Reviewed Sep 19, 2026- The self service lockers for luggage is very convenient and user friendly. - Shopping / Restaurants below the hotel that leads out to Insadong. - Breakfast Buffet was delicious and had a variety to choose from (noodle station, egg station, bread, salad, banchan, meats)
- The use of multiple elevators to get to the room. I understand why they did it (so shoppers don’t end up in the hotel elevators but it can be bothersome at times). - For a triple twin room, space is limited. You can’t have three large suitcases open simultaneously.

The location was fabulous as it was central to the shops and restaurants and laneways in insadong. We could see the temple across the road from our room. It was a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay.

La nostra estada de quatre nits al Nine Tree by Parnas Hotel Seoul Myeongdong ha estat fantàstica gràcies a l'excel·lent atenció de tot l'equip, especialment un dels metres de l'àrea d'esmorzars, que va ser molt i molt atent. L'àrea d'esmorzars és impecable, amb una gran varietat d'opcions dolces i salades perfectament cuidades i constantment reposades, a més d'oferir un servei al moment per preparar qualsevol cosa calenta sota petició. Pel que fa a l'habitació, disposava de tot l'indispensable, destacant la gran comoditat del llit i el coixí. Estem molt contents amb aquesta experiència, sobretot gràcies a la ubicació immillorable de l'hotel, just al costat d'un dels carrers comercials i molt a prop de les línies de metro més importants de la ciutat.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Wir haben das Hotel auf Grund von Lage und Zimmergröße gewählt und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Lage ist perfekt, Palast, Insadong, Iksadong, U-Bahnstation, diverse Buslinien und auch Airport Bus und vieles vieles mehr zu Fuß erreichbar. Im selben Gebäude befindet sich Olive Young, sowie ein Cafe und auch ein direkter Zugang zur Fußgängerzone. Zimmer war ausreichend groß für 2 Koffer, sogar mit Kasten. Lounge habe ich täglich für einen Cafe-to-go genützt. Sehr sauber, kaum Kontakt mit den Hotelangestellten, da Frühstücksoption nicht genutzt, empfanden wir als zu teuer.
Beleuchtung am Waschbecken könnte besser sein. Frühstück zu teuer, daher nicht genutzt. In der Lounge gibt es nur Americano, sehr seltsam, dennoch ausreichend.

Didn't need but others may appreciate the huge luggage storage area. Wonderful coffee room overlooking Jogyesa Temple. Clean, comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very cramped for three. Nowhere to hang towels, paper cups and no spoon! We did ask for a spoon but apparently we had to buy our own! We are not sure why they are not supplied when there is a kettle in the room. This seems to be the same in other hotels.

Helpfulness of staff and provision of safe easy to use luggage lockers for travellers brilliant offering. Late checkout nice to have even though didn't use it so not rushed. Card machine at reception rejected all international visa cards we had. Room was dated. We booked a room with view of the temple but was given one at the far end with barely any view of the temple. The bath is so slippery one of us slipped and got injured. No provision of tea spoons or cream/milk for tea. Sink is separate to the bathroom. Furniture had damage, scuff marks and tops peeling off. Laundry room was a nightmare. We called staff 3 times to take out other people's laundry out. Lobby on 5f and have to take 2 separate elevators to get to and from the room to outside.no porter services. No trolleys outside.

Il personale non troppo gentile. Non molto comodo il fatto di dover prendere due ascensori differenti per uscire dalla struttura. Arredamento e pulizia sufficienti. Forse da un quattro stelle mi aspettavo leggermente di meglio
