Location, flat size. Everything was perfect.

There weren’t fixed air conditioning, only portable small one which was not enough to cool the room

close to the lake and very nice location. easy to get in contact with the host. very beautiful sight around. The rooms are large enough for 6-8 people. The kitchen is very nice. Good place for a family vacation.

It is too hot in August and better to have one more AC in the room.

We travelled with a big family and we were very impressed with the facilities and the apartment itself. It was super spacious filled with amenities and items to use which made our experience in Montreux a lot easier. Claudia, our host, was incredibly nice with her excellent hospitality service and we couldn’t thank her enough! Would definitely book here again when we visit Montreux 😊😊

I was moved from my original booking location 3 days before arrival, so I was not happy. My booking was for an apartment on Le Grand Rue. I booked it specifically for its close proximity to the Jazz Festival and easy access for our party to come and go. The apartment we were relocated to was further out of the city - a 10-15 minute walk, 5 minute bus trip...although it was lovely and had a beautiful view of the lake.

The apartment was spacious and clean.

There was no air conditioning in the apartment. The description listed AC. In one room there was a portable little unit that barely worked. The other room there was nothing. In the living room there was a unit that needed to have the balcony door open to put a tube outside for the portable device to work. When the balcony was open it was very loud and did not properly air condition the apartment. We stayed 3 nights and couldn't sleep because it was so hot. We tried opening the windows but it was very loud. When no one can sleep it ruins the vacation. I would not recommend renting this unit as this is a big problem and I raised it with the agent and they did nothing.

Beautiful spacious apartment with fabulous views. Perfect base and location for exploring Montreux and the surrounding area Bella was helpful, friendly and informative. A lovely special touch receiving flowers and a card for my mother's birthday. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

Great location, close to everything, host was friendly, and fast to respond, no issues at all with our stay. We had arrived later than we had told the host, and there was no issues. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay again.
