Milý útulný pokojík s výhledem do technického dvorku. Pokoj měl vše, co potřebujete na krátkodobé přespání. Majitelka byla velmi vstřícná.

Klimatizace. Byla hlučnější, ale zejména záře obrovské LED diody v noci osvětluje celý prostor. Když klima vypnete a otevřete okno do dvora, nahlas tam hučí vnější klimatizační jednotky. Pokud to jde, objednejte jiný pokoj.

Der Balkon im 2.Stock, mit dem fantastischen Ausblick ! Einen schönen Gruß an Deborah, die sich immer sehr freundlich um uns gekümmert hat. Durch die gute Kommunikation über whats app war alles , z.B. auch das Einchecken sehr einfach.

Perfect stay in a great location in Madalena town, short walk to port, restaurants and supermarket. Very comfortable room and excellent shower/bathroom. Host Debora was very kind and helpful, provided all information ahead of arrival and during the stay. Great value for the price. Very relaxing time, will stay here again next summer.

Although our room wasn’t large, it was beautifully decorated and exactly as advertised. The host, Débora, provided exceptional service and was highly attentive throughout our stay. We stayed on the second floor and loved having a useful balcony with a great view. While breakfast isn't included, the fantastic Andrade coffee shop is just a short 5-minute walk away. Overall, this is an excellent accommodation on the island, and we highly recommend it!

Just a heads-up for future guests: the stairs are quite narrow, which can be tricky if you have heavy suitcases or limited mobility.

The location was excellent - right in the center of Madalena and easy to find. The room was incredibly tidy, the bed was comfortable, sheets crisp with a really great AC unit. The rooms always smelled so fresh and clean. The bathroom was nicely laid out, lots of towels supplied and toiletries. Outside of the room was a shared coffee/tea/distilled bottled water station that was cleaned and restocked every day. I really have nothing bad to say about the rental it was wonderful and the staff were so kind and accommodating - keeping in contact via WhatsApp for us and checking in. She took the time to explain everything to us when we arrived and showed us how appliances worked (we are not from EU a lot of things are new to us haha!). There was a small welcome box which included Gorreana Teas, Azores Jam, Biscuits and some local chocolates which was very kind. We asked about a fridge for our room since we brought cheeses from Sao Miguel, and she kindly offered to store them for us in the restaurant fridge since our room did not have one (this is my fault for not checking first). Overall this is a really cozy place to stay and the special touch decor made it feel even more comfortable 😀 very kind and welcoming.

The only negative I would say is that the parking can be a little sparse in front of the location as there is a very popular and busy restaurant downstairs (O Cinco)! We have found this is the case everywhere in Azores though so it's not really a negative, just something to keep in mind.

Das Zimmer hatte eine tolle Einrichtung, das Bett war bequem. Es gab ein Zwischenfall im Restaurant unter meinem Zimmer, der mich eine Nacht sehr gestört hat, aber die Gastgeberin hat wirklich toll darauf reagiert. Ich hab mich wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben und wohl gefühlt!

Lovely clean smart room in a great central location. Débora the host is very helpful and energetic and is a very good communicator, especially by WhatsApp to make sure you’re happy with everything. We had a nice balcony outside to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. The rooms are above a (very good) restaurant called O Cinco so it’s a bit noisy if you’re in one of the rooms at the front with people drinking outside until it shuts at 23:00, but after that it’s quiet.

We had 2 nights at My Bed in Pico. The hostess, Deborah, was a delight - we were able to drop our bags off early, were upgraded to a larger room, had a personalised check in and good communication throughout. The location is very central, just a 5 minute walk to the harbour for the ferry to Faial. Great food choices nearby and we were able to hire electric bikes in the town.

Wir hatten die Dachwohnung welche sehr geräumig war und keine Wünsche übrig gelassen hat. Deborah ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin und ist ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit. Es gibt unter den Zimmer ein Restaurant welches zur Familie der Vermieter gehört. Das Essen ist soweit gut, jedoch ist es aus unserer Sicht nicht das Beste Restaurant im Ort obwohl dies oft so dargestellt wird. Parken ist problemlos ganz in der Nähe möglich. Supermarkt ebenfalls sehr nah. Einige Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

Eigentlich nichts, jedoch sind Ohropax empfehlenswert da der Wind sehr laut über das Dach pfeift.

Het hotel is aan de hoofdstraat in het centrum van Madalena. Onder het hotel is een restaurant waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Er is voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid voor de auto dichtbij. De kamer is erg sfeervol en origineel ingericht. De kamer was erg schoon. De eigenaresse stelde tweetal prima pastelaria on de buurt voor waar je goed kunt ontbijten.

Het bed was volgens mij maar 140 cm breed en had voor mij iets breder gemogen.

Grosszügiges Studio an super zentraler Lage. Die Betreuung von Beginn bis zur Abreise top. Komplette EInrichtung der Küche zum selber Kochen. Liebevolle und sehr gepflegte Einrichtung - man fürhlt sich sehr wohl.

Sehr schönes Zimmer. Super freundlicher Empfang von Débora, welche uns zudem direkt noch Tipps für Restaurants gab. Gratis Wasser und kleines Willkommensgeschenk. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und wohl. Ausstattung auch gut.

Das Haus ist leider sehr eng und die Zimmer sind relativ klein.

Fantastic location with restaurant below and bakery down the street! Nicely decorated, clean, well equipped. Manager was wonderful offering recommendations and even a dehumidifier to help dry out clothes after being caught in the rain.

The property uses (in our opinion) far too many strongly scented products- to the point that it makes you wonder what they are trying to cover up??? Even though it is spotless with NO SIGN of mold or mildew.

Conveniently located to everything. Parking was right out front or many spots nearby. Very modern, clean, pretty, comfortable room with a great balcony view of Mt Pico! Débora kept in touch before, during and after our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. She offered a welcome drink while checking us in and answering all our questions. She made dinner reservations for us and sent a text with all her suggestions. She really was a wonderful help! Restaurant below the hotel was wonderful - O’Cinco.

Needed to walk up two flights of stairs, but that is often the case when staying in charming houses/B&Bs. Debora carried our bags up for us, which she did not need to do.

Fantastic place! Super lovely host who came to welcome me at check in. I even got a room upgrade! Coffee pods, water and tea were all free - a really great touch. Room was so comfy and water in the shower was nice and hot. In a great location in the town. Wonderful!

My wife and I stayed in the Wanderlust room for three nights at the end of March, 2026. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay and our host, Debora, was very helpful and accommodating. The room was quite large and very nicely decorated with a bicycle theme. Although the bathroom was pretty small, it had everything we needed... including hooks and towel rods that seem hard to find in European hotels. There was a coffee station and free bottled water right outside our door. Our large balcony had the My Bed in Pico sign on the railing and is positioned directly above the nice restaurant at street level. It is on the main street, with a view of the church, local activity and the sea. There is a large grocery store only two blocks away and very convenient for grabbing anything needed. Parking is free and very easy to find nearby.

I had a lovely time here. Excellent location peaceful, central, clean, comfortable. Debora was a great host, very helpful and nice. Highly recommended.

I loved everything.

Excellent location in the center of Madelana. Ten minute drive from airport. The room was spotless. The best part was the support provided by Debora. She helped arrange transfers to/from airport, a driver for a tour of the island and patiently answered our questions. Very professional. We'd stay here again if we ever come back to Pico.

We stayed for five nights in My Bed in Pico. It was originally only supposed to be for three, but due to cancellation of our ferry to St. Jorge (due to adverse weather) we had to extend our stay. Our host, Debora, was absolutely brilliant and, despite the short notice, allowed us to stay an extra two nights at a reduced rate. She could not have been more helpful and we can thoroughly recommend My Bed in Pico as a great place to stay. I should also add that the apartment was spotlessly clean and was in a great location. Thank you very much Debora; you are a real star!

C’est le logement qui nous a coûté le plus cher durant notre voyage aux Açores (5 îles visitées) alors qu’il n’y a ni cuisine ni machine à laver le linge (pas pratique pour une Guest House) et le logement est situé juste au dessus des deux restaurants très fréquentés de la ville donc c’est très bruyant jusqu’à tard : si vous êtes sensible au bruit, des boules quies seront nécessaires).

Debora was extremely helpful and kind. We visited during a low tourist season, so she upgraded us to a larger room at the stay. The accommodation was in a perfect location and the room was very clean (and they cleaned it every day if we wanted). I highly recommend staying here.

Débora war sehr freundlich und hat sich viel Zeit genommen. Zimmer war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wasser, Tee und Kaffee war kostenfrei vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Localização perfeita, a 100 metros do Terminal Portuário, junto a Restaurantes (todos eles top… recomendo O Cinco e o Porta 6), com estacionamento á porta (mesmo que não houvesse verifiquei a existência de 2 parques gratuitos a menos de 200 metros); Comodidades de excelência, super bem decorado, com todas as funcionalidades necessárias; Super acolhedor; Destaco o acompanhamento e disponibilidade prestados desde o primeiro ao último momento, na pessoa de Débora, com preocupação constante em que tudo pudesse resultar numa experiência e estadia de excelência! E foi!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Pico! We were on the very top floor — be aware there are stairs, so carrying luggage up and down can be a bit of a workout. We had requested the room with the washing machine, which was perfect for us as we were traveling light throughout the islands. There’s no dryer, but it was manageable. The linens, towels, and bathrobes were of luxury quality and beautifully presented on our double bed. There’s also a lovely seating area where you can relax, read a book, or simply enjoy the view. The kitchen is fully equipped. We enjoyed our morning coffee inside before heading out to a nearby bakery for breakfast. There are also two local supermarkets with great cafeterias serving clean, local food at very reasonable prices. The living area has a good-quality TV with access to many American shows as well as local channels. The bathroom was modern, with a powerful hair dryer (better than most hotels!). When we needed extra towels, it was no problem. Housekeeping is done every two days, though we opted out. Deborah was a super host — incredibly accommodating and kind. She even allowed us a late checkout on Sunday, which we were beyond grateful for. Don’t miss the nearby local wine-tasting spots within walking distance, natural pools, scenic lookout bar, and the wine museum — all worth visiting! Whether you drive around the island or hire a guide, you’ll discover unbelievable views and hidden gems. A side note: there’s a great restaurant downstairs where we ate twice (and others nearby). The host can recommend local eateries. Lastly, if you’re catching a ferry, double-check the location and schedule. Ours was changed from São Roque to Madalena due to weather, and with no taxis available, we were at the mercy of anyone who could drive us there. Overall, an excellent stay — comfortable, well-appointed, and hosted by someone who truly cares about her guests

Top location, nice and cozy room only a minute from the ocean. Deborah is one of the sweetest hosts from all our travels around the world. Definitely worth the money, only can recommend. Restaurant below the room is must try.

Sehr schönes Hotel was sehr zentral gelegen ist. Alles sehr sauber und fußläufig alles schnell zu erreichen. Parkplatz ist direkt 100 m entfernt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und uns wurde alles sehr ausführlich erklärt. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser steht jeden Tag kostenlos auf den einzelnen Etagen zur Verfügung.

Die Lage ist top und die Zimmer sind sehr dekorativ und inspirierend eingerichtet. Bei der Ankunft stand eine kleine Begrüßung bereit, und es gab Kaffee und Wasser. Die Managerin des Hauses war stets bemüht ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.

We stayed in the suite on the 3rd floor with a view over the town we could see Faial. Our host met us to make sure all was all right and in working order. She gave us guidance about the town and opportunities and worked withus to store our luggage as our flight left late. The full kitchen was great and the sitting area provided a much needed spot for reflection and watching the ocean and the evening rain over Faial.

De kamer was mooi en heel schoon. De gastvrouw was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is fijn gelegen.

Debora greeted us on arrival and made us feel at home. Her communication was excellent! We had the top apartment which has a great view across the water to Faial, especially at night and in the evening when the sun went down. Everything you need in the kitchen (dishes, microwave, etc) and we were able to use a washing machine in our apartment. Restaurant directly downstairs is very good, as is the one across the street. Very convenient location just minutes from ferry terminal and taxis. Overall, a wonderful stay. We would 100% stay at My Bed in Pico again.

Wonderful studio that overcame our expectations. Perfectly situated one step to the church and the ferry terminal. Madalena as such isn‘t spectacular, but a lovely little community. Very kind manager, easy to reach, no probs! Very pleased that it gave the possibility not to change towels every day and not to clean every day - eco responsible!

Superb location right in the heart of the village with superb views towards the ocean. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and more, lovely little touches and the owner helped us with local information, places to eat, bag storage, taxi etc. We enjoyed being able to prepare our breakfast, leisurely, with local produce and sitting eating with a magnificent view. The view of Horta island lays out before you and the chairs enable you to lay back and enjoy the sunset.

We loved our stay in Pico! The room is in the perfect location in the center, walking distance to the town's shops, restaurants and waterfront. Right downstairs is a restaurant we loved so much we ate there twice! There was also always plenty of parking just on the street over which was convenient with the rental car. Débora was so kind and attentive to our needs during our entire stay. I definitely recommend if you find yourself in Pico!

The location is right in the center of Madalena, with the harbor in walking distance. There is also a restaurant on street level, which is very good and also offers breakfast. Parking spots are nearby directly in the street or in dedicated parking lots. Our host was amazing - she helped us on several occasions and also gave us nice tips for our stay on Pico island.

This has been our favorite place we stayed during our ten days in the Azores. We stayed in the suite on the top floor, which has a fantastic view of the church and Faial Island. They were so accommodating, our flight didn't leave until 7 PM, and they let us leave our luggage for the day and came back to have it waiting for us curbside. So charming!

Débora was warm, welcoming and accessible throughout our stay. She met us downstairs in the restaurant and offered us beverages at both the beginning and the end of our stay. We had her number if there was anything we needed, and she responded almost immediately. Coffee, tea and water were available 24/7. The room was exceptionally clean. The hotel is centrally located with free street parking, in a very walkable area, close to the water. The excellent O Cinco restaurant is directly downstairs, we had dinner there both nights. Our room's balcony faced Mt. Pico.

Delightfully different accommodations, above O Cinque restaurant. Staff are helpful and always available on WhatsApp. My friend in the Patterns room had no issues with the restaurant below. We enjoyed my balcony on the second floor, facing Pico. Coffee and tea station on each floor is welcome. Pastelaria is a block away.

We stayed in the Soul Patterns room and although it was small it was nicely decorated. This room is directly above the kitchen of the restaurant below and that created a lot of noise with pots and pans clanging and smells from the kitchen every night until midnight. Also the double bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable which is disappointing considering how much work was done to make the room look so nice. I'm sure the other rooms here don't likely have the issues we had as they are not above the kitchen below and hopefully have better beds.

We head a nicely decorated and very cosy room. There is a kettle and a coffee machine that you can use. A restaurant is downstairs. It is a three-minute walk to the harbour and the ferry terminal. The staff is always available and very helpful.

Everything was simply perfect: lovely room, comfortable bed and pillows, tasty coffee and Azorean tea, and last but not least, the amazing Débora who was always here to help 💛 There's also a restaurant on the ground floor which may well be the best restaurant on the island: open all day round, with fantastic food and a selection of Pico wines by glass.

It’s a very central location, beautifully decorated, nice, quiet and clean with a great staff. They offered great ideas for local restaurants and even gave a welcome gift of biscuits, tea and chocolates. I had a lovely view from my room and just loved the town!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at My Bed In Pico. It was such a quaint and affordable hotel and so close to the Pier and downtown shops. The little restaurant was always busy and the food exceptional. Our host Debra was so kind and helpful with all our needs. Our room was spotless and we had everything we needed.
