Room was clean, comfortable, but pillows were really small.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely pleasant and professional. He was very helpful and it was nice to encounter someone who genuinely seemed happy helping clients of the hotel.

The room was OK, we had a king size bed and the pillows were smaller than standard size, the fridge in the room was off, so we had to chill it before putting in any food for our travels. The TV was small compared to the 7 other rooms we stayed in on this trip, oh, and this was also the most expensive room for the past 10 days, a far cry from being worth the price.

Hotel was great apart from the bar/restaurant was not open on a Monday. Which I found unusual, especially as it was a hotel. They did offer room service, but a hotel should offer these services 7 days a week. Thanks

The room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is great!

This hotel was updated to a modern style. The cleanliness of our room was subpar. There was hair on the bathroom floor as well as the shower.

The room was clean and comfortable. The dinner in the restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was good.

Good breakfast although it wasn’t very hot. Our biggest issue was the lack of lighting. Even with all the lights on, it was dark, especially the bathroom. We reported an issue about a chirping smoke detector next door (due to low battery) and it was addressed very quickly. Overall, the room and hallways were a bit ‘tired’.

The room was dirty dust everywhere including ac unit. The pull out couch can use a new mattress it was terrible to sleep on. Love the pool and sauna overall i wouldn't stay there again.

Loved our stay at the Quattro! The hotel is very clean, staff are amazing and dinner at the on site restaurant was exceptional. Will stay at this hotel every time we are in the area.

Front desk staff were excellent, even upgrading us to a ground floor room. Room is quite large compared to other hotels we have been in.

The pool was great and the breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Very warm and amendable greeting, Set the tone for the rest of the hotel. Sadly only 1 night’s stay. Lovely restaurant . Excellent food. A tad noisy, since it was “ special on wine “ night but still Great!

Our room was never cleaned. We had no toilet paper or towels and had to seek a cleaning lady in the hallway.

We have been guests a few times in Quattro and like it a lot. Hope to come back. Perhaps the one comment is the room smelled a bit stale

Keep up the great hospitality!

The gentleman taking care of breakfast was kind and attentive. This hotel is tired, some attempts have been made to upgrade shared spaces, but the rooms, particularly the bathrooms, are so old they don’t look clean even though they are.

Stayed for 2 nights when booked for the Agawa Canyon Train excursion. It was easy to find, offered breakfast and we found the facilities, including the pool area, to be clean and tidy. Hotel met our needs and was in a great location for our stay!

Fantastic stay!

We stayed in a beautiful suite with 2 queen beds. Everything was clean and the service staff were incredibly friendly. They had dine-in and take-out options that were very well advertised. Our visit was seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

Very roomie very comfortable, relaxing environment. Night Shift lady, I found out of sorts and very rude but otherwise the hotel was great

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient with large supermarkets and plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel’s interior was quite good as well. The only drawback was the noise at night, which seemed to come from the aging air conditioning system.

We stayed the night here after a long day of hiking and sightseeing from Sudbury. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant located in the hotel. Dinner was excellent and lots to choose from on the menu.

Great stay. We arrived late to eat and have a none alcoholic drink at the outdoor bar/patio area and the staff let us come in and have something to eat and drink even though it was close to closing. Much appreciated.

Cleaning staff was good and friendly... However the room a/c was too loud and making weird sounds... bathroom sink had a crack in it ...overall disappointed from lack of assistance by front desk

If staying in Sault Ste. Marie, this is a must. Reasonable comfortable hotel with a fantastic restaurant and bar. I have stayed here many times, not a bad thing to say!

Navigating the hotel was like a maze. That said, nice restaurant on site, cleanroom, excellent mattress..easy access from to the Trans Canada

The atmosphere, the Patio, everything. the only problème was the toilet,not flushing well.

Staff were amazing and very helpful. Drive all day and they found out. My kids were able to stay in the pool a bit longer to burn off energy. Room was nice and very spacious. Parking was great. Only thing was no elevator to the 2nd floor which was fine. Breakfast was delicious. Will always recommend this hotel.

Very large spread out property. We were in the the farthest back corner and it was confusing to get to the front desk.

The service is really what sets this hotel apart. Stacey in the dining room is the kind of hard working, friendly staff every employer dreams of. She really impressed our group. The staff at the check in were patient and friendly with great instructions and tips for our stay. Maintenance rose the elevator with us and treated us like he was there for us! Remembered us later when we saw him again. This personal touch made us feel welcomed and comfortable.

I cancelled my reservation before 3 hotel time. was unable to get to Cannada no passport 8/7/ 2:45pm Cannada time on the app I called and talked to a man in the hotel I explained to him what happened he had an I don't care attitude 5:25 pm 8/12/2025 fla time, He didn't even offer me to talk to a manager And to top it off i was on my honney moon

My husband and I were celebrating our 50th Anniversary... We chose Quatro because we had heard great reviews and we had previously experienced the wonderful dining there. We also had been given a gift certificate for Quatro for our anniversary. We thought it would be wonderful to stay there and not have to leave to have an amazing meal !! And gift certificates to help pay our cost!! So we booked our stay. When we arrived, we were informed that the gift certificates were only honored in the restaurant. We said OK, we were planning to dine there that evening. Then we were informed that the restaurant was not open Sunday or Mondays. (We were there on a Sunday) This meant that we now needed to go out and search for another quality restaurant that fit our special occasion. We DID enjoy our stay and the other amenities... it just was disappointing that we had to leave and go elsewhere for our special meal and could not use our gift certificates

After walking a very long hallway to arrive at our room, the hallway door just outside and people talking could be heard through the walls all night. Main floor room, although remodelled, felt like we were in a basement.

Our room was spacious and clean but very small bathroom and loud air conditioner that blew on anyone near it. We were on second floor with no elevator. Staff at check in was not friendly and gave no info about breakfast or restaurant Restaurant was great for dinner. Breakfast was ok

I truly appreciated the wonderfully upbeat and gracious service at every level. From the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping staff...everything and everyone was cheery and satisfying. I wished only for a shuttle service to take guests to the local places of interest.

There was a drip from the bathroom ceiling fan one night and no staff at the front desk to be found upon checkout.

I booked a room here based on some good reviews I read. Based on my experience I will NOT stay here again. Older hotel rebranded many times. One bed had a sunken hole in the middle, and thr other was slanted and very uncomfortable. The bathroom is extremely small. The AC was burning hot. Called for maintenance. Guy shows up with a metal rod like he knew exactly what thr problem was, and he did! He had to kickstart thr blower fan and said oh sometimes it gets stuck. NICE! Worked ok after that. Room smelled like musty socks and old lady perfume. Was a quick 1-nighter on our trip to the US. Breakfast had more offerings than expected, but wasnt amazing. As we went to leave, we exited the side door closest to our room and immediately outside my daughter stepped in someones vomit from the night/early morning hours. Real nice. Never again.

Nice patio in the garden and a incredible soft bed.

We stayed in the tower room on top floor, wedding going on , a bit noisy in hall at times, but nothing excessive. Room great , above average for value. Would have stayed on way back but was about 35% more that day so we opted for a less expensive hotel.

Sayed here 1nt on our way Alberta. Hotel was super clean and quiet. Bed a little softer than 'm used to buy it was fine.

Breakfast was very tasty and abundant. Gym and pool were great but hot tub was removed and sauna was not hot. Room was comfy and clean, room service was slow. Hotel is starting to look dated. In great area to walk to restaurants.

False advertising meant that I didn’t get what I paid for. The “suite” was so tiny and only had stand up shower which wasn’t what I had booked. There were no bathrobes as promised in my booking and the tv was NOT the size they advertised, it was so tiny! I got better room elsewhere for way less.

Lobby was beautiful; but our room was terrible — you could hear people talking quietly in the adjacent rooms and hallway, no functioning AC, noisy bathroom fan. No hand soap, shower gel was watered down. Only dining was in an outside patio (super windy day which made the patio non-practical) or room service. I expected a lot more for the price.

I really had a massage and thoroughly enjoyed it. I used the patio as an option for a meal out and didn't have to worry about driving. Front desk was very helpful and copied a map for me to get to Crystal falls as well as other attractions. What I didn't like were the curtains! I couldn't close them due to the hoops.

Arrived late due to construction and traffic issues and were welcomed with a free upgrade to a very nice room where I could park my vehicle right outside the window. Great staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and comfortable.

Very happy with our stay. The room was clean and spacious with a large bathroom, divided living room and bedroom area. Pool was clean. Continental breakfast was delicious. I’d stay there again.

Wonderful stay, staff was wonderful and the hotel was very clean and well kept. Only issue was the mattress was way too worn and soft.

Arrived late after delayed flight. Only had 7 hours at hotel but bathroom could definitely need some attention. Black mould or dirt in shower which is not acceptable
