Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti presso questa struttura . Oltre alla posizione a pochi minuti dal centro e dalla spiaggia libera,la pulizia, abbiamo avuto la massima disponibilità del proprietario che è una persona a modo che ci ha trattato come persone di famiglia,nn solo come semplici ospiti.si è reso disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, qualsiasi,persino nel venirci a prendere e accompagnare dal porto all' accomodation in macchina per via delle valigie. La struttura è nuova,pulita,spaziosa e al primo piano con un bel spazietto davanti la struttura in cui potersi rilassare. Qualità/prezzo+ che ottimo. Lo consiglio vivamente. 10/10

1 klein minpuntje: als je aan de straatkant een appartement hebt dan heb je veel geluid van verkeer op het balkon. Binnen merk je dit niet.

Struttura con ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal centro e dal porto. Vicina ai servizi essenziali e alle compagnie di noleggio. Appartamento ampio, molto pulito (super apprezzata la pulizia quotidiana) e dotata di ogni comfort, compreso servizio di lavanderia a gratuito a richiesta. Inoltre, il proprietario mette a disposizione gratuitamente teli mare e ombrelloni. Antonis eccezionale e molto cortese, attento a ogni nostro bisogno.

After travelling for many years I have realized this year particularly that some people review properties based on the interaction with the property owner and overlook the actual property facilities in their rating. But in this case the room and owner both exceeded expectations. Antonios is such a genuine down to earth friendly guy who obviously likes interacting with his guests. Even before arriving our communication was like catching up with a friend of many years. I could have spent many hours chatting with Antonios if both our time allowed. I stayed in studio 12 which is partly below ground. Huge room with kitchen, almost as big as my 1 bed apartment where I live. I felt at home immediately. Plenty of lights, windows with shaded and curtains. As discussed with Antonios he has put a lot of thought into upgrades and comforts. Lights over mirrors are just one thing I noticed and appreciated for putting in contact lenses. Antonios was very generous in lifts to and from the port, but I know he can't do this for everyone. He left me a small bottle of wine in the studio, and a couple of beers in the fridge. Absolutely outstanding hospitality. If anyone thinks the location is too far out of the way, it is probably 200m beyond your ideal zone, 2 minutes. It is a brisk 10-15 min walk to the bus station and port. Close to some good restaurants north and south along the waterfront. Bed is super comfy, the bathroom is concrete style matching externals (not moulded acrylic as I thought it may have been from photos), good size shower and very little water escapes between glass panels. I just loved the studio. Being partly below ground would keep it cooler in hot weather, which was not bad when I was there in early September.

Having to leave such a nice room and Antonios property, and not having more time to chill and sit down with Antonios over a few drinks.

Det var rent, deilige senger, masse kjøkkenutstyr av god kvalitet. Alt var fresht. Air con var av den stille sorten og det var et skikkelig pluss da det er så mange som durer sånn. Det var iskaldt vann i kjøleskapet og kaffekapsler. Verten hentet meg også på ferge kaia så det var super deilig. Kort vei til Strand og sentrum og ferge.

Absolutt ingenting

L'appartement est spacieux, accueillant et très bien équipé. Le lit est très grand et hyper-confortable, nous avons très bien dormi. Le service est excellent jusque dans les moindres détails, Antonis est vraiment un hôte parfait, toujours de bonne humeur et extrêmement serviable.

L'appartement est proche de la route. Malgré tout, le bruit est bien filtré par les fenêtres à double vitrage qui sont de bonne qualité.

I booked very last minute and the host was so accommodating and kind! The room had an nespresso machine, bottled water and a local bottle of wine. It was very clean! He even offered to bring my luggage down to the port when I was ready to go to the next island, which was so generous.

Ubicacion y trato personalizado

Appartamento molto carino e curato con tutto il necessario per potersi godere con estremo confort la vacanza (inclusi aria condizionata, asciugacapelli di qualità, ciabattine da utilizzare in casa, ferro da stiro con piccolo asse, macchinetta del caffè, utensili in cucina ecc). Super efficiente il servizio di pulizia a richiesta (ma volendo disponibile tutti i giorni). Antonis é una persona gentilissima e disponibile, mette a disposizione gratuitamente anche teli mare, ombrelloni ecc. Gli appartamenti si trovano poco fuori dal centro di Paroikia, in una posizione strategica per girare tutta l’isola (20-30 minuti da tutti i punti principali)

Solo due piccole osservazioni, il nostro appartamento affacciava su una strada molto trafficata che rende poco godibile l’utilizzo dei balconcini esterni (sebbene le finestre siano molto isolanti e questo non ha assolutamente influenzato il nostro riposo). Le zanzariere sono presenti solo nelle piccole finestrelle e non nelle porte finestre, non consentendo di lasciarle aperte per arieggiare l’appartamento.

The apartment was excellent, clean, modern, spotless, and wonderfully located in Parikia. It’s extremely close to everything (beach, restaurants, and the port). But by far the best part of our stay, and what made us feel right at home in Paros, was our host, Antonis. He went far above and beyond anything we expected. He provided us with beach umbrellas, accommodated a late check-in, and was unbelievably thoughtful. We accidentally left an item behind in the apartment, and he personally brought it to the ferry late at night to send it to us in Naxos. Without a doubt, he is the best host we’ve ever had. Whenever we return to Paros, we will definitely stay here again!

There was honestly nothing to dislike, everything was top-notch!

For a beach side location we couldn’t ask for more for the price. House got everything needed, even cooking utensils, iron, hairdryer etc. Nespresso coffee machine, kettle. Quite big apartment with two terrace balconies where you can sit or dry clothes. Apartment was clean, towels were changed daily if requested. The minute we met the owner Antonis we knew it will be amazing vacation as you can immediately sense positivity and honesty. Antonis was also kind to give us a lift to the boat on the way back and offered great local wine. Location is also perfect near great beach clubs and walking distance to the restaurants and center. Definitely worth revisit in future. Thanks Antonis!

Nothing worth to mention, maybe refrigerator was a bit loud at night but we could sleep, not a dealbreaker :)

It was amazing and clean property. In a very central location of parikia. Walking distance from the apartment to port/bus station was around 15-20min. It is a great stay if you want to stay in parikia.

Adonis is the nicest host ever - made sure we had everything, took us to and from the port :) really can’t complain about a single thing, gave us free water

My family absolutely loved the apartment and Antonis! We felt like we were being welcomed to a home. Antonis is a great communicator, nothing was a problem. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We loved the balcony for breakfast and a cool drink in the evening. We loved, loved, loved our time here.

We couldn’t fault the property. If I had to pick anything, the shower leaked out onto the bathroom floor.

Antonis was excellent, the accommodation was better than the photos, he even had the air conditioner on for us, and our stay was very comfortable.

We loved this apartment! It was very well-equipped and everything was exceptionally clean. It had two lovely terraces, one off the bedroom and one off the kitchen. The kitchen had everything you would need if you wanted to cater for yourself, including a large fridge/freezer. The air-conditioning in the apartment was extremely effective. Antonis is an exceptional host and we really appreciated that he picked us up and dropped us back to the port on our arrival/departure days. The information that he sent about the island, its restaurants, beaches, transport etc was also great. The laundry service was also very much appreciated! All-in-all, we would highly recommend this apartment :-)

Very responsive and extremely friendly landlord, how free of charge meet us near the ferry and provided good instructions. We felt instantly welcome on the island. The apartments are close to the beach and nearby restaurants. Highly recommended.

Good location away from all the waterfront traffic and restaurant noise. Close to the beach and all the restaurants. 15 minute walk to the port. We were in spacious and super clean studio 13 which is below ground level but the windows gave good light and ventilation. There are insect screens, a bonus. Quality cookware allowed us to self cater, comfy bed and great shower, strong wifi. The host Antonis is a wonderful and kind host, he picked us up and dropped us at the ferry port. We had problems with the TV and he was very quick and responsive to have a technician visit to have it fixed. Housekeeping whenever you want it, highly recommended.

Our host Antonios was very kind and friendly, collected us from the port with our bags, although it is a short walk. Umbrellas and beach mats and towels available every day to borrow from reception and nothing was a problem. Property is 5 mins to the beach and amazing restaurants. Location is ideal. Blackout blinds, air conditioning and quality doors and windows make the apartment so quiet and comfortable. Everything you need is there. Triple room was ideal for 3 children.

This was an amazing choice in Parikia. We had thought about staying in a different town, but we are so glad we chose this place. Our host was kind and helpful, he provided free pick up near the port and helped us with the laundry. One of the best stays in our trip to Europe, we would stay here again. Thanks.

Everything was exactly as stated and fully intact. The reception team is absolutely top-notch, and the value for money is exceptional. Highly recommend for a stay in Paros!

The service was exceptional, Antonis is the kindest man. He provided information, dropped us off at the port because he had time, was super responsive. The staff did our laundry, folded and delivered back to us. Super clean, well appointed apartment #17. 1 king room, 1 triple with single beds. Fantastic location and the shower was hot and so good. Can't say enough good things about this place!

We had an absolutely fantastic 10-day stay at this accommodation and wholeheartedly recommend it! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. What really stood out was the incredible welcome from Antonis, the host. He was so thoughtful to offer us a free transfer from the port (a huge convenience, especially since it was easily accessible on foot). The room itself was impeccably clean, Antonis was generous by offering us an upgrade so we were fortunate enough to have a room with a balcony during our stay. Furthermore, the service provided by the housekeeping and laundry staff was quick and qualitative. They were lovely and made everything seamless and easy for us. This place deserves a perfect 10/10 rating. Thank you, Antonis, for everything.

For future guests, we suggest being aware that the apartments can be quite humid, requiring careful window management for cooling. We also noted that the initial location was in a semi-grounded area, which was quite dark. A better ventilation system and a higher floor would make the experience even better for those who enjoy being outside.

Excellent! Spacious rooms and beautiful balcony! We absolutely loved the location, host, room and everything in between! Mr. Antonis was an amazing host, and so kind with his hospitality. He was available to pick us up and drop us off at the Port, which we were very grateful for. He was also able to let us check in early, and looked after our luggage when we arrived earlier than check in. We had a wonderful time in Paros!

There is nothing negative to say

The host went above and beyond. Providing transfers to & from the port, beach towels available during our stay and was always on hand to answer questions or with recommendations.

The stay was absolutely perfect. The apartment is charming, and Antonis was very attentive and a great host. We give it a 5 because we can’t give it a 6!

Convenient location, clean and great cooking facilities. Had a problem with the shower but text Antonis and it was fixed within the hour. Excellent support and he gave us a lift to the ferry port too.

My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 nights and we were very impressed by the room. It was spacious and comfortable. The host was also very welcoming and we even got a complimentary bottle of wine. We also received recommendations and tourist info for the island.

El anfitrion nos llevo desde el puerto hasta el apartamento, el apartamento era más grande de lo que nos esperavamos, el baño un poco pequeño, pero para nosotras ya estaba bien, ademas el anfitrion nos resolvio muchas dudas durante el fin de semana.

Podria mejorar el colchon del sofa, ya que es una cama supletoria de más, y la television con smart TV seria la leche!, pero igualmente estavamos perfectamente!

It had everything I needed, it was quiet, and more importantly, it was clean! The location is at least a 10 min walk to the main square/port but there are many restaurants and bakeries (about one street over) along the way. The manager, Antonis, was wonderful! So friendly and helpful! He gave me a ride to the port which was very helpful. A bonus: beach towels were loaned to guests. That was great! Since I experienced many positive things at this property, I highly recommend it! Thank you again Antonis! It was a pleasure to meet you!

He even gives you umbrellas, towels and beach towels. He also even offered us a ride back to the port. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Paros. Thank you Antonis for being such a great host!

Apartment had everything that we needed. Beds are comfy, it was cleaned every day, kitchen was well equiped, we didn't miss a thing during our stay. And we are pretty sure that if we missed something, Antonis would make it happen, he is a very nice guy.

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I was also welcomed with local wine, which made me feel truly happy. My host, Antonis, was absolutely wonderful. He came to meet us at the ferry according to our arrival time, helped us check the schedules for boats and buses, and even kept our luggage on the day of departure and drove us to the port. His thoughtful hospitality made our stay perfect. We would love to come back again!

La struttura era in una posizione tranquilla ma vicina a tutti i servizi e al mare; l’apparenza era ristrutturato molto bene, arredato con gusto e tutti i servizi e accessori erano in perfetto stato e ben funzionanti. Absolūti labākā pieredze mūsu šīgada ceļojumā pa Grieķijas salām! Pats apartaments bija ērts, tīrs un salīdzinoši plašs, personāls piedāvā arī uzkopšanu katru dienu. Aprtamentā bija viss mums nepieciešamais, kā arī tas atrodas labā vietā - pastaigas attālumā līdz Ostai un pilsētas centram, tuvumā ir restorāni, transporta īres utml. Saimnieks Antonis bija saprotošākais un izpalīdzīgākais cilvēks, kuru satikām visa ceļojuma laikā. Ārkārtīgi viesmīlīgs, runā ļoti labā angļu valodā, vienmēr pieejams, ja kas vajadzīgs, kā arî palīdzēja mums tikt galā sarežģītā situācijā, kad mums tika atcelts prāmis. Ja dodaties uz Parosu - viennozīmīgi iesaku. Ja pats kādreiz vēlreiz došos turp - noteikti sazināšos ar Antonisu!

L’établissement était superbe. Confortable, propre, bien situé, équipements au top! De plus, Antonis le gérant était d’une grande gentillesse, toujours disponible à la moindre question.

Struttura pulitissima e dotata di tutti i confort. Antonio è stato gentilissimo e professionale. Non ci ha fatto mancare nulla e ci è venuto anche a prendere al nostro arrivo gratuitamente.

Beautiful location

Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, risponde subito ai messaggi, dà consigli utili. Pulizia impeccabile e può essere richiesta ogni giorno Appartamento con capsule di caffe nespresso e vino di benvenuto, spazioso e pulito. Location in centro, a 15 min di camminata tranquilla e lungo mare per arrivare al Mulino a vento e al porto dove partono i traghetti + 5 minuti di camminata per arrivare a una spiaggetta dove tramonta sempre il sole

La struttura è pulita ed accogliente, gli spazi ben sfruttati e dotata di tutto il necessario. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere la spiaggia e anche il centro con una breve passeggiata. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare la gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario.

Gli spazi nel bagno sono leggermente stretti ma la doccia è comoda e spaziosa.

Lovely clean apartment, had everything required. Great location, short stroll to beach and restaurants. Antonis was a fab host, couldn't do enough for us. Always happy to help, picked us up from the port and organized transport to the airport. If ever back in Paros we would certainly stay again.

Das Apartment war sehr geräumig, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und hatte eine große Terrasse. Sehr schön um abends draußen zu sitzen, da es auch ruhig gelegen ist. Der Strand ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Antonis war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar vom Fährhafen abgeholt. Der Hafen ist übrigens auch nicht sehr weit und abends kann man dort gut weggehen. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Bars mit angenehmer Atmosphäre. Antonis war uns auch beim Besorgen der Quads behilflich. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Antonis è un ospite eccezionale ed è stato molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha anche offerto di venirci a prendere e riportarci alla nave. L’appartamento al nostro arrivo era pronto nonostante fossimo un po’ in anticipo rispetto all’orario di check-in, super pulito e super confortevole! Spazi ampi e servizi sempre puntuali. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Se dovessimo tornare a Paros, lo sceglieremo di nuovo sicuramente!

Résidence idéalement située, pleine de charme typiquement grec. Le studio est spacieux, confortable et bien équipé, avec en plus une machine à laver très pratique. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la petite terrasse privée, où les chats du quartier viennent nous rendre visite.

Le matelas commence à montrer des signes d’usure. Un remplacement prochainement rendrait le confort du logement absolument parfait.
