L’emplacement calmé, éloigné mais proche tu port principal, la vue de la chambre et la gentillesse d’Alexandra et son fils, encore merci pour tout !

À prendre en compte que les balcons sont dans les couloirs mais nous avions la chambre du fond avec une vue mer alors en aucun cas dérangeant !

Bien placé, propre, pratique avec la kitchenette, et le personnel est très gentil !

Il manque un peu d’équipement dans la cuisine (couverts, bols…), et les murs sont assez fins donc on entend bien les passages des autres clients

This lovely property is in a great Location. Close to the beach and Restaurants in the quiet part of town. Everything is in walking distance and has amazing sea views. The studios are run by a very welcoming family and Alexandra was . delightful. Everything is spotless and decorated with good taste. We are returning very soon and would definitely recommend the property.

L'emplacement était près du ferry et des autobus pour visiter d'autres villes et attractions.

La plage à proximité était un peu décevante.

C'était vraiment génial du début à la fin ! L'accueil était chaleureux, l'ambiance parfaite, et on a passé un moment inoubliable. Je recommande sans hésiter à tous ceux qui cherchent une belle expérience. Merci Alexandra !

Location and staff

No deep clean but it is okey

It´s very close to the beach and the area with restaurants and supermarkets. The room was clean and comfortable and in the communal area there's a clothesline for drying clothes and towels, which we really appreciated. It´s a shame we only stayed for one night, there's so much to see around Paros.

We liked EVERYTHING! As a Marriott Ambassador Elite member with 180 nights stay in 2026, I found this hotel far above my experiences with Marriott. Alexandra and her family are the best and the location is right on the main street in front of the water . You can depart the ferry and walk to the hotel in just a few minutes. No need for a taxi or to schedule transportation. They are so accommodating and super friendly. It was our first visit to Paros and I booked Alexandra's Room because of the glowing reviews and friendly atmosphere. At first I thought the hotel was a Air B-n-B based on the examples others left of the hospitality. We soon leaned its a fairly good size hotel with caring atmosphere that's unforgettable. Example of how they care for you and your stay - after I checked out I went for a swim near the hotel and Alexandra without me asking said to come back to the hotel and get a shower in another room. Who does that...Alexandra's Room Does! This location is a gem and you don't want to miss out on the experience of Alexandra's Room and the family hospitality, hotels great price, amazing location. It's the best vacation spot in Paros.

We liked everything

Location is excellent, walking distance to everything, but away from the noise. We upgraded to the room with a terrace, it was amazing, 100% worth the extra money. The host and her family are super nice and attentive day or night. Little boutique store on the property has everything you might need and also very nice clothes. Will stay there again!

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Having a kitchen was also really useful. What I liked most, though, was the family running Alexandra Rooms. They were genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help whenever we needed something. The whole stay felt very relaxed and personal.

The location was perfect! The place was clean and we were conveniently located to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The view was amazing! Being able to sit on the balcony and watch the ships come in was nice too

La stanza in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere a piedi il porto, la bellissima spiaggia di Parikia e il centro con i negozi e ristoranti.

The location was amazing, being a step away from the beach. Alexandra and her family were so welcoming and friendly. The bathroom was gorgeous and filled with lovely products.

La struttura non ha una hall con reception vera e propria, ma per il resto tutto ok.

The TV signal is not consistently reliable and has a tendency to cut out frustratingly. If you're hoping to catch an important match, like the World Cup, you may find yourself out of luck. The intermittent signal issues make it difficult to depend on the television for entertainment. However, this isn't ultimately a deal-breaker given the property's prime port location. The surrounding area is filled with lively pubs and bars eager to show major sporting events. Rather than being confined to your room, you're encouraged to head out into the vibrant harbor atmosphere where numerous establishments were broadcasting the game. In many ways, the location actually turns this limitation into an advantage to experience local Paros nightlife rather than retreating to your hotel room.

This place was so nice! A cosy room in a great location - you literally cross the road and you’re at the beach! It was a quick 5 - 10 minute walk into the township and Alexandra and staff were so lovely and let us check in quite early so we were grateful 😊 would definitely recommend this accommodation!

The location was excellent and the owners/managers were very kind and attentive responding quickly to any messages we sent ahead of our visit. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed with kitchen equipment and lovely bathroom toiletries. But mostly for us it was the cool laidback vibe that is so hard to capture.

Top location by the port, we have chosen one of the best rooms with view from the terrace over the promenade. The host was very friendly and provided with extra care. Even though so close to the Main Street not noisy at all and the beach in front was beautiful for a morning swim

We had a wonderful time at Alexandra's rooms. The room was perfect for our needs and the comfortable beds and the aircondition made us sleep so good. We used the shared terrace and found it peaceful and cozy, especially in the evenings. The service was good and Alexandra and her family made us feel so at home. When we come back to Paros we will certainly stay at Alexandra's again. We highly recommend this place if you want to stay in Parikia.

Even though I stayed for just one night, I had a wonderful experience. Alexandra is a very kind and welcoming host, and we had such a lovely conversation that made me feel right at home. The apartment is in a fantastic location, very close to the beach, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect place to relax, and I truly enjoyed my stay.

We loved staying here! The view was fantastic, location great and even had a shop downstairs, close to heaps of restaurants, the beach, water across the road, easy walk to the ferry plus Alexandra was always helpful with local information.

Great location only a short walk from the port, overlooking the beach and close to some nice restaurants and bars - though not at all rowdy, and the area was peaceful at night. Beautiful, clean property in pleasant surroundings, with nice outdoor space enhanced by Alexandra’s personal touches. Liked that she and her staff were on site, and they were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Simple but spacious room, clean with good air conditioning system and free wifi….definitely recommend 😊

Nothing we didn’t like, all good!

Located in Livadi beach area with beach and many restaurants to choose from. Room was very clean and tidy and I love the Greek style shower. Very easy check in and they offered help with our bags. Comfortable chairs to sit outside your room to see water and the passing parade. Good wifi. Easy walk to the port and buses or catch the free local bus that passed by.

Everything. From the early message exchanges with the owner, Alex, to her super-warm welcome on our arrival to our large, spotlessly clean room with an incredibly comfortable king size bed, it was a great, albeit short, stay. Value for money wise, you can't fault this boutiquey charmer.

Location is excellent, close to the port and you have some shops and restaurants nearby. Alexandra was very nice and helpful, our interactions with her were lovely. Our room was clean and it was a good stop for our last 2 nights in Paros.

Parking on the street is listed, however it is quite difficult to find a spot, as it is very crowded. There are some free options 5-10 minutes away, so consider that if you are renting a car. The bed was too soft for our liking, but that is a personal preference.

Το κατάλυμα βρισκόταν σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι και ακριβώς μπροστά στην θάλασσα ,ήταν πολύ καθαρό και άνετο και το σημαντικότερο οι άνθρωποι που το έχουν ήταν ευγενέστατοι και πολύ πρόθυμοι να μας καθοδηγήσουν για το που να φάμε και που να πάμε βόλτα !

Great location close to the port. Easy to arrange check in and check out. The host was very kind and gave us earlier access to our room to store our bags while we went on a boat trip. Very nice shower area.

Ame quedarme en este alojamiento, uno de los mejores hasta ahora, tiene heladera, tazas, calentador de agua. La habitación es amplia y cómoda, la cama es muy cómoda, me encantó la terracita con vista al mar, también tiene un colgador de ropa para que se seque, nos fue muy útil ya que estamos viajando hace 3 semanas por todo Europa con un carry on, lavamos la ropa a mano y colgamos para que se seque, son cosas que aunque parezcan pequeñas, son muy útiles, fue un respiro para nosotros, además que podes colgar el bikini o ropa mojada al llegar de la playa. Además está en una zona súper tranquila y se llega súper rápido caminando en el puerto, espero poder volver algún día. Estoy triste por dejar este alojamiento. Despues de 10 destinos estos fueron los host más amables que nos tocaron, nos dieron tips y están muy presentes todo el tiempo. Gracias por todo Alexandra, tu alojamiento es hermoso y muy acogedor ❤️

Photos are deceiving, such a disappointment. Definitely ai used for advertising photos. Rooms functional, tiny shared terrace, no privacy. Check in, in a shop where the rooms owner drinks beer at the counter.
