Le matelas du lit était trop mou.

i had the room to my self and the place was so comfortable. the staff was so helpful too. even when i missed the breakfast by like 10 minutes, the front desk worker helped me get a plate of what was ready.

kinda had a hard time finding parking but no other complaints

The staff were so nice, the breakfast was great! Such a great variety! The pool was not working for 3/4 of our stay unfortunately though! But the desk was more then kind to allow us to leave our car there the last day to go to the ROM, they offered us passes to the pool on checkout day, but we were heading out so we couldn't. They were very kind!!

Wir hatten unseren Adapter für die deutschen Stecker vergessen aber es gab europäische Steckdosen, was für uns sehr hilfreich war.

Everyone was friendly and I was accommodated with a late check out. Pet friendly was very helpful and convenient. I did find the price a little high, but it was less than other hotels around the area

The price could have been a little better, but I was allowed a late check out which was appreicated.

The renovated rooms

AC was vey noisy

Breakfast was what I expected. Was well stocked and clean. Staff were friendly. Location was easy to get to, and close to my event venue.

Had to drive to find a restaurant for dinner.

The AC filter in our room was filthy. The breakfast was a joke.

Desayuno variado y abundante: fruta, huevos, bollería, fiambre, etc. Muy completo y para elegir al gusto de cada uno. En general, el hotel cumplió y superó mis expectativas. La relación calidad-precio es adecuada. Habitaciones para familias, una ventaja si se viaja con niños.

La situación es adecuada (un polígono industrial cerca de las autopistas que circunvalan Toronto) si vas de paso. No lo recomiendo para una visita a la ciudad pues se necesita transporte propio o público.

Bon rapport qualité/prix. La piscine était chauffé et très bon emplacement.

I signed up for two queen beds thru booking.com and the hotel staff told me that wasn't guaranteed and that it was only a preference. Also I think we stayed in room 813 and Saturday night it rained alot and water came thru the windows and the walls resulting in our floors by the windows being wet. One of my kid's bags was by the window and all his clothes got wet. I brought it to the management's attention and they gave us a $100 credit and washed and dried his clothes. We ended up checking out a day earlier than expected to go to Niagara Falls and the management team was fine with crediting us for that day so that we could leave early.

the hotel was close to a medical clinic. We had to get a test there. It was the closest, most affordable hotel.

They didn’t say that on renovating, no swimming pool before the cancellation dead line. We couldn’t change without charges.

My room had a door that connected to a separate room. That door wasn't soundproof, so I spent the evening listing to that guy burp and snore... and his alarm woke me up.

Room was good size, bed very comfy and buffet breakfast very nice

Renovations being done at the moment which we were not aware of. Workmen working in area where lifts were so very noisy

The best thing was the staff. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The room was clean.

The building is under construction so there are some stuff around but not a big deal. The pool is closed and they offer you to use a facility for Sheraiton. Don’t. It doesn’t worth it.

Room, staff, water pressure, breakfast

Lobby/ground floor was under construction and the pool was closed for our entire stay. We got passes to parkway fitness, which was nice enough, but we had to leave the hotel to get there. My son is 6 so it was inconvenient as the pool was the main reason for our stay. No notice given. No discount given. No cool.

Breakfast needed some improvement.

Most days was sausages, only one day during my stay there was bacon.

It is a clean, safe hotel with friendly, helpful staff.

Most of our errands were in the city so it was a little far

- lots of good options at breakfast - workout room was clean with enough equipment - room itself was clean and comfortable - loved the option of being able to accommodate 6 people in one room, made it a much better deal

Would have been better if: - real fresh eggs were used in the omelettes and scrambled eggs. - had more tea options, at least one herbal variety.

Only 1 elevator is working due to renovation of some floors.

The location

That they didn’t adhere to their 10pm quiet time for the renovations they were conducting. I spent 3 nights here and slept awful. The last night was the worst. They were drilling to midnight and started back up early in the morning. Additionally the elevators make awful concerning noises

L oved the room and location. Close to the highway and restaurants. Parking was easy access and free.

Unhelpful management or hotel. No consideration. They can’t help you in terms of emergency situations. I am one of the client who accidentally drop phone in the lift. All reported to management they said they can’t help me as the lift is managing by other company. I spend 2000 CAD for engineer to recover my phone from the lift in the basement. Worst experience!

There was no bathtub in the washroom and the windows were not working properly

Good parking space, swimming pool remains open till 11:00 pm, gym available for 24 × 7, clean and specious room, very good staff. Satisfied with hotel amenities and ambience.

Room was exactly what we wanted with a walk in shower. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly, very helpful with directions and dinner suggestions.

Only one large bath towel in the room!
