Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Belleville

Staff lento e poco disponibile.

Nothing special, may be close to facilities and Highway

Too expensive for what it offers and no stuff no assistance no nothing except the one person alone in the lobby

Very polite and helpful staff. The housekeeping and front desk teams always greeted us with a smile and were prompt in addressing any requests during our stay.

The property has accessibility issues, as the only way to reach our rooms was to exit the hotel, walk around the building, and enter through another entrance. Breakfast was just okay, with limited options that frequently ran out. There was also a long queue for waffles since there was only one waffle maker. I’ve had much better breakfasts at cheaper hotels.

Beautiful motel which looks more like a hotel. Very spacious rooms and very comfy and big queen sized beds! Even the sofa pull out bed was big and comfy. Super clean. Friendly staff. Easy access to Wifi. The building was kept very cool with the AC and we could control it in our room. The windows actually open which is sometimes rare in motels these days. Love the location, right in town near restaurants and shopping. We were very happy!

Delicious breakfast although I wish breakfast could run until 11 or at least if there were some fruit available for us late sleepers. Not everyone is up from 6-9am. The entrance was difficult to get out of as making a left turn on the busy road was very timely. I didn't like that there wasn't a change room for the pool, so we didn't swim. The pool was empty the few times i looked. No one wants to walk in the hallway dripping from swimming. Also there are no elevators and I have a walking disability so it was hard getting up the stairs but that's my fault as i didn't specify that during booking (didn't know my walking was that bad until i was exploring the large building). Washroom was a bit cramped and didn't have a ventilation fan so I had to shower with the door open.

clean and decent crowd. good location.

no room service. did not freshen up sheets or towels. stayed 2 nights.

Oud gedateerd ondanks de aanpassingen in 2011

Hôtel vieillissant mais bien entretenu. Personnel cordial. Quartier bruyant mais chambre tranquille et confortable.

Environnement déprimant...

Piscine et confort

l'organisation du petit dejeuner

breakfast was good. lots of options

I feel like they could be filling hot options faster. Bed was very hard!!!!

Breakfast was decent, not enough space to eat comfortably

A little run down for the price

Very close to the highway 401

The staff were amazing and very helpful, big thank to Johana for her excellent service

Small bathroom, poor breakfast but breakfast team were also amazing and making sure nothing is missing

The rooms were great for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast was chaos! Shortage of food and slow replenishment!

The staff are so nice always smiling and very helpful ! Very welcoming , good variety at breakfast even for my kids , clean room

Heerlijke kamer lekker ruim

clean

nothing.I love it

Beds comfortable

Location hard to leave busy road room wasn't very clean had to go outside to access pool and breakfast, coffee ran out on a few items. More like a motel room. Versus a hotel. Room located on outside of hotel area.

we were next to a exit door that when opened and closed it would literally shake the room. This happened throughout the night and got zero sleep. Very disappointing given the brands reputation and the amount we payed

Big room / clean

Fridge and air conditioner were too noisy - disrupted sleep. Young lady at the check in desk was a bit snotty? Didn't know there would be an extra $ 50.00 charge for a pet. Cost for 1 night a little high. Breakfast really bothered my partner. All she had was eggs, but it bothered her afterwards. I was fine but I can eat anything.

Clean rooms, good swimming pool, great breakfast, good value for money

I loved every thing about my stay. Would recommend to all my friends

There was nothing about are stay we did not like

Great breakfast and clean rooms

It would be better if it was more variety for hot food

Bon buffet au déjeuner

Salle de bain petite

The room was a good size, the bed very comfortable, the pillows were comfortable, had a great sleep. The room was quiet. The room was very clean and breakfast in the morning was good.

The only thing I didnt like was that there was no coffee in the rooms. However, there was a keurig coffee machine in the lobby that was available.

The location

Breakfast is good, it would be nice to have more varieties

The pool was spacious, and the staff were wonderful.

There were ants in our bathroom from it not being properly cleaned. But the staff did wonderful with finding us a new room.

C'était une belle expérience.

Rien à dire.

Mooie ruime kamer. Goede badkamer. Goede service. Goed ontbijt.

great breakfast

mattress needs to be replaced - sags toward the middle

Comfortable and great breakfast choice

spacious, comfortable room

Limited staff

Staff were helpful. Everything worked and was clean. Breakfast was decent. They had oat milk for my cereal and gluten free bread for toast. I'm happy with our stay.

Endroit près des épiceries . Chambre familiale.

Clean and very comfortable

It would be nice to have slices of tomato and mayo to make toasted tomato and bacon sandwiched for breakfast

Excellent

Comfy beds, decent sized room for 2 queens and the staff was welcoming. Breakfast was small but had a variety of continental items , waffle maker and a couple hot dishes, eggs, sausage.

The tub in my room only had shower function, I could not make it a bath although there was a bathtub. The soaps were sub par, hardly washed my hair.

The hotel was clean, quiet, breakfast was good. The room was spacious.

The proximity to 401. The highway was noisy.

Pool area was a warm 83F, which was great for young children. Breakfast area was large, comfy and clean.

Suite is not a true suite as the bedroom is not fully separate. High chairs at breakfast were limited and should be swapped for easier to clean table height options

Rooms were a good size

Bathroom was small

Went and asked for an early check in and they upgraded my room for free.

Everything was superb! Clean rooms, fantastic mattress, great sleep quality. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and had wide variety of items to satisfy everyone.

If I had to nitpick, I would only complain about the slow service at breakfast to refill empty items. But on the brighter side, the staff were very quick to respond to our requests and refill the empty trays without delay

It was close to where I had to go

Nothing

Good location and helpful staff

Two different buildings, a little odd.

The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the room was very clean and there was plenty of space except for the small bathroom

The hotel could use some updating the wallpaper and carpets give a 70's vibe. Decor is very distracting

Great property, clean rooms, great value, located close to arena, mall, restaurants. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.

No complaints

The pool is large and was mostly empty for the 2 hours I used it. The room was quiet - i didn't even hear people passing the room in the hallway.

Rooms are a little dated and could use upgrading. The mattress is particular caused some back pain. My room's view was a parking lot and a cement wall.

Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and very cozy. The breakfast was delicious and exceptional. I will definitely be back. The price was great for high quality service.

I would have liked a hot tub or jacuzzi but not a deal breaker.

The proximity to everything.

There were a few bugs in the room One spider and an earwig crawled beside my pillow. It was not pleasant

More choices

Location

There was a hockey group parents and young boys near 10 years or so and they were noisy and playing in the halls outside the rooms till near 10pm and the parents did nothing to stop it rather they sat and talked in the dinning area rather than watching out for the kids.

Ok,

Needed and expected a hot tub
