Best thing about this property, as with most stays in PH, is the staff. The staff were absolutely wonderful and hospitable, assisted me in tenting a scooter and were very attentive to the room. Highlights of the property for me is that it is not in the city center so the traffic coming and going is manageable even though the road is going through construction. Walkable to restaurants / coffee shops etc. The shower was super hot. Actually too hot if you can believe it, and I had a hard time finding the right place as it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. Speaking of freezing cold, the room had a very nice air con that instantly cooled off the space.

The price for what you get feels very steep to be honest. For almost 3k per night perhaps I am wrong but I expected more. 25 pesos per water bottle is obviously not a lot, but if you’re paying 2850 for the room it feels silly to charge for water. Speaking of up charges, there is a nespresso machine which is obviously a great perk, but they will bill you 100php per capsule. There is a hot pot so you can buy powdered coffee yourself but I found it odd the only direct option for in room coffee was the nespresso pods that came with an upcharge. The pillows on the bed were great, but the bed itself was pretty stiff and bad. The TV in the room is not a smart TV and has I think 3 local channels. This is not a big deal because why do you come to this beautiful country to lay in bed and watch tv, however movie night in bed could be a fun option which is not possible here. The WiFi is also very very bad. The speed of the WiFi is good, but staying connected to the signal from your room is near impossible. One single AP perhaps in the dining area could fix this for the property. Anyways at the end of the day maybe I am being ridiculous but for the price it seemed like it was lacking in some rather basic staples you’d expect.

Great breakfast. It's really nice to have it handmade for you and to eat it in the nice outdoor patio area. Sitting up on the balcony reading is also really relaxing, though be aware the street out front is quite busy and noisy.

Looked like there was only cable TV, which wasn't interesting. And the channel list paper appeared to be incorrect.

The staff were very welcoming, accommodating to the guests’ needs. The rooms were clean, the property felt cozy yet premium and it really set the atmosphere for a relaxing stay in Dipolog.

I wish a laundry facility was available.

Dies ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel selbst ist gut ausgestattet, das Personal ist freundlich und das Design sehr ästhetisch. Jedoch ist es einbisschen weit vom Zentrum - zudem ist die Parkmöglichkeit nicht allzu gross.

A great Bed & Breakfast that has a restaurant on site with super friendly staff for support! Would definitely recommend was a true gem!

Nice clean place with lots of different options for food around. I felt pretty safe as a foreigner walking around. At night they close a gate and have security. Easy to get a trike and go anywhere. They had decent food and took care of laundry for me. Spoke good English which helped when asking for assistance or things to do. The staff were all nice. Hot shower with good water pressure. Comfortable beds. I would definitely stay again.

Das Zimmer war groß und sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bad war sehr gut ausgestattet jedoch sobald die Dusche angegangen ist hat das Wasser bis zur Toilette gespritzt aufgrund der ungünstigen Bauweise.

Auch wenn das Internet von der Datenstärke gut war ist es mehrmals zusammen gebrochen und hatte sehr oft Ausfälle.

The place is clean, and comfortable.

Everything gave off relaxing vibes. The room was very comfortable and the AC was working hard. Philippines weather necessitates that. The bathroom was nice and spacious and the food was really good. Also, they helped bail us out of a tricky situation where we were abandoned by our tricycle driver by coming to pick us up. Overall a fantastic place to stay!

Sometimes the kitchen closes early and there is no notification to the guests that this happens.

The facility is along the highway. There is an airport shuttle available.

The sink was clogged but it was fixed after talking to reception. Water from the shower and sink is somewhat yellowish.

I've stayed here several times. It's probably the nicest place to stay in Dipolog City. The mattress wasn't great but not terrible either. Parking can be an issue, especially if you drive a large vehicle. There is a lot of traffic during morning and evening rush hours and it's very hard to back out into traffic. The breakfast is always enjoyable. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Everything was good, but the price is really high for this kind of hotel. I like the design of the rooms, also the bathroom, polite and kind staff. From booking the price is really higher (+30%) instead to come and book in the reception

The room and garden was acceptable.

The room cleaning was upon request. This was stated in the house rules in the room wall. We did not read it, thinking that it was standard in all hotels. We learned about it on our second day since we asked for a reason why housekeeping was not done. They could have informed us about this policy during check- in.

Woundefull Hotel its perfect the Best Hotel in Dipolog City . We like it so much. Nice rooms nice garden and great yummy Breakfast and all service stuff ao friendly helpfull. Amazing we will come back .

The staff are so nice and accommodating. They organise your airport pickup and drop off for free. Good Filipino breakfast and yummy omelet. The location is very good with laundry and restaurants nearby. The only negative thing that I didn’t like is that you cannot keep food in the hotel room as ants starts to march in, but that is Philippines for you! The only form of transportation in this place is a private car or your tricycle/baobao which is easily accessible as soon as you go out of the hotel. Overall I enjoyed my time in Dipolog. A nice little town with a lot of amazing restaurants as long as you’re prepared to explore.

Standard Filipino breakfast included with choice of meat and style of egg and is prepared very well. Staff is excellent and accommodating. Plenty of TV channels and internet access was available. Property has on-site generator to deal with frequent brown/blackouts which did occur on my stay.

Two things that could use improvements are new bed mattresses as the current ones are extremely firm, and maybe add a shower curtain to prevent the water from splashing into the rest of the bathroom.

Proprietors and support staff extremely accommodating, encountered an issue whereby I needed to stay an extra night and they kindly allowed me to check in earlier than usual- very helpful toward my situation! If ever in Dipolog City, would definitely stay here again!
