The Best Hotel Stay in Hoi An! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the most amazing four-night stay at La Charm Hoi An Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the beds are absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant was wonderful. We also loved the swimming pool and the peaceful atmosphere. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Hoi An Old Town, markets and all the beautiful lanterns. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. La Charm truly made our stay in Hoi An unforgettable. We loved every minute and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel! ❤️

The convenient location, the hotel ambience, room comfort; above all the staff - so friendly, always, and willing to help with everything - even the complicated onward travel to Hue. And the breakfasts. We were very sorry to leave this wonderful hotel.

We joked with the reception staff about the neighbourhood roosters crowing in the early morning - they loked that they would invest in some of their own for competition! But seriously we didn’t find anything we didn’t like.

Очень дружелюбный персонал, решал любые вопросы быстро, у супруги был день рождения, украсили номер, за завтраком поздравили небольшим тортом и спели песню поздравления. Отличное расположение отеля, до старого города 7-10 минут. Отель рекомендую.

La Charm has been the best hotel we have stayed at during our first trip to Vietnam, after visiting four cities so far. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and always willing to help. They recommended three activities in Hoi An—the coconut basket boats, the Hoi An Memories Show and a spa—and we enjoyed all three. The swimming pool is perfect for relaxing, and you can even order drinks to enjoy by the pool. Breakfast is excellent, with a huge variety of both local and international options. Our room was spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable. There is also a gym, although unfortunately we did not have time to use it. The hotel arranged a private car to Da Nang Airport for us and also offers a laundry service, which was incredibly useful after five days of travelling. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We would absolutely recommend it and would love to return!

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Location, bed super comfortable, pool, breakfast. The staff were especially kind, friendly and always greeted me by name. Tam at the front desk was such a lovely lady, she made me feel very welcome from the day I arrived. Free bikes, tourism help desk, and the hotel amenities make this real value for money option. I liked it so much I stayed an extra day!!

Everything about this hotel was perfect, the room was such a good size with a great balcony and view. The pool was a lovely place to chill out by, and the hotels location was excellent. A short walk along the river to get to the Old Quarter.

It was too relaxing and enjoyable. So has set a high bar for other hotels we might go to.

Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and so eager to help and assist with anything. In fact they ordered our car from Hue to Hoi An (make sure you ask for a car with air con and maybe electric and an even put 6 people for a bigger vehicle). As we became addicted to the coffee there is a great little coffee shop 1 min walk away. Located in the Old Town it was nice to be away from the mayhem of Hoi An and we could walk to many of the tourist locations.

Séjour correct mais l’hôtel a besoin de travaux. Petit-déjeuner correct mais manque de variété et de produits de meilleure qualité. Réceptionniste fait de son mieux pour être au petit soin !

Great Location, Friendly Staff & Spacious Room We had a good stay at this hotel in Hoi An. The location is very convenient, close to the Old Town and Night Market, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. There is also a mini mart nearby, which was very convenient for picking up anything we needed. Our room was spacious and had a really nice city view. The hotel also offers free bicycles that guests can borrow, which is a great option for getting around Hoi An and exploring more of the town without having to walk everywhere. The breakfast buffet was good, and we also tried the room service, which was convenient and enjoyable. There is also an airport transfer service right next door where you can arrange transportation to the airport at a reasonable price, which was very convenient for us. Overall, we had a good experience. The location is convenient, the room was spacious, the facilities were useful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend staying here if you are visiting Hoi An.

One thing to be aware of is the water from the hotel pipes. The water may not be the cleanest, and the shower head and taps are older copper/bronze fixtures. If you are particular about water quality, I would recommend bringing a shower-head attachment with a filter. This is more of a precaution and something worth knowing before your stay.

Un hotel stupendo. Camera ampia con balcone e il letto matrimoniale era largo almeno 2,5 metri. Doccia super comoda e ampio spazio interno. Pulitissimo e in una posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dall'old town. Inoltre puoi utilizzare gratuitamente le biciclette dell'hotel. super gentili sempre, colazione perfetta e ricca e una piscina molto bella che abbiamo utilizzato. Mi è piaciuto tutto. Il personale è super gentile in ogni occasione. Abbiamo usato il transfer da e per Da Nang che costava come il Grab. Direi ottimo tutto. Già ci manca.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, in einer perfekten Lage, um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Die Außenanlagen und vor allem der Pool laden wirklich dazu ein zu entspannen und sich nach einem hektischen Tag auszuruhen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sensationell und war bis dato das Beste, was wir auf unserer dreiwöchigen Reise durch Vietnam hatten. Das Personal ist super freundlich, hat sich von Anfang an perfekt um uns gekümmert und wir haben uns gefühlt wie bei Freunden.
