RiverTown Hoi An Resort & Spa

This is a traditional hotel in decor with a lovely garden. The breakfast was vey good with a wife choice off options to suit all tastes. What made this hotel exceptional was the staff, they were really friendly and helpful and made a real effort to ensure that you enjoyed your stay . Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing to dislike.

Beautiful with charm all over. Simple luxury, with impeccable grounds. Loved that there are 2 pools, one for adults only, which was fantastic. Buffet breakfast was completely amazing with something for everyone. The quality of ingredients the best. Our room was a very good size with views to the pool and old town. While not ultra luxury, it was very well appointed. I’d call it simple luxury. We used the spa facilities multiple times. It was that good! Highly recommended. The location of the hotel is superb! Close to everything within a very short walk yet within a distance to be peaceful and quiet. The beach access was also great. Club has good facilities and we liked the beach very much. Me missed the shuttle and took a cab. Ride was so cheap so don’t let the shuttle be a pressure factor. Saving the best for last. Hard to find the rigor words to describe just how amazing all the staff were at the hotel. It was always genuine kindness and always with a beautiful smile. On the service level, probably the best we’ve ever received, and we,ve stayed before at Peninsula’s, Four Seasons, St. Regis… you won’t go wrong choosing this hotel.

Rivertown HoiAn is ideally located a short walking trip out of Old Town - far enough away from the hustle but close enough to walk to all the action. The facilities are amazing and the staff are second to none.

There is nothing not to like about RiverTown HoiAn. 10/10

En cuanto al restaurante y el desayuno hay mucha variedad. Tiene muchas actividades, además de billares, piscinas... La ubicación muy buena.

El hotel es precioso y está muy bien ubicado. Lo que más nos ha gustado es su jardín, lleno de vegetación y rincones encantadores, que hace que parezca que estás en un auténtico paraíso vietnamita. 🌿🌴 Además, todo el personal ha sido muy amable y atento durante nuestra estancia. Un lugar muy agradable para desconectar y disfrutar del ambiente de Vietnam. Sin duda, una estancia muy recomendable.

We loved our stay at this Hotel. The location was great, walking distance to town, plenty of restaurants or if you just want to stroll along the river. The room we booked was wonderful, spacious, comfortable beds, fabulous air conditioning, great addition also is that water stations are available on each floor to keep you hydrated. There are 2 pools (water was very warm but that is because the weather was so hot), a happy hour each afternoon and a beautiful Spa facility - all tested and recommended. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a large variety of options to suit all. I think the best thing about our stay was the amazing staff, so knowledgeable and ready to assist in any circumstance.

The location was very central, right by the night market, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spacious, clean, and had an excellent view of the lake. I also really appreciated that bicycle rental was included with the stay, which made getting around even easier.

Tutto perfetto, ottima la posizione, il servizio, colazione ottima e spa e massaggi. Ho apprezzato ill fatto che la piscina per bambini era posta in posizione diversa da quella per gli adulti. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Lovely peaceful property a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Amazing Spa, we had multiple massages and facials. Incredible breakfast and the best Mojitos we had in Hoi An

Perfect location, you can walk everywhere. The hotel has a large garden, separating it from the hustle and bustle of the city and tourists.

The hotel is showing its age and could use some modernization. On the other hand, it's maintained in good condition :-)

Great location away from the hustle and bustle but in touching distance. Staff were excellent, rooms clean and couldn’t ask for more for my Wife’s birthday. I would fully recommend RiverTown to anyone looking for a visit to Hoi An.

A very peaceful hotel with two swimming pools. The lunch was very good, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, with beautiful views.

This hotel was our favourite so far on our trip. Great location just outside town but a short stroll to bars restaurants and shops. The hotel was beautiful. Beautiful pool and gardens. Breakfast was excellent and lunch. Overall an excellent hotel. Above all the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

Wonderful stay. The hotel is stunning with terrific swimming pool and spa. Staff are all fantastic. Definitely our favourite hotel during a 3-week trip to Vietnam. Close to the old town but quiet when you need to cool down. 100% recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

The adult's pool was amazing. Staff were super friendly. Close to old town. Easy to get around. Great stay.

That that kids pool wasn't very nice. However they let my kids (10 and 9) go to the adults pool if they were quiet and supervised and because I assured them they could both swim.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have chosen a better hotel to visit Hoi An. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. Everything was absolutely perfect. Our room was beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was incredibly romantic and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. The staff were always smiling, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed, making us feel truly pampered throughout our stay. The breakfast was also outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. Every detail reflects the care and passion the team puts into creating an unforgettable guest experience. If we ever return to Hoi An, we wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an elegant, romantic place with exceptional service. The location of Rivertown Hoi An is wonderfully close to centre of city, walkable. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was warm and friendly too and we felt very relaxed in all areas of the hotel. Our room was spacious, well lit and ventilated with cooling heat pump to aid. Main room and bathroom were kept clean by staff daily, including the floor, bench and bathroom surfaces and new towels, they were quick and efficient. Complimentary tea, coffee and milk sachets were replaced on a daily basis. Foyer, Halls, lifts and Restaurant were also kept to a very high standard of cleanliness. The outdoor pools were very clean and enjoyable to use. Each apartment had its own enclosed private balcony and there was no problem with noise levels.

The hotel offers excellent value for money. It is very close to the Old Town but still quiet. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little repetitive, but the food was very nice. Our room was quiet and had a pleasant view. The pool areas were also nice, although we only used the children’s pool. The hotel restaurant serves good food in the evening and is especially useful when it rains.

The room was a little dated and could benefit from some renovation, although it was still perfectly acceptable. The corridors had no air conditioning and felt very stuffy. The restaurant only had two high chairs, and as many families were staying at the hotel, one was not always available. However, the staff always brought one over as soon as it became free.

I came to the Rivertown Resort in Hoi An with my mom in late july, and stayed for three nights. The overall experience was very pleasant - the staff were welcoming and attentive, the resort itself was a little small but extremely clean, and there was even a Coway water dispenser right next to the elevator with free, refreshing, cold water which we drank from way more than we thought we would! The restaurant was also great, the rooms were clean, the AC worked well inside the rooms, and we had a wonderful stay :D

The place is near the HoiAn Oldtown and the nightmarket, but not too close that you hear all the honking of traffic. The room we had was neat and had welcome snacks hehe. Used the complementary shuttle to An Bang beach where we could use the free beach chair. We especially enjoyed the pool. The late evening pool was awesome. Water was warm and not many people were there. If we come to HoiAn again, we would definitely stay at Rivertown Hoian again.

Amazing location and great food! Went during the full moon festival and the staff was very nice. Provided unlimited water which was an underappreciated benefit. Went to the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner and the food was very fresh and tasty. This would be the first place I go back to if I visited Hoi An again.

Best place if you are staying in Hoi An. Close to the market, clean premium services, warm staff and lovely food.

The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance from the old town. The check-in and out was smooth and quick. The reception and restaurant staff were very polite and helpful. The lady who checked us in was amazing and shared a lot of useful tips and suggestions about shopping and local experiences. The room was big, clean and comfortable overlooking the river. The breakfast had good variety of food. Everything was freshly cooked and delicious. The hotel had a shuttle bus to the beach but we didn't have enough time to enjoy this service. Would love to stay longer next time.

The furniture in the room looks a bit dated but was clean. The water in the adults pool didn't look very clean.

The location was great. Walking into old town was awesome to get dinner and shops.

Upstairs someone above us was a little nosy with chairs moving around - that was not the property’s fault more luck of who is above you.

The lovely main pool in all the pictures is adults only. We would never have booked it if we knew that. The kids pool is tiny and in full sun. We didn't even bother using it. Kids were super disappointed. Great hotel if you don't have kids, if you do, stay somewhere family friendly.

Maybe a couple of different selections for Childrens breakfast (ie pancakes) - they had all the toppings there!

We had a wonderful stay at Rivertown Hoi An Resort & Spa during our honeymoon trip. What we loved the most was the amazing hospitality from the staff. They were very friendly and helpful, especially in guiding us on how to explore Hoi An. They took the time to share information on how to get around town, where to visit, the location of Hoi An Market and the Night Market, the best timing to go, and even recommended the beautiful lantern boat ride experience. The team also made our stay extra special with a lovely honeymoon setup, swan towel decoration and a sweet Happy Honeymoon note waiting for us in the room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. The resort was comfortable, relaxing, and a lovely place to spend our honeymoon in Hoi An.

The only downside was the air conditioning in the room. It was working, but it didn’t feel cool enough especially when we were in bed. It got quite warm during the night and I found myself sweating while sleeping. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the wonderful hospitality from the team.
