Breakfast was done by 9am, this was not mentioned when we checked in. Came for breakfast at 9:30am, and they were already vacuuming the breakfast area.

Our stay would have been perfect IF it was actually cleaned….Their was urine splats on the toilet seat and black pubic hair through out the washroom/shower, & their was calcium buildup/dirt on the shower head. Their also was no shower curtain , so we had to go ask for that. The nice young lady did offer to move us but I told the nice lady working that i was afraid id be walking into another disaster. So i nicely demanded that i clean the washroom enough that i could try to hold back my gagging. The shower grim was soooo gross. My visit here really messed with my mental health that night. I am a clean person and never in my life seen such filth. Sadly I couldn’t afford to move hotels , Nore could I go home as I was needed at city hall the next early morning. I did leave a note from my heart & I encouraged them to take more pride in their jobs. Their reviews could climb if they actually did the work. Work together! It takes a team to build a good business, as from what I seen you have some workers who clearly don’t do their JOB TITLE. Clearly they are the ones who are bringing your ratings down. Take time to make change. Together YOU ALL GOT THIS!

Location is easy access from highway. The lobby / entry / breakfast areas appear to be updated. breakfast included was decent.

Not very practical for single women walking to the property at night. Fruit flies in the room. Window broken. Moist , moldy , wet feeling in the room. Sheets were moist and smelled rancid. Almost like that smell you get when you forget to put your stuff in the dryer. The body wash was empty. Towels in the bathroom were stained.

Very big disappointment! No elevator, our room was a "half day" walking distance with stairs from the lobby. Room was run down. The whole carpet was soaking wet from the air condition. A painting/picture over on bed was ripped of, in the bathroom the plaster and wallpaper fell of the wall. If I would work at the hotel, I would be ashamed to rent that room out.

The staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, it was a good family stay. The breakfast was decent, and we appreciated having the pool area available. The staff really helped make up for some of the issues with the room and amenities.

The room felt a little cramped, and the toilet seat was broken. There was also an old-looking patch on the ceiling that made the room feel a bit dated. The pool water was too cold, and surprisingly the hot tub was even colder. The hot tub jets were also not working. One of the vending machines for pop was not working, although the candy and gummy machine worked fine.

The overall feel of the hotel feels old and dated. Squeaky creeky floors, moldy broken windows, bathrooms are dingy and not clean, water and moisture damage.

There was no place for me to stay when I went even though Booking.com took my payment that morning. There was no room reserved for me and we were left stranded front desk didn’t help offer any solutions we had to go to the next-door hotel and pay an extra hundred dollars, and now I’m waiting for my refund from Booking.com, which is ridiculous that I have to wait 7 to 12 days for not happy will not book again with Booking.com

Location was key as it was close to where we were working. Lots of selection for restaurants.

The hotel was right beside a construction zone which they worked through the night. Air freshers in the cold air return instead of cleaning left a bad smell in the air. Outside was very dirty and lots of garbage and debris on the ground. Signs saying no smoking with in 20 feet 9f the door and multiple times came out to peo0le smoking right in front of the doors.

Never again at this hotel. We had paid for three days, but after the first night, we already wanted to leave—though, unfortunately, we wouldn't have been refunded. The hotel is old and in need of a complete renovation. In the bathrooms, the plaster was peeling off and the faucet was loose; there was dirt and mold everywhere. We asked to change rooms, but the second one was just the same: rust, peeling wall plaster, and filth. It was simply a disaster. The pool area was no better; the water in the pool was too cold to use, while the water in the Jacuzzi was so hot that we lasted only a minute before scrambling out.

Our room was very damp the whole time. It was so damp that our towels didn’t even dry overnight. It’s stunk. There was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. Under the bed was really dusty. We forgot something and I had to go back and look in the room that was already “cleaned.” they told me to check under the bed to see if it was there. So obviously they don’t clean under the bed! My in-laws also had a room there it was gross. They didn’t even check the fridge or the drawers. There was still stuff in the drawers. And don’t go in the pool or hot tub. Disgusting! 🤢

Front counter staff very nice. Good continental breakfast grounds were very clean and hallways and reception area.

Bathroom is extremely small. They didn’t come every day to give you fresh towels and toilet paper and Kleenex. Only emptied the garbage one day out of four and brought me towels one day out of four. Rooms in fair shape. Mattress is very worn out.

No one even offered a room on the other side of the building even tho cleaning staff said there were available rooms across the hallway. Although the evening desk attendant was great and the breakfast was decent, this place is dangerously outdated with few, if any, accessibility considerations. Bath tubs do not have anti slip tiles nor any bars or grips for elderly people. My mother has accessibility issues and actually fell due to ridges in the old carpeting in the halls. The morning desk attendant was of no help, so we ended up in emergency with a broken rib! We were there multiple nights and things were not re-stocked (ex. Coffee, cups, ice bags). The door to the rooms almost felt as though they were coming off their hinges, and didn't close without a good firm slam. Given all the hotels in the area, it's amazing that this chain hasn't bothered to update their premises.

Heated pool is NOT true. Pool was very cold, ladder rungs broken.. hot tub was right but very cloudy.. not sure if treated correctly.

Stains on the sheets/duvet/curtains, the outlets/charging ports near the bed didnt work at all, there was someone elses food left inside the pull out bed, the bathroom was disgusting. Mold on the shower grout, paint chipping off everything. It was a DIY Reno gone wrong. I think my kid could do better renovations

When we arrived our room was at 28 degrees, no one had bothered to to get the air conditioning going. When we ran the hot water, there was none. We had to go to the front desk for help

The bed was way to soft. Body sank and my head stayed up. Tossed and turned a bit through the night. Could use new mattresses and a big of updating. Otherwise a good stay.

For one night, the room was perfectly fine. I was honestly worried before arriving because I had read so many negative reviews online, but my experience was completely different. The hotel is in a good location, the rooms were clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The hallways were clean, the pool and hot tub were well maintained, and my kids really enjoyed them. Parking was convenient, and I also want to thank Lubna at the front desk—she was very friendly and helpful. I honestly don't understand why there are so many harsh reviews. You get what you pay for, and for the price, I thought the hotel offered good value. The hotel was fully booked, the pool and hot tub were busy, and many guests were enjoying the complimentary breakfast. If so many people are using the facilities and staying here, I don't understand why there are so many negative comments online. Overall, we had a good stay. In my opinion, some of the reviews don't reflect the actual experience. Instead of relying only on online comments, I would recommend visiting the hotel and deciding for yourself.

The only thing that surprised me was the deposit. It was much too high compared to the hotel room and the overall condition of the hotel. The deposit was CAD 500 per room if paying by debit and CAD 200 per room if paying by credit card, which I found unreasonable. The deposit amount should be lower and more in line with the quality and price of the hotel.

Colazione deludente, cibo confezionato e uova strapazzate e salsicce (sempre uguali), con l'unica novità positiva della macchina per farsi i waffle: personale comunque molto gentile e disponibile, pur essendo totalmente self service con piatti e forchette usa&getta. Moquette nei corridoi e nella stanze.

L'odeur en entrant dans la chambre était agréable.

Le bain était complètement taché de jaune dans la chambre 111. On a demandé une autre chambre que l'on a visité. Le bain était identique et la chambre était de mauvaise odeur. Le déjeuner était de mauvais goût. Les œufs n’étaient pas mangeable et la saucisse de mauvaise qualité.

I saw bugs - 3 different types in my room. That changed everything for me. Wasn't sure if they were bed bugs, hence my children were uncomfortable and I could barely sleep

Very false representation of the condition of this property. The hotel and rooms have a smell, the hot tub was green, pool was murky. Rooms were run down, bathroom was dirty, towels were stained yellow. Property is not secure, anyone can enter the doors without key cards around the building. Do not recommend a stay here!

The hotel is old and not clean at all . There were yellow stains all over the beds and the shower curtains turned yellow. All the towels were cream colored too but washed . All of these can be ignored. But one thing is really bad was the staff who checked us inn . The girl who was on duty on the 18th July morning shift (didn't share her name) lied on the face . About the booking and about booking.com . She wasn't helpful and said booking.com gave me wrong information about my booking . Gave me a room that I didn't book. I even wanted to upgrade with money but she was absolutely uncooperative. That absolutely destroyed our mood of the weekend. Later another staff named Joth (sameday afternoon shift) fixed my room when I came up with my information. I was right with the right booking info throughout. She was disturbing. Extremely bad experience. Why lie ????

The hotel was grimy and gross. The first room I was given didn’t lock from the inside. The second room (that I stayed in) was 25 degrees, the mattresses were stained, there was a drawer that didn’t close in the dresser, the table was lopsided, the shower was grimy with the last person’s soap still there.

The location was near a tim's, and very close to highway so it was easy access to leave and get there. We arrived a little early and the room was ready. It did it's job for break from driving.

It seemed run down, for the money spent I would have liked to see upgraded look. It seems like nothing has been done in years, tub was yellow, peeling and just overall made it look dirty. It seemed old musty.. But again understandable for older hotels but for the price it was disappointing. The stairs were challenging to see if someone was coming or not, and not wide enough to fit multiple people trying to go up or down...

Smelt like someone was constantly smoking weed. The smell overwhelmed the hallways and our room. Not good especially when I had my children. No elevator. Pool closed earlier than displayed without real reason. The door to our room was horrible it looked like it hand been kicked in before with no proper seal. Even though I had to hip check the door to ensure it was closed and then locked i did not feel secured.

First no advertisement about no elevator. Walls are paper thin, we heard people running up and down the hall and babies screaming all night. Second, the smell of weed in the hotel is over bearing. I feel like some of the guest there are "permanent guests" that are pretty dirty. Unfortunately having young children and having to tell them everyday to not look at those people hitting a huge bong by the window or blocking the path hitting bong while on vacation sucked. The pool was green and cold, the hot tub has this nasty brown/grey foam on top of it. ALSO no security. The back door doesnt even lock so anyone can get inside at any time of the day and with the amount of homeless people around that is something that should be fixed.

Ambiance

Zimmer 101 gleich hinter der Rezeption war sehr ruhig. Bei geschlossener Terrassentür war auch die derzeitige Baustelle von gegenüber nicht zu hören. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und TV im Zimmer. Alles sauber. Das Kingsize Bett war sehr bequem. Es gab auch Kissen mit unterschiedlichen Härtegraden. Kontinentales Frühstück mit Bagels, Toast, Muffins auch Obst Müsli etc. Kaffeemaschine für verschiedene Zubereitungen. Warmes Essen mit Rührei und Würstchen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle war fußläufig gut zu erreichen um in die Stadt zu gelangen.

Bei aller Sauberkeit, was jedoch unschön ist, dass im Bad hinter der Türe, die Stoßleiste teilweise nicht mehr festgeklebt war und weg hing.
