage patty are heated in microwave. Staff handling this food was fixing her long hair in the back while food was being reheated. Waffles were the only thing that was fresh and even then it was burnt. The man at the reception is rude, the ac didn’t work. The pool was nasty. For the price you pay, this is nasty. Ramada should be ashamed of this quality.

Der Boden in den Zimmern ist so schmutzig das man Schuhe anbehalten muss. Im Treppenhaus die Fenster sind wahrscheinlich noch nie geputzt worden. Alle Ecken und Sockel stehen vor Dreck. Das angeblich gute Fruehstueck besteht aus abgepackten sachen die man nicht essen kann. Und nur billiges Plastik Besteck und Teller.

Swimming pool was clean and nice

Blood on duvet and sheets. Sliding glass door and screen were broken and did not lock. Breakfast was substandard. Could not adjust heat or fan in the room.

One girl at front desk was great. Housekeeping and cafe ladies were very sweet. Rest of staff was cold rude snappy or not kind. Specially older man and a very young guy. Slides should be working for kids if advertised .

It was bad experience for us , Big surprise !!!! So noisy, not clean as expected The breakfast was so disappointing, the yogurt was moldy i think out of the fridge or expired, i told the kitchen staff and i showed it to them also the front desk but they took it so easy and they didn’t care that much . I told them be careful there’s a lot of kids with their families have the breakfast here too .

The staff were very helpful and courteous.

We had a 3 PM check in; however, the room was not available until 5 PM. That day was our wedding anniversary and we had dinner plans that were impacted. The staff did help by allowing us to shower, but the showers were not cleaned and spiders were noted in the shower enclosure. When we eventually obtained access to our room, the washroom contained no toiletries at all (no soap, no shampoo/condition, or body wash).

We arrived at 4:00 and we were « lucky » our room was ready. Many guests were waiting in lobby to get rooms. We opened our door to a room that was not very clean. Some dirt was left from previous guest, an already used bottle of water and hair in the fridge that was not even ploggued in (water everywhere from unfrozen freezer). Furthermore, an important amount of spiders were on the ceiling in our room. Many in each corner. We took care of eliminating the spiders but new ones returned everyday. There is a reason I do not camp… ceiling of the hallway, Windows and even breakfast room are full of cobwebs. The hôtel was very busy and the single elevator was always long to get even if we only used it with full hands. The breakfast room was loaded. I do not think it is acceptable to have a hotel that can welcome over 500 people with a breakfast room with 25 seats. Food was refilled with drip methods (Little at a time) discouraging people to eat. The toaster Line took 20 minutes…. Two waffles at a time… for too many people. The big réception room beside is locked with a chain. The pool is out of date, slide closed and outdoor pool has 5 chairs to sit in. The old access to get from inside to outside is blocked off with a plywood. The inter area of that is full of spiders, dead bugs and broken pieces of the pool. The place a lot of potential but needs love and for the love of God, get it sprayed for spiders…

Room and breakfast. In the morning breakfast, when asked for salt, they said they dont have. The bed sheets were not decently spread. The sheets were smelling of spread.

Upon arrival, our room was extremely dirty. There was a significant amount of dust behind the furniture, and the walls and ceiling were filthy. The room was also infested with hundreds of mosquitoes. We immediately requested a room change. The hotel eventually found another available room around 10:00 p.m. Unfortunately, this room was also infested with bugs, although it was somewhat cleaner. I spent nearly an hour killing bugs myself using an old mop because the hotel did not have a fly swatter available. They also informed us that they did not have another room available for the following night. After discussing the situation with the hotel, we agreed that we would leave the next day without any additional charges. The agreement was that one night would be removed from our bill and that there would be no extra fees, since the situation was caused by the hotel’s poor room conditions. However, the next morning, a different employee was at the front desk and charged me an additional $60 fee plus taxes. I was charged approximately $80 for the night that I did not stay, even though leaving was a direct result of the hotel’s failure to provide a clean and acceptable room. Expedia refused to assist me, and Ramada also refused to take responsibility. Both parties are simply blaming each other instead of resolving the issue. This was supposed to be a family vacation in Sandbanks, but it turned into a horrible experience because of the hotel’s lack of cleanliness and customer service.

The place was a complete disaster and it was obvious that management could not care less about the comfort, safety or satisfaction of their guests.

Très déçue de mon séjour. J'ai payé près de 300 $ la nuit, mais cet hôtel n'offre absolument pas un niveau de qualité correspondant à ce prix. J'ai choisi cet établissement parce que je fais confiance à la chaîne Ramada, mais malheureusement cet hôtel ne reflète pas les standards auxquels je m'attendais. La chambre était très petite pour une famille de quatre personnes, alors que les photos sur Booking donnaient l'impression d'un espace beaucoup plus grand. J'avais également réservé une chambre avec vue sur la marina, mais ce n'est pas celle qui m'a été attribuée. La salle de bain n'était pas propre, les vitres étaient très sales, il était même impossible de profiter du balcon. Une forte odeur de cigarette et de moquette était présente dans la chambre, ce qui a rendu le séjour désagréable. De plus, il n'y avait qu'une seule prise électrique, ce qui est très peu pour une famille. L'hôtel ne possède qu'un seul ascenseur, ce qui entraîne de longues attentes à chaque déplacement. Le petit-déjeuner est très décevant : très peu de choix, café très dilué et nourriture de faible qualité. Ce n'est certainement pas un petit-déjeuner digne d'un hôtel de cette catégorie. Quant à la piscine, elle est petite et peu accueillante. Elle donne davantage l'impression d'être installée dans un garage que dans un espace de détente. Ce qui me déçoit le plus est le rapport qualité-prix. Durant le même voyage, j'ai séjourné dans un autre hôtel à 150 $ la nuit, qui était largement supérieur sur tous les plans. À 300 $ la nuit, je m'attendais à une toute autre expérience. J'espère sincèrement que la direction de la chaîne Ramada effectuera des inspections plus rigoureuses, car cet établissement nuit à la réputation de la marque. Je ne recommanderais malheureusement pas cet hôtel dans son état actuel. Enfin, je tiens à souligner que les informations affichées sur Booking.

Il n'y a pas de bornes de recharge pouir véhicules électriques à même l'hôtel. Le papier peint dans la chambre décolait, la porte-patio était mal fixée. La glissade de la piscine était non fonctionnelle.

Hôtel choisi pour faire une étape entre Montréal et Toronto. L’hôtel est bien situé, au bord de l’eau. Mais l’infrastructure est vieillissante, chambre pas bien insonorisée, ventilation très bruyante. Le petit balcon et les chaises ne sont pas propres. Parfait pour une étape rapide et moins onéreuse.

Beds were comfortable. Balcony. Fresh apples at breakfast were welcome. Location was convenient and easy to find.

Very cold in room when we arrived but we were able to adjust thermostat (ambient weather had just got cooler). Breakfast was disappointing especially the turkey bacon which did not seem to be cooked. I could not eat the egg option as it contained milk. I had beans and toast and coffee.

The bed was extremely comfortable. No complaints there. Breakfast was so so. Room was disappointing to say the least.

Website listed a "Deluxe" Queen Room with waterview. Yes it was a queen bed with waterview. But ... Deluxe, NO way. The room is rather shabby with the furniture in need of being refinished. Desk chair kept slipping away from the desk. The huge closet has no doors: only a curtain. The balcony screen door was a challenge to open and when it did it revealed cobwebs along the side where the divider to the next unit is located. Also, it seems the windows haven't been cleaned for quite some time. Not a very good description for a Deluxe room. A queen room at best but definitely not a "Deluxe Queen Room. It was a disappointment for sure considering how that particular room is advertised on your website. And .... it was also difficult trying to locate certain tv channels with the remote provided.

Balcony door didn't close properly. Carpets in hallway were lifting. Tripping hazard. Walkway at entrance was a tripping hazard to high of step up and broken tiles.

The outdoor pool was nice, and the sauna.

We're told when calling to book that the pools were open, when we arrived we were told the indoor pool and hot tub were out of order The wallpaper was peeling in our room and the ceiling was cracked. Carpet in the hallway dirty and ripped. The shampoo & conditioner and soap provided was half used when we arrived - so this was not replenished between guests. Really quite disappointed considering the price of stay. This place has the opportunity to be very nice but it is very run down.

Everything was old and run down or broken. Hallways had wet floor signs over carpets where there was water leaks. It was just gross nothing taken care of beds were horrible woke up with a sore back both mornings we were there

Breakfast was good. Location was great. Checking in and out was as smooth as possible.

Bathroom was small. Toilet seat was loose and I had to tighten it by hand.

Staff is nice but balconies were full of web spiders, bugs and mosquitoes. Closet was full of web spiders too. No air condition in the lobby and breakfast room, it was very unpleasant to eat in the heat.

The location was perfect for our stay. They have an indoor and outdoor pool and both were very nice.

The front door didn’t function properly, the elevator was the slowest elevator ever, I was assigned the wrong room when we first arrived, the pillows were way too big and the mattress was too soft for my back.

The view was nice.

The first room we stayed in the A/C was broken and we had to be moved. The second room we were in, had so many spider and cobwebs. The breakfast was horrible, there was not a lot to choose from. For the price that I paid for this hotel it was defiantly not worth it. I will not be coming back to this hotel.

The room rate was out of line with the room amenities the horrible WIFI service, the continental breakfast offering and exterior cleanliness. As a side note, I made and error in the booking date and that error cost me $85.00 plus tax, and a move from a King to a purported Queen room.. I accept the responsibility for the error. However, when I asked about honouring the initial rate or some consideration, the desk clerk instead provided me with an explanation of the rule of Supply and Demand, with just a hint of sucks to be you. Oh well, I suppose I earned that. To the owners of the franchise I'd like to point out that, the demand for rooms on the weekend had everything to do with the baseball tournaments and pre-Canada day events going on the area, etc. You have an opportunity to add to the value the town's events offering, a valued community supporter. Our experience has influenced our plans for accommodation, on future trips to Belleville.

Booking said $50 refundable deposit. When got to facility it was $200. /thier machine wasnt accepting out MC. So had to withdraw $300 cash.. atm on site only allowed 200 at a time. So got double dinged for service charge... bed was comfortable. But any movement pushed it away from the wall. Drain in sink was broken. So couldnt run water..as stopper was in and couldnt get out

I liked that the hotel was within walking distance to the marina where my boat resides. I liked how the staff was able to accomodate all the extensions that I requested and were able to keep the price reasonable. Almost all the staff were friendly and easy to deal with, giving assistance when asked. The bed was comfortable and the room was a decent size that allowed me wheelchair access. Good access to walking trails and the dog park. Also good access to the pop up food trucks in Zwicks park. Good view of the Bay of Quinte. The grounds are well maintained. They have a small games room with pool tables and pinball machine, along with a small pool and sauna. The price for this stay was quite reasonable.

I see that there has been money spent on this property recently but maybe if there was a restaurant here again, it may draw more people to it, instead of just a continental breakfast area. It would have been nice if the breakfast staff had put forth an effort to assist my wife when she asked about gluten free options, instead of just shrugging it off and saying I don't know. She gets very sick if she comes in contact with wheat and I'm sure the packaging the food comes in would have given the ingredients so she could have been better informed if she had given a bit of effort. I think this is something that all hotels should strive to do, offering more options to people who truly do get sick if exposed to gluten. The room got quite warm and I couldn't find any sign of A/C Luckily, I normally carry a portable fan with me that helped while getting to sleep. But overall even with these few complaints, it was a good stay.

The hotel is ideally situated for B31 concert goers as it is only 30 minutes away and nearly the entire distance can be driven on highway 62. The hotel grounds are park-like in their setting. Very beautiful. The person manning the Front Desk when we checked in was friendly, professional and very helpful.

The rooms are tired looking and would benefit from some TLC in the form of paint and room furnishings. The breakfast is rubber-chicken quality.

Location

This was a decent, clean hotel. We checked in late (9pm) and there was no one at the front desk for over 10 mins. When she returned, there was no apology and barely any acknowledgement that we were there. Her demeanor was very standoffish and rude, she absolutely should not be working in customer service. In contrast, the check out staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent. Theres a mcdonalds and gas station right next door if needed.

The hotel was very scruffy. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with 1 queen bed. It was an adjoining room wi the someone in the adjacent room. As a single woman I felt unsafe.
