The hotel tucked away in a quieter part of Hoi An, but a short walk to the main city which is great! The staff here are so bubbly and friendly & a special thank you to Nancy for helping us with getting activities organised as well as organising our transport to and from Hoi An! Overall a great experience and would happily book here again!

The hotel is beautiful and has such a charming traditional Hoi An feel. We loved the design and the way it captures the local culture while still feeling comfortable and relaxing. The location is also great, very close to the center, so it was easy for us to explore the old town and get around. What we appreciated most was the hospitality. All the staff we met were so friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Everyone made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. A special thank you to Hannah at the front desk. She was incredibly kind and helpful, and she gave us some great recommendations for local food, cultural shows, and places to visit. Her suggestions really helped us make the most of our time in Hoi An. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An. We would love to come back again!

We had a very good first impression of Cozy Savvy Hoi An. The staff were friendly, especially Nancy, the room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The Old Town is reasonably close, although the walk can feel quite long in the heat.

What disappointed us was the constant questioning about our plans and whether we had booked activities, tailors, taxis, etc. through the hotel. I understand this can be intended as helpfulness, but after a while it felt more commercial than friendly, especially when approached during breakfast. On checkout day, we were also told we needed to leave by 11, although our Booking.com reservation stated 12 noon. The most uncomfortable part was being asked whether I had the Booking.com app, then being told to open it and leave a review while a staff member was standing there. Reviews should be left privately and without any pressure. It’s a shame because without these things, the hotel itself would have been excellent. Sometimes you can feel the difference between genuine friendliness and friendliness with a commercial interest behind it.

O hotel no geral é muito simpático, os quartos muito espaçosos e bem decorados, o pequeno almoço com muita variedade. O pessoal do hotel muito prestável e apoiam em qualquer dúvida. No nosso caso ajudaram-nos com a deslocação para o porto (fomos 2 dias à cham island e o hotel guardou-nos a bagagem). No regresso da ilha vamos ter um carro à nossa espera para Hue A piscina no ultimo piso tem um final de dia muito bonito

Rooms are very specious and clean. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. They suggested so many places to us. We had Thai massage which was perfect. Best massage I have even had in Vietnam.

They don’t provide disposal slippers to use in the room.

The rooms are very nice - beds, shower and everything. The reception girls were super nice and helpful, also on Whatsapp. It is a 5-7 minutes walk from the old town. They also have bicycle that you can use. Loved the place!!

Cozy, nice and clean hotel. The breakfast buffet featuring a mix of high-quality local and international cuisines and fresh fruits. The staff was very friendly, helpful,and gave good tourist information.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location just 5 minutes by bike / 10 minutes walk from the center. Staff was great, super available, kind and welcoming. They offered tips about activities and arranged transfers.

"What a fantastic stay from start to finish. The staff across the board were absolutely wonderful, with special mentions to Emma and Money, as well as the bag boys (apologies for not catching your names, but you were fantastic too!). The team weren't just attentive to my wife and me — they went above and beyond for our children too. Every morning the bag boys would grab fish food and prepare it so my boys could feed the fish, which was such a lovely, thoughtful touch that made their stay so special. Every staff member we spoke to had great local knowledge of Hoi An and happily pointed us in the right direction for places to see and eat. The facilities at the hotel were excellent too. We would absolutely stay here again — highly recommend!"

This hotel was lovely, good location, room was nice and rooftop pool had a great view. Breakfast was very good. The lovely staff were very helpful and added greatly to a very please stay. Would highly recommend staying here!

Vriendelijk personeel, een persoonlijke, warme sfeer. Het ontbijt is goed, en ook een keer gedineerd wat ook helemaal prima was. Het rooftop zwembad is heel fijn, en de locatie is mooi net buiten de enorme drukte in het oude centrum maar je kan er op het gratis fietsje zo heen binnen een paar minuten. Ook lopend wel goed te doen, maar ivm de extreme hitte die wij hadden was de fiets beter en liepen we alleen in het oude centrum. Vlak om de hoek aan het water zit een heerlijk vietnamees restaurant waar we waterbuffel hebben gegeten, een aanrader!

Het onderhoud bij de rooftop kon wat beter, ergens stak een spijker uit de houten vlonder en de bedjes lagen ook niet heel erg lekker, hier kunnen ze nog wat meer van maken voor een iets luxere uitstraling en iets meer comfort.

As it was my first time visiting HOI AN, I was feeling a little apprehensive about what to expect. How wrong could I have been, Cozy Savvy Boutique Hotel, for me was perfectly located. A short 10 min walk from the main 'tourist' areas. However, what I didn't account for was the heat and humidity. Still, it suited my needs. The hotel staff, in particular, the front of desk and catering team were wonderful. Incredibly attentive, they will go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant stay. To the young lady who covered the night shift, that was highly commendable of you. You and your colleagues are amazing and do an outstanding job. The room was spotlessly clean, big by Vietnamese standards with a large bathroom. I loved the optional 'roll-top' bath, with sunset view. Breakfast was a buffet choice, with the option of cooked local choices, including various eggs for breakfast. Whoever makes the coffee..Please add an extra measure or two, it's morning, life requires somethings stronger, thank you. I enjoyed Pho for lunch and it was delicious, definitely recommended. The onsite Spa was a welcome break and I have to mention Lisa, who was my therapist. Incredibly strong and gentle at the same time, she quickly identified and worked on the various issues with my back. Unfortunately the rooftop pool was only re-opened the day I was leaving so didn't get to enjoy it. It was definitely inviting in the heat and humidity of HOI AN. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Cosy Savvy, and I would return without hesitation. Based on my own experience I can recommend the Cozy Savvy Boutique Hotel, HOI AN.

Good place to stay close to the old city and the japanese bridge. Good breakfast, lively staff. Great swimmingpool. Easy access to Grab. Would stay here again.

Travelling with children and very hot in Hoi An, it is a bit of a trek to the old city. But if you want a swimmingpool it would be hard finding something better.

had a great stay at Cozy Savvy with my family of 4. the interconnecting rooms were well appointed with lots of space and 2 bathrooms. staff were all very friendly, especially the receptionists Hanna and Monney, who answered our queries and gave many suggestions. breakfast was simple but good enough and save us time going out in the morning. location is good, quiet enough but walkable to the ancient town, many spas nearby for a good end to a tiring day. will definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at Cozy Savvy Hoi An. The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing. It is much bigger and more beautiful than the photos, with a clean and relaxing atmosphere and stunning views of the mountain and river. It was one of the highlights of our stay. Nancy was incredibly helpful and generous with her local knowledge. She gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat, the best restaurants to try, and honest advice about tours and activities, especially considering the summer season. Her thoughtful suggestions truly helped us make the most of our time in Hoi An. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very relaxing, the perfect place to unwind after exploring the town. The front desk team were warm and welcoming, and the breakfast staff were also friendly and attentive, making us feel well cared for throughout our stay.

The breakfast dining area was lovely, with a relaxing ambiance and beautiful surroundings. While the food selection and flavors have room for improvement, the friendly service and inviting atmosphere made breakfast a pleasant experience.

Nancy and Hanna on front desk welcomed me so warmly. The staff were all exceptional. The hotel is quiet and clean only a few minute walk ( or a ‘take your life in your hands motorbike ride) from town and river restaurants, bars and markets. Breakfast was extensive and good. Would highly recommended

We stayed for 15 nights and it was perfect. All of the staff were so friendly, all were polite and so helpful throughout. The room. Was spacious, the bed super comfortable and the shower had good pressure and always hot. There was an excellent choice for breakfast that changed daily. The swimming pool was tidy and a great place to cool down or relax. Our balcony had great view of the river and all its goings on. We left our scooters safe outside and they were moved into storage overnight which was reassuring. We got so much support from Tracy, the Operations Manager who was genuinely interested in our plans, made recommendations and helped with any questions. Emma and Hanna on reception were so helpful and also made suggestions of perfect cafes to visit and things to do. The catering team are an asset to the hotel, really concerned to make sure that the breakfast is well stocked and all guest have what they need. On the first day, I asked for a teapot for my tea, ever morning after, it appeared without me asking again... It was those sorts of little touches that made the visit so special and has ensured that we will visit again. I have made new friends in Vietnam and I can't wait to go back.

The location is good, close to old town within walking distance, but in a quiet part of town. Staff service is excellent, very courteous, attentive and accommodating. Breakfast buffet has decent variety and food tastes pretty good.

No close by decent minimart to buy water and snacks, but we used Grab mart delivery, so it worked out OK.
