I absolutely loved the gluten free options that you had available. I also loved the variety of breakfast foods that you had, and the taste!

I wasn’t happy, and unfortunately it was a very bad experience — I will never go back to this hotel, and I would never recommend it to anyone. The main reasons: first, the slow response from staff. I had booked a room, but unfortunately I was given a villa at the far end of the resort, so I had to walk quite a distance to get anywhere — the restaurant, the pool, or the beach. Also, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, and the lighting in the area wasn’t fully functional either. I had my children with me, so honestly it felt like a horror movie. It was a disappointing experience that I don’t want repeated. I’m surprised this is a Sheraton — the amount I paid didn’t match the service I received. That said, there were some positives I can’t deny, but overall it was still a bad experience.

A disappointing stay that didn’t match the Sheraton name or the price paid, mainly due to poor room location, AC/lighting issues, and slow staff response.

The food here was TERRIBLE. All 4 of us suffered through the whole stay, terrible quality and extremely unhygienic. Our whole party suffered food poisoning, it’s a shame that we paid all this money for a supposedly decent hotel chain and had to eat disgusting food. We actually had to eat dinner outside one day because of how terrible the food was. Definitely won’t stay here again.

The only redeeming value is the beach.

Bellissima la ristrutturazione, che però non ha tenuto conto del numero dei posti insufficiente nel ristorante bistrot 24.

Le sdraio sono vecchie e rotte. Posti insufficienti al ristorante con l aria condizionata. Il personale alla reception parla solo inglese, in un 5 stelle sarebbe gradito almeno il francese.Il costo per l anno prossimo aumentato in maniera troppo esagerata soprattutto per chi viene da anni e desidererebbe avere un trattamento di riguardo. Solo fare business non funziona...

Beautiful hotel.

Due to flight timing changes we had to check out a day early. But weren’t able to get a refund. WiFi access was cancelled hours before checkout. Not acceptable for a hotel of this calibre.

This is the best luxury resort I have ever visited. Why? The staff, the service, the amenities. When Ms.Noora welcomes you at the front desk, it lights up your whole day. Here, senior management is aware that the most important thing is the first connection and the first impression! Waiters are professionally trained to know how important the holiday is to you and to indulge your desires. And not only waiters! Maintain service, the gardeners, all of the staff is genuinely welcoming you despite their daily routine which is rigour and demanding. When talking to different members of staff, you can't help but wonder how it is possible that they have been working in the same hotel for years and decades. Answer is simple: senior leadership sees the value in human power not only in the service and amenities. Spacious resort, walkable,the quality of the food is top-notch. Long sandy beach with shallow entrance and no pebles, rocks but powder sand welcomes you, and you simply don't want to leave the place.

This is just a suggestion: Beach Club must start working earlier than 9 a.m. For early morning, people like myself having a second coffee and juice at the beach after breakfast would fill the gap after early breakfast. Another suggestion: please have different types of pillow for people with specific sleeping or health issue. This 5 star resort must have it. Mattress as well for good night sleep cannot be only ultra soft. If ai don't get good night rest, I am moody all day.

The AC at our room was not working and they let us wait for one hour although we called twice to fix it so we left the hotel. The bathroom smelled bad. The whole experience was terrible. The sea view room is overlooking a construction area. The beach is not a sandy bay like the pictures. Not recommended at all.

Me ha encantado todo. Es una pasada de hotel, situado en la mejor zona. A 5 min andando tienes la pasarela para hacer snorkel. El staff es muy amable, siempre pendiente de todo. La comida es muy variada y el buffet es una locura. Un relax total y un ambiente increíble.

It is one of our favourite the staff is super friendly and professional. The breakfast variety is amazing. Hotel location facilities and service services are very good and of course Samah has one of the best beaches ever in Egypt.

I love the hotel decor and ambience. The staff were super friendly. Access to the beach and marina strip was fun. Our room had an amazing view.

All inclusive was not actually all inclusive. We needed to know different timings for each restaurant.

We enjoyed the snorkelling very much at the jetty

Sehr schöne gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Immer genügend Mineralwasser im Zimmer. Direkte Strandlage. Wunderschöne Poolanlage mit komfortablen Cabanas und Liegestühlen. Sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal im ganzen Hotel mit Bar-Service am Strand.

Der kostenlose Shuttel zum Tauch- und Schnorchelsteg könnte etwas häufiger fahren.

Египетскую специфику полностью не в силах победить даже Мариотт :). При общем прекрасном уровне питания, говядину лучше не брать ни в каком виде, винная карта очень короткая, очень специфичная и ооочень дорогая

Food was expensive for what it was, would say a 6/10 max.

To be honest, it was all a bit bad. Food was alright, at best. Considering the price, I would have expected better.

The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were genuinely excellent. Very diverse food selection, tasty, and there was always something good to eat. Fresh juices were a very nice touch. The hotel territory is extremely green and beautiful, which was honestly unexpected for Egypt. The location is amazing - very close to the sea, beautiful blue water almost like the Maldives, and a coral reef nearby. Also, the mountain view was surprisingly beautiful. I did not even realize Egypt had mountains like this. The furniture, sunbeds, and overall atmosphere looked stylish and relaxing.

The takeaway breakfast for our early trip was honestly disappointing. We specifically asked for something simple and practical - bread with some meat, lettuce, maybe an apple. Instead, we received random things and basically just bread with cheese. A lot of unnecessary food that nobody wanted to eat. It felt like pure food waste. Another strange thing - there was no toilet plunger in the room. Unfortunately, if the toilet got clogged, there was no way to solve it ourselves and we had to wait for housekeeping. In one case it literally took until the next day. That is not something guests should deal with. The pool also needs better cleaning. There were yellow stains near some water outlets, and our daughter noticed quite a lot of hair on the bottom of the pool. It looked like the pool maybe was not fully cleaned before the season started. The air conditioner was also quite noisy during the night. My wife eventually preferred sleeping without it because of the sound. One more thing that felt slightly uncomfortable: the staff was sometimes overly attentive in a way that did not feel natural. People would repeatedly come to ask if everything was okay even when we were just quietly relaxing and clearly not unhappy. Then they would write down our room number every time. Good intentions probably, but it felt a bit excessive and more “for reporting purposes” than genuine hospitality. The hotel transfer pricing was also very strange. We were offered an airport transfer for 70 EUR for a completely standard car - basically the same quality as a regular Uber. If you call Uber yourself, it costs around 10-15 EUR. Even local drivers ask maybe 15-20 EUR. Charging 70 EUR without any additional premium service feels extremely overpriced. The spa and beauty services on the territory also felt very non-transparent. Our daughter got many small braids done, and there were basically no clear prices shown anywhere.

The room was spacious, very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. The staff is helpful, super nice and friendly. The location of the hotel is pristine, right on the beach and a short walk away from the marina.

Although the staff was extremely nice, the service itself lacked professionalism. When at the restaurant, getting the servers' attention was tedious, then the wait for food could also be quite long.

We had a very nice family stay overall. The hotel renovation looks great - especially the new furniture, pool areas, and beach setup. The beach is beautiful and relaxing, and the atmosphere around the resort is very enjoyable. The food was also surprisingly good with a large variety of options for different tastes. Staff members were friendly, welcoming, and always tried to help. Overall, the hotel gives a good vacation feeling and we enjoyed our time there.

The aquapark could use more slides and activities for children. Our 8.5-year-old daughter often felt bored because there are not many kids’ activities outside of the aquapark. If you come outside of peak season, there are also not many children around, so it can feel a bit too quiet for families with kids. It would also be much more convenient if guests could take drinks themselves during lunch and dinner instead of waiting for waiters every time. Pool cleanliness could be improved. While swimming with goggles, it was sometimes possible to see hair or small plastic trash in the water. Some hotel prices felt surprisingly high for Egypt. For example, hotel transfer prices were much more expensive than regular Uber rides for essentially a normal car/service. Haircut and barber prices also felt overpriced compared even to the Netherlands. One small but important thing: rooms should have a toilet plunger available. It can save guests from uncomfortable situations while waiting for housekeeping.

Alles - vor allem das Service-Personal war unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich und Beach Manger Abdul hat unseren Urlaub bereichert durch seine Kompetenz und Persönlichkeit. Das Buffet war exzellent und immer abwechslungsreich - unübertroffen. Sogar vegane Gerichte und Mandelmlich.

An einem Sonntagmorgen um 6am fingen die Bauarbeiter direkt vor unserem Zimmer an, entsetzlichen Lärm zu machen. Sie fuhren mit mehreren großen Baggern hin und her und machten ohrenbetäubenden Lärm. Die Rezeption versprach nach einem Anruf, sich darum zu kümmern - aber es ging weiter bis mindestens 8 Uhr (da sind wir zum Frühstück geflohen).

Nous avons aimé la qualité des équipements, la qualité de la nourriture, la proximité avec la plage, la qualité de la literie, la propreté des lieux, la gentillesse du personnel. Nous y avons passé trois jours de bonheur.

1- Le fait de payer l'ensemble du séjour dès le check-in. 2- Le coût du transfert aéroport/hôtel très onéreux et surtout changeant entre l'arrivée et le départ. Tout cela n'est pas très sérieux. C'est dommage. Ils n'ont pas besoin de se faire de grands bénéfices sur ce secteur je pense.

Struttura favolosa, appena ristrutturata! Camera da vero 5 stelle, spaziosa e confortevole, pulizia impeccabile. Da italiani dire di aver mangiato bene all’estero è sempre un po’ difficile, ma qui la cucina è veramente valida, difficile resistere ai fantastici dolci ed il succo al mango appena spremuto alla colazione difficilmente lo dimenticherò. Spiaggia e punto mare eccezionali, con privacy tra le varie postazioni. Staff accogliente, gentile e mai invadente. Torneremo sicuramente!!

Se per forza voglio trovare un difetto, ascensore e alcuni corridoi ancora da ristrutturare ma credo lo abbiano in programma

The hotel renovations are well-executed and have significantly improved the property's feel. The location is excellent, offering perfect proximity to the beach. I would also like to specifically commend Islam at the Reception desk, as well as a few other staff members, for being exceptionally professional and kind during our stay.

Unfortunately, our experience with the restaurant management and bar staff was quite poor. Khaled at the bar and the Restaurant Manager, Mr. Reda, were unhelpful; when issues arose, Mr. Reda offered no viable solutions. ​Most disappointingly, on our final day, the hotel refused to provide lunch for the adults in our group, despite us being on an "All-Inclusive" package and booking four separate rooms. While they eventually made an exception for the children, the seniors in our party were left without a meal. This lack of flexibility and hospitality for long-stay guests was very frustrating.
