Ariana Hotel

It’s was the most convenient hotel so close to the airport. I had to pay for an early check-in which is understandable but a bit annoying especially since they could clearly see that I was sick and not feeling well.

I would say the room is big but it’s was a bit “cheap” but the price does match what I got so I am not that surprised.

Location

Hotel is outdated

If you want to stay away from the chaos of the city center, this is the place

It looks out dated. We were initially placed in a room where the toilet bowl did not work. We told the receptionist about it and were initially told that they were probably out of water. We were transferred to another room because we insisted regardless of the explanation. Not going back.

Of all the hotels we've stayed at, Ariana has the best room and comfort room because the room and color are beautiful.

The room is beautiful

Location is walking distance from the airport

No wifi, the AC is not cool, the smell of the room is bad

Accessibility to where I needed to go

It’s was a worn out room, needs maintenance , the first room smells bad so we requested another room which smells better, ended up staying just for a night

The staff are very Helpful and Professional. Great People.

God mat, nærme flyplassen

Ingenting

The hotel was clean and tidy. The restaurant and swimming pool were good. Staff friendly Air-conditioning worked ok. WiFi good. Very close to the airport

A bit far from the town centre. A bit noise as there was two wedding events going on.

Good food good service

Nothing

Comfy bed, nice room

Bathroom had cracked floor tiles, shower didn't work properly and wasn't clean, the handled on the shower were broken and on the roof of the bedroom looked to me like mould, but the place was being renovated

Staff are excellent Dining room, meals and staff excellent

Low water pressure in bathroom. coffee shop never seemed to have change

I liked the hotel design, the pool and their room.

Location to airport great. Shuttle great. Staff great. I wish could took time in the pool. It looked awesome but too hot for me in daytime... food is ok in restaurant

There was a smell of burning rubber every day in the gallery leading to the rooms. The rooms are outdated with spots of wallpaper coming lose. This location my room had no view except a block wall. Restaurant us slow to fill orders even if not many people there

Very nice location and great food at the restaurant

Location near airport, freindly staff.

Vastly overpriced, can get a 4.5 star in makati for less money

The staff is nice and friendly. They go out of their way to help you. The restaurant has a wide variety of food on the menu. The best part is, they are located right in front of the airport so there is no chance of missing my flight. All I need to do is go out the front door, turn left and I am then right there at the airport. The rooms are kept clean and well maintained. I have been to Ariana three times within the past year and I will continue to go there anytime I need to when I fly.

Piscine restaurant garden

Chambres odeur horrible eau chaude me marche pas. Pas de menage pendant 3 jours. Mauvais management potential enorme mais c etait une horreur chambre nfect odeur de moisi vraiment dommage !!!!!

Didn’t have breakfast

None

Attendance of staff low

Location, big parking

The restaurant sometimes forgets about your breakfast..

Great stay

Clean, and friendly staff

Some food is not in the menu.Back at Swimming pool are need to have a fence for safety of the guest.

Nice hotel, good food, staff ok. Had to move room as shower never worked.

Location

All good

The location was near the airport, staff were lovely and helpful, and it has a lovely pool area too

The rooms/toilets looked a bit old

Value for money and location

Water supply was cut off. I think there was a problem with the connection

From check in to check out, our stay was smooth. Room is comfortable and has complete in room amenities. The pool is clean which our kids enjoyed. Free breakfast is simple but filling and tasty. Staff are professional and efficient. They also offer free airport transportation which is so convenient when travelling with kids and with luggages. They are also located near restos and establishments and very accessible to public transportation.

Location is great, near the airport - walkable distance. Lovely swimming pool

Breakfast was good. Location is great

Suggestion made to help desk for hand and face towels be available.

We booked 3 rooms and stayed over during Christmas and it was great, food for breakfast was good too, and the rooms are tidy and spacious, good for 3 people. Staff were lovely and were very helpful. Location is so close to Dipolog airport and close drive to restaurants and malls. Overall a great stay!

Property was will maintained

Location good

Room had no facecloths , no water for drinking , little toilet rolls , no body wash , the shower was poor condition, ants all over the tables inside the room , the breakfast was poor

Near the airport , clean, value for money

Things to improve would be the service. More customer centric, welcoming and go out of the way to be hospitable

Tablea chocolate cafe, lady was super nice, food/drinks were really good!

The cleanliness of the room was not good, didn’t feel clean and it smelt like mould. Was disappointed with the abandoned bar next to the pool, as we were expecting to spend most of our time at the pool sipping on drinks. The breakfast food was bad, our food was served cold. The staff wasn’t helpful, my brother was staying a couple of rooms down from me. His neighbour was extremely noisy (yelling and making alot of noise all hours of the day into late at night), we asked the staff to do something about it and they did not care, which was strange as they have signs all over the hotel that say “observe silence”. For the price we paid, it wasn’t worth it.

Easy access to the airport, clean & decent hotel. The food is good excellent menu. Staff are accommodating and pleasant.

Easy walkable distance to the airport. Included breakfast but breakfast doesn't start until later 7:30. No complaints.

Clean. Bed is ok. Nice swimming pool, staffs have good service and good cafe we tried spicy hot chocolate very yummy................ ..... ...... ........... .. ... .... ...... ..... ...... ....... .......................... ........

Beautiful place to stay and close to the airport. Staff were amazing and the restaurant on site was very good. Thank you!

Good at the restaurant was exceptional.

Lack of communication that the room i booked was not available. Also being charged the same rate for a standard room as for the garden room that i had booked.

Convenient and ok price

Close to airport next to a restaurant

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean room, very beautiful building. Close to the local airport. Very comfortable room. Good breakfast.

Nothing

Very nice hotel and excellent location if you have early morning flight

Nice location

Dusty air conditioning & custains. I kept on sneezing.

Highly recommended for those who are far from the city if Dipolog and going to travel to Manila or Cebu . This hotel is Walkable if you have no Luggage and free shuttle !

The location to airport

No slippers. The corridor smelll medicine due to there cleaning agent. The room is very far! The breakfast was a bit small.

I like the location and the environment

They should try another menu for breakfast

Enjoyed their clean and cozy rooms with courteous and friendly staffs. Its conducive location being almost adjacent the airport is an advantage. Will always be a great choice to stay during every business visit in the city to find rest end of the day.

Mode lights in the rest rooms, needed to bring in brighter light bulbs or tleast to switch one when needed

The garden view room was dirty , bathroom too

the privacy

there is no telephone lines. i have to go down if i have any concerns

I had no breakfast because we had to leave for the airport early before breakfast time

Parking because there was a wedding

Everything was amazing Thank you to the stuff 🙏

The property and pool area are very nice.

Excellent, recommended for everyone

Lovely hotel in good central location- easy access to airport and the city. Good restaurant, although be great to have a few more breakfast options. Lovely Pool, excellent support from reception when needed. Thank you team!!

Quiet place even it's close to the airport..

The restaurant is overpriced..
