Breakfast was not available at this location, so cannot comment. Staff was pleasant all around. Access too the athletic club with pool was a bonus. Close to many restaurants.

Lack of hot water in the morning. Were told it was not working because many people were using it at the same time. Maintenance somewhat fixed the problem, but really hot water was hard to come by. Gnats flying inside the kitchen area was a complete nuisance. Got bit a few times on my legs. Thanks Best Western for a very unpleasant experience.

It was hard to find where the pool(s) were. Our door to our room stuck, so you had to use alot of force to get in(7301) room had a balcony, but zero view. Sheets didnt fit bed so they came off which was an uncomfortable sleep. Location wasnt great. Not enough parking.

The ability to sit outside once the pool areas reopened.

We chose this specific hotel for the option of 2 pools, one of which is outdoors. One the 1st day, the pools/fitness areas were closed due to a lack of hydro-with no known date of reopening. On the 2nd day, the indoor pool remained closed due to "chemical issues" and the outdoor pool was extremely dirty. We were offered the option of using the sister hotels pool....but imagine 2 large hotels at full capacity sharing 1 pool, instead of 3. There is no outdoor space to enjoy, unless you want to sit poolside, when its operating.

The location of the hotel was perfect for the activities we were doing. Parking was free and simple. The hotel room and bathroom were spacious. We got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony so it felt really nice. The beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom door was a sliding door connected to the entrance closet, so there was a huge opening causing everyone in the room to hear and smell everything going on in the bathroom. This made some of us uncomfortable, as we were 4 friends.

This hotel shares the Main restaurant and Starbucks restaurant on the side of the Sheraton. Both Hotels are joined together. Guest from the Best Western have to go to the other side to get some food, the area has few choices of restaurants. Mostly Asian Food, if that is not your thing, then you are out of luck. Tim Hortons is next door. Not my choice of food. But the Sheraton restaurant offers some decent salads and options for dinner.

No much really. It was what I expected, no fancy, but convenient.
