Montreux Luxury Suite

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and could not have been happier with this accommodation. Everything was in excellent condition, very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. What impressed us the most was the attention to detail throughout the apartment. From the decorations to the various amenities and supplies provided, we could really feel how much care the host had put into making guests feel welcome and comfortable. There were so many thoughtful little touches that made the stay feel much more special than a typical accommodation. The host was also incredibly kind, considerate, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was easy, and we truly appreciated the flexibility and kindness shown to us, including allowing us a late check-out. It made our last day in Montreux much more relaxed and enjoyable. We also really appreciated the local recommendations. We visited Coco Mama for our final meal in Montreux based on the host’s recommendation, and it was fantastic. It was the perfect way to end our stay. My entire family loved the accommodation and was extremely satisfied. Thanks to this wonderful place and the host’s warm hospitality, we were able to make some very happy memories in Montreux. If we ever return to Montreux, we would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. I would also highly recommend this place to my friends, family, and anyone visiting Montreux. One of the best and most thoughtful stays we have had during our trip. Thank you so much for everything!

Отсутствуют кондиционеры, это конечно минус, но собственники позаботились о том, чтобы было много различных вентиляторов, и понятно, что это не из вина, потому что это памятник архитектуры и установить там кондиционер не возможно

Our stay in Montreux was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with very cozy beds and a real sense of care in every detail. Access was very easy by car, and having a private parking space right in front, inside the courtyard, made everything even more convenient. The views are simply breathtaking. One evening, my fiancée and I enjoyed a romantic dinner on the terrace by the lake, and it truly felt like a little piece of paradise. We highly recommend this place and would be delighted to return.

Квартира совершенно не соответствует заявленному уровню. В комнатах очень шумно — постоянно слышны шаги сверху, а также сами полы скрипят и усиливают шум, из-за чего невозможно нормально отдохнуть. Постельное бельё в катышках, полотенца далеко не новые и уже потеряли белизну. Полы ледяные и, судя по всему, плохо убираются — белые носки буквально сразу становились серыми. В целом создаётся ощущение изношенности: посуда старая, есть мелкие поломки (например, держатель для туалетной бумаги повреждён). Мы бронировали проживание на две недели, но были вынуждены уехать уже на следующий день. Вежливо попросили вернуть хотя бы половину стоимости — нам отказали. Также пришлось оставить купленные продукты. Отдельный минус — расположение номера на первом этаже: окно практически невозможно открыть, так как вы буквально на виду у всех прохожих с набережной, никакой приватности. Стиральной машины нет, что тоже неожиданно для такого уровня. Честно говоря, непонятно, откуда у этого места 4 звезды — по факту это обычная квартира уровня Airbnb, причём не в лучшем состоянии.

1.地理位置绝佳，离蒙特勒火车站的直线距离在100多米以内，公交站近在咫尺，出行超级方便。住宿附近有一家名为“老磨坊”的亚洲超市，环境整洁，商品丰富，价格适宜。当然，附近也有COOP等其他本土超市； 2.房子的露台正对着日内瓦湖和法国境内的雪山，每天清晨醒来，都可以清晰地看到湖面上的长白云，风景异常美丽； 3.厨房设施齐全，不仅有很多盘子，还有中国人喜欢的碗，非常适合烹饪；卫生间的毛巾烘干架非常好用，换洗的衣服能够迅速烘干； 4.与Aiescha女士的沟通非常愉快，她非常耐心细致，不厌其烦。在入住前，向她请教了很多关于蒙特勒旅行的资讯，都得到了非常及时的回复。甚至在入住过程中，她也会详细告知很多注意事项。总之，是个非常有职业素养的管理者。

1.相对于两个人入住，价格偏贵一些，性价比不算高。所以，这套住宿更适合一家几口人入住。 2.建议配置购物袋，方便客人采购食品。当然，也许是我们没在房间里找着购物袋。另外，住宿的房门是彩色玻璃的，如果有人靠近，很容易看到室内情况，让住客不够心安，建议采取一些措施解决这个问题。 3.在我们入住期间，从蒙特勒火车站前往住宿的扶梯坏了，而我们带了两个大行李箱，行动不便。幸亏，我们找到附近另外一处直梯。关于这样的细节问题，建议能够提前告知住客，更彰显服务的贴心和温情。

The apartment is spacious and elegant with absolutely fabulous likeside view. Location itself in the heart of the Montreux with parking on the property.

Close to train station, amazing view of the lake, spacious apartment, clean, comfortable beds, close to the promenade, easy to walk or take a bus to Chillon castle.

The lift connecting the hill where the train station and the lake promenade does not always work, so you may have to carry your luggage through the stairs.

This place was amazing!! Location, space, amenities everything!! Absolutely loved it!

The accommodation is really right on the lake, the view is fantastic. The bed was super comfortable and there is a parking lot right in front of the house.

We would have liked the kitchen to be a bit more modern and newer (especially considering the price). Nevertheless, everything necessary is available.

Perfect location! Literally could be any better, you become part of Montreux. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the ferries pass by while listening to the live music

The only negative is a small one. The single washer and dryer is shared by multiple units and the day I needed to do laundry to continue on our trip one of the residents decided to wash every piece of fabric in his apartment it seemed. The units were filled all day. It was well into the night before I could do the wash. So do your wash when you see the washer open, don’t wait. But like I said, it’s a small thing

The property is beautiful and spacious. It was a little difficult to find if you are walking from the train station as you have to go down a huge flight of stairs or find the elevator (which we discovered was by following the red line painted on the sidewalk.) But it is a very short distance from the train station and the view is wonderful. We spent most of our time on the terrace which was nicely outfitted with furniture and sits on the promenade along the lake.

My only complaint is that the city was setting up for the Jazz Festival. There was construction everywhere along the promenade and on three sides of the apartment. Not only was it loud, but definitely took away from the views. I wasn't aware that there was a Jazz Festival or would have avoided the weeks leading up to it. It would have been nice to have been warned about this at booking time, or had the rate discounted some. I'm sure it would be a fabulous place to be during the festival, as you would be in the heart of the activity.

We didn’t realise there was one bathroom for 4 of us . Since we were travelling with my 92 year old Dad, this was inconvenient . We also happened to be in town during the Jazz festival. It was super noisy till 2 am and the crowd was also rowdy . Thankfully that was our last night there - could barely sleep .

The apartment is located strategically on the Montreux Riviera, giving very easy access to restaurants, and very, very good view of the lake! The unit is also decorated very tastefully and to a very high standard. Aiescha the host is also very, very attentive to our requests. Nothing to fault, and will definitely return to stay!

Waterfront views and luxurious! Easy to access from Montreux train station. The Verandah Terrace was lovely this time of year as we were here in May.

Some noise as it is in the city center but this was to be expected for the suite location.

The location of the property on lake Geneva was outstanding , you would walk onto the balcony and have a amazing view of the lake and sunset at night. Property was clean and tidy and the beds very comfy. A 2 min walk from the train station , bars and Restaurants. The host was very helpful and helped us with anything we needed , would highly recommend and stay again when in Switzerland.

There was only one bathroom for the two bedrooms. There was street noise at night and early morning but not too disturbing.

The house is amazing ! Renovated with style with big rooms and a lot of light . The location is simply amazing in the heart of Montreux ,With stunning views from the terrace ! Our host is very responsive our check in and check out went very smooth. Definitely recommend this property

Well appointed flat in excellent location with a very very attentive host.

Literally everything, i was shocked to see a place like this exactly like the pictures and better. The host Aiecha was so nice and tries her best to make us feel comfortable and happy. Definitely I recommend this house and i will visit it again soon. Best view in montreux.

The location (to the train station and the lake) are amazing - you are half a block if that from each. Great for the Xmas markets! The apartment is grand and has many beautiful features with wonderful linens and pillows and all the comforts of a 5 star hotel. I loved the views directly onto the lake.

It was not clear that to get to the door you go through the main green gate. it looked closed and locked when we checked in on Saturday, so would be good to clarify the gate entrance instructions in addition to the two main doors.
