Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Belleville by IHG

Our shower wasn't working and we asked to get it fixed and it took us twice to request either a new room or to have the faucet fixed. It was ok for one night but would not stay longer than that.

- Pleasant and professional staff - Very comfy beds & pillows - Nice pool and jacuzzi

- Clunky and loud AC units, even on low mode (are they being cheap with their units?) - (I'm not saying they're old and worn out, I'm saying they're probably all new units, but loud and clunky) - LOW WATER PRESSURE (everywhere) - Eggs taste like tofu at best, turns out they contain ingredients: SEE PICTURE BREAKFAST EGGS CONTAIN: LIQUID WHOLE EGG, DAIRY, NON FAT DRY MILK, COLBY CHEESE MILK (BACTERIAL CULTURE, SALT, MICROBIAL ENZYME, COLOUR), MODIFIED CORN STARCH, SALT, XANTHAM GUM, CITRIC ACID, PEPPER (If you just want plain eggs for breakfast, it sucks for you) (Cheap, tasteless syrup, instead of actual maple syrup, an insult to Canadians) - Soap more distant than lotion even though more likely to be used than lotion (intentional?)

Close to all amenities, food stores, close to downtown core

Could have better pillows, carpet in room could use update

Would absolutely return

clean and comfortable. pool is nice. near a few fast food restarurant

a bit small, breakfast was bland

Le personnel agréable et serviable.

Rapport qualité/prix

Location

Old rooms. Basic breakfast. Room assigned.

Good location in the middle of Belleville, with easy access to highway 401, Prince Eduard County and surrounding towns. Many restaurants and food places at walking distance. Pool, gym. Excellent breakfast, varied and complete. Nice personnel. Large rooms and bathroom, comfortable beds.

Noisy air conditioner in the bedroom (but it works very well!)

Service courtois

Le prix était assez dispendieux

Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety and plenty of food available. The servers were amazing. So friendly and helpful.

Everything was exceptional.

Rien

Very clean, tidy and comfortable place to stay! Good variety at breakfast, supportive staff and nice facilities. 2 adults and 2 kids for one night - we went for Sandbanks during the day (it’s about 45min) since PEC is way too expensive to stay overnight, and I guess many people did the same. We had dinner at a place in Belleville 6min from the hotel by the lake (awesome food!). But there is also plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby the hotel you can walk by.

We requested a crib beforehand and at check in they told us they were out of cribs. However, when in got at the room, there was a crib waiting for us! Which was also a good thing :)

Très bon et bien équilibré

Rien de spécial

Personal muy amable.

Desayuno horrible.

They forgot to clean the room for one day

Very kind staff, nice pool and excellent location. Also great breakfast.

Bruit dans le couloir presque à minuit

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and wobbly

Very clean hotel. Room and bathroom were impeccable 👌, beds comfortable

Size of the room, tight

every thing were perfect to our liking, greated by our people, with courtesy, very good breakfast with real dishes and utensils big room we will be back (we are from Niagara Falls

Heel schoon, vriendelijk personeel, ruime parkeerplaatsen, fijn zwembad en prima ontbijt.

Niks

Endroit propre, personnel courtois, piscine intérieur et SPA

Everything we really enjoyed our stay. The staff, Riley in training did great ❤️ the pool was nice and clean, the whirlpool was wonderful after a long drive. Clean room most importantly

Enjoyable, pleasant, reliable stay every time. Breakfast the next day is well done, in a relaxed dining hall. Large room, perfect bathroom, quiet building, very modern.

It was very clean and the staff were the kindness people you could meet.

Nothing, I would recommend this hotel to all coming to Belleville and will definitely be staying here for future visits.

Nice and clean hotel. Kids liked the pool a lot

The AC was noisy turning on and off every 10 mins.

The facility was very nice, clean and seemed to be very well organized and efficient. The room was very nice.

Some of the duplex receptacles were completely worn out to the point that a plug would just fall out. This was a last minute booking so the price per night was very high.

Clean & yummy breakfast

The only downside was the noise by other clients. One call to the front desk and it was resolved

Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, easy check-in, and a great location. The hotel was quiet, well maintained, and the breakfast was good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it.

Nothing significant. The stay met my expectations

My room was very clean , beds were very comfortable

Clean, quiet and great staff Good breakfast.

Very friendly, very good customer service.

This place is probably one of the best hotels in the quinte area, Katie, the manager goes above and beyond for the guests. She made our stay on Saturday so special for mother's Day. My grandkids had a treasure hunt and they gave all moms at this hotel a gift for mother's Day. All the stuff was lovely. The place it was immaculate we really enjoyed our stay, this is our new go-to place for overnight pool stays. Thanks so much Katie and Staff! You guys were a wonderful! Esther, our cleaning lady was the sweetest woman you could ever meet also!

What are you feeding your staff? How are they so nice so accommodating so wonderful so hospitable. In this day and age to go above and beyond without prompting is beyond excellent hospitality. Tyler at Night made me smile and welcomed me so, so well! I had come from a 14 hour drive and the slightest thing going wrong would have been a nightmare. But guess what even while there was a banking issue Tyler dealt with it immediately and suggested the alternative that was stress free! What a bright young man! He is going places! He deserves what's coming. To top it off Katie! She is a gem so accommodating and pleasant it's like they are saying come here kick your heels and relax we have your back! Like what even is that! In this day and age! Gosh! Bravo Holiday Inn team!

Location

Clean, comfortable, easy check in.

Loud guest kept banging on an adjacent door for over an hour in the middle of the night. Very disruptive sleep. Nothing really in the hotels control.

Hi - we recently stayed at Holiday Inn Belleville and were so happy with the room (it was clean and spacious), breakfast was amazing and so were the staff! Great place to stay. Thank you.

Staff was so pleasant and helpful

Toilet was stained yellow on the lid. Only two kleenex in kleenex box Blind would not go up.

the cleanness and the staff are so friendly

nothing

Room and beds were clean, thank you

Rooms were clean. Pool was clean! staff were helpful

Breakfast was skimpy. Bacon didn't get refilled, eggs were cold, and pancake maker didn't work well. Room cancelation policy really hurt... we had an accident and couldn't make it the first night. Had to motel where the accident was. unfortunately we still had to pay for our room here too. Deove soap is not preferred

All was great.

Nothing

Location was good.

Lots of restaurants are close by. The staff was kind. There is free parking.

The bedding was stained, which made us a little uncomfortable. I believe it had been washed, but there were visible stains. The beds are a little bit short for tall people.

Very modern, well cared for and extremely clean.

Tap in our room needed tightening but everything else was exceptional.

It was my second time staying at this hotel and it was not a disappointment. We were happy with the service, the breakfast, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Thank you for the great service!

Enough variety.

The breakfast was exceptionally good with so much variety.

Reflecting on everything, I can't think of anything. There was a party going on in the lobby but that didn't bother me.

Très bon petit déjeuner

Rien

la tranquilite et le confort

je nai rien a reproche

The property was exceptionally clean. Nice big bright rooms. Pool was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful

I understand it is a large property for the cleaners to get rooms turned over for the next guests but 8:10 am is very early to be making so much noise in the halls.

The TV could be bigger and GD instead of digital only

Breakfast was good and location of the hotel is convenient.

Air condition in the room is a separate unit which is blowing right on the bed where we’re slipping. It was noisy and too cold that we couldn’t sleep well at night. When we tried to adjust AC it was not enough air and become too hot.

The cleaning could have been a little better given that my family and I stayed 3 nights I felt each time we went back it wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be .

Très bien bon drevice

Non ça va

The beds were comfortable. I liked that a suite could accommodate my family of 6

The hot breakfast was great. A room Tommy T accommodate a family of five. Woman working the breakfast was awesome. Very helpful and went above and beyond.

Expensive. $340 ish.

Good location, nice hotel.

All was ok

The staff was very friendly and the lady who did breakfast was so friendly sweet and very helpful

Close to highway
