Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel & Suites

i find insects crawing inside the bed linens , i write a email to complain to the supervisor , but get no response . I have the video about that .

Despite my reservation , I was told that I did not have a reservation through booking.com and turned away . I lost my money .

Fairly clean. The beds were comfortable. It was easy to reach the staff 24/7, and many restaurants were within walking distance.

I stayed during busy season, and it was absolute hell. The walls were paper-thin. You could hear the next-door neighbor clicking on their phone, talking, laughing. It was as if the walls were nonexistent on my first night. The next-door neighbors were so noisy that I couldn't sleep, so I asked to change rooms. In my second room, the same problem happened. It wasn't a coincidence. For this price and a hotel that claims to be four stars, the walls are thinner than the three-star hotels I stayed at. Why this is that this building is quite old, and hotel stars have nothing to do with soundproof quality. It's four stars because of the restaurant and the pool, which is very crowded, by the way, but the rooms themselves were not good value. I used the strongest foam earplugs and still had poor sleep. Their cleaning staff were super loud as well. They seem to have the philosophy that if it's during the day, the cleaning staff are allowed to make as much noise as they'd like. At 10 a.m., I thought it was multiple constructions going on. It was just rooms being cleaned. It was the loudest I've ever heard in over 30 hotels around the world. There is no need to be that loud. And the elevator chime is as if it's built for the deaf. It is so loud that you can hear it all the way down the hall. A room where you cannot even sleep through the night is not worth $300.

Watched the soccer game at the bar and had a good swim at the pool.

Front staff was very rude with strong Indian accent.

The bedding was good quality.

I did not have breakfast while staying at this hotel but I did order room service for dinner. We ordered four meals. The food was very good, but when the food was delivered, the belhop informed us that we were supposed to have a large coffee table in our room (we had just a sofa. We didn't know we were supposed to have one. He did not offer to get us one. We had to eat our meals at the desk and on a tiny bedside table.

Pool was a very long walk, through a maze of hallways because we had to go into the best western hotel and basically walk all the way through all the hallways to get to it. Once there, it was super busy and no where to sit.

Clean, comfortable , very good staff

Large airy lounge Clean fresh room Staff expedition of fresh towels to room The optional breakfast Location

Loud sticking bathroom door 13 doors, a elevator, and 3 flights of stairs to get to the pool

Rooms very clean, beds comfortable. Location is good. Towels in the room, large which was nice. Room is spacious. Cleaning staff really nice. Check out is at 12noon which was nice.

Many things are add ons or upgrades!! Like a cup of coffee. Several other Hotels are very clean, provide complimentary coffee and many include breakfast. There was a large group there during our stay. I/we had great difficulty getting to the elevator or Lobby area because the group filled the hallway and were not curteous in letting other guests through.

Free parking, room was clean and comfortable, personal was very helpful and polite.

All good

First night me and my family stay at room 520, the bed us sinking and in the morning my back and hip are sore, after I call they give me new room

The shower was leaking water, so all wet after shower, I notice no rubber between the glass.

Friendly Staff & Service. Very helpful when trying to find your way around as it is a big property.

Nothing

Location

Staff not friendly with costumer requests

TV in our room didn't work, despite the maintenance tech attempting to fix it. None of the in wall charging worked either. We were there on business, it was very close to our jobsite which was a bonus. Staff was lovely.

Excellent breakfast and great service.

Parking was busier then expected

Good location and restaurant very close

Spacious room and badroom

Poor quality of food at the breakfast buffet.

The shower.

The pull out bed was horrendous. It sunk in the middle. The jet tub (which was the entire reason for booking this particukar hotel and room) was unusable as it had black clumps that came out of the jets and into the water. The fridge was unavme to be used once the pull out bed was opened. I was hoping for a good experience at this hotel and I was thoroughly disappointed.

That is old and needs to be renovated.

very good location

nothing

Very nice breakfast spread Sauna nice

Terrible noise

Easy access

It was a big hotel and we were in different buildings

Lots of amenities

Good location Free parking

None

I called to ask adjoining rooms. She said that would not likely be possible but that she would get us rooms next to each other or close by. When we checked in, we were not close by or even in the same part of the hotel, but the person checking us in noticed that we wanted that and worked to switch things around to make it work. We greatly apreciated that. Also loved that it had indoor parking!!!!

All good. Would stay here again.

Staff very friendly and kind.

parking lot needs to be redone. I could not find a parking spot when I came Wednesday night.

The hotel was beautiful, rooms very nice. Breakfast great but EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED About the location of pool and hot tub..it was a nightmare even trying g to find the pool we gave up..we only booked here and paid 300.00 to use the pool and hot tub and very very very inconvenient to even find it..not impressed with that. Then we were told they share pool and hot tub with best western but you had to walk forever to get to the pool..we gave up..I would not have paid 300. 00

Instalaciones, habitaciones muy amplias y muy buen desayuno

It is clean and big.

There were no security guards. Anyone can walk into the building.

Clean comfortable room and bed. Nice shower. Pool and sauna were clean and great to have. Indoor parking was greatly appreciated.

Its a great place

Great stay

Very comfortable and safe, and the environment is good.

Blow dryer was broken. Worked but no heat. Told front desk as I was leaving. So I just packed up my stuff and left. This is the second time at a Marriot that the hair dryer was broken. I'm a professional women with long hair. Last time this happened it look so long to get a hair dryer that I was late for work. This time I said screw it and left.

Looked run down and not like a Sheraton!

Location , clean , helpful staff .

We couldn’t sleep at night due to loud sound inside the wall behind the bed .

Great area
