NH Frankfurt Airport

Very comfortable.

Quiet despite being right next to the airport

No shuttle from terminal 3

Ist zu empfehlen

Cerca del aeropuerto

Sauberkeit, ruhiges Zimmer

War alles in Ordnung.

Good location

The stay was ruined by billing issues. Although the rooms were prepaid, the hotel wrongfully charged my credit card €520 at departure. After raising the issue, they only refunded €471, keeping €49 for an "early check-in" fee that I never requested. On top of that, they failed to provide official invoices for the tourist taxes. Very unprofessional management and billing practices. I do not recommend this hotel.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter

comfortable bed

front desk staff at check in not very friendly, restaurant staff was no where to be found food was adequate but nothing great restaurant wasnt very clean, stains on chairs, spotty cutlery

Proximity to the airport and the efficient shuttle service. Nice quiet rooms, couldn't hear any planes even thought they flew overhead

Free wifi was terrible and it was 10 euro per day for the paid version. Shuttle cost 5 euro (imo should be free like most european hotels offer)

The shuttle service was very helpful.

Close to airport, shuttle pick up , quiet rooms , very well kept and excellent breakfast .

Great airport hotel with free shuttle , which starts 5 am . Friendly staff and good food as well as comfortable rooms

Alles top

Alles super

Very conveniently located next to the Frankfurt airport and has a shuttle

Nothing really everything was great although some of the front desk staff seemed to perhaps not really like their job

Typisches Flughafenhotel mit kostenpflichtigen Shuttle zum Flughafen

Freundlicher Empfang, super Frühstücksbuffet, getakteter Shuttle-Service vom Flughafen kostenlos

Da müsste man schon auf sehr hohem Niveau jammern.

Absolut kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Sehr enttäuschend, da die Bewertungen eigentlich ganz gut waren.

Perfect option for ease of access to airport. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Shuttle service to & from the airport. Great value for money. Friendly staff.

Very convenient location for all those travelling from/to Frankfurt Airport. Much better hotel than it looks.

Accueil, petit déjeuner ++

Close to the Airport

Alles was prima in orde!

Location and neatness.

Coffee mashine did not work.

Very comfortable bed . The shuttle bus is very convenient.

La posizione in prossimità dell'aeroporto

Costo del parcheggio molto caro in rapporto all'utilizzo.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang beim Check in.

The shuttle provided by the hotel was very convenient. Shuttle driver and staff at the hotel were courteous and helpful. Shuttle was punctual and efficient. The hotel has a restaurant that served dinner until late. The restaurant was simply superb. The dinner that we ordered was delicious. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.

The hotel was responsive to my emailed questions about their airport shuttle service before our arrival and their restaurant served surprisingly good food.

They are not close to anything, as in no other restaurants or shopping districts or parks to pass the time, but if you just need a place to crash before or after a flight, it's perfect, and they have their own restaurant and bar, including optional outdoor seating.

Location

The staff was not so friendly! The food in the restaurant was pricey for what they served and the rooms, even though that it was right in the middle of Summer the AC in the rooms was Terrible. The rooms were hotter than the lobby. It was disgraceful! I asked the staff to put the temperature down in my room as it was blowing hot air, they said they couldn’t do it and they gave me a little desk fan. Terrible!!!

Rundum perfekt!

Very neat clean rooms with all modern amenities.

The check in wasn’t that smooth

Shuttle serivice, early and good breakfast.

Top

Convenient for airport layover. Shuttle to the hotel is free but $5euros pp from hotel back to the airport and must notify front desk the night before if wanting shuttle ride in the am. Note: there are 2 NH hotels at the airports, east and west and 2 different shuttles. Be sure to confirm with the shuttle driver at airport which one he is driving to so as not to take the wrong one. Our room was nice and enough to get some sleep but the phone was not even plugged into the wall and tho there was a mini fridge in the closet it was not working which was disappointing. Bar was open until 1am which was nice. Dining stopped being served a few hours before the bar closed, I believe 11 pm.

Gutes Hotel- sauber, gute Betten, tolle Dusche und keine Geräusche. All of the above and a nice restaurant & bar catering for allergies & vegans. A punctual shuttle bus. Very friendly & helpful staff.

The property was perfect

The shuttle service was timely (key for an airport hotel), nice coffee machine and kettle and fridge in the room, nice bathroom, the price was very fair for the large room and very comfortable bed with breakfast was included. Breakfast was very good, for American & British standards I'd say excellent, but many German & Nordic hotels typically have amazing breakfast and this was very good but not "German/Nordic amazing breakfast". Also, there was a minor miscommunication about the shuttle cost (normally free from the airport, Euro 5.00 to the airport but my confirmation just said "free") and, when I showed my email stating the shuttle was free, they immediately dropped the Euro 5.00 charge with no issue, which I thought was very professional.

Really just 2 things, both things that can happen anywhere: (1) I like gyms and the main multi-purpose weight/strength machine that would have facilitated a more thorough workout was broken. When you have just 1 main multi-purpose machine and it breaks, it essentially eliminates your workout. (2) The hotel outsources the shuttle service so this wasn't their fault but the 2 drivers on the shuttle from the airport were not at all helpful, didn't help passengers with bags or information, we even had to open the luggage door ourselves to get our luggage out, and they couldn't communicate much in English or German. Again, not the hotel's fault and something one increasingly notices in and around all of Germany's airports as they struggle to find well-trained staff. On the shuttle back our driver was helpful, friendly and could speak both English and German.

Tried calling them several times but they didn’t answer phone rang out Food nothing special Waiters had no focus on guests Shuttle only went to one terminal then you had to find the way to the other terminal

Clean, comfortable, bar open until late at night and a shuttle to the airport make this hotel a very good option for one night.

Sauber, großes Zimmer - perfekt

-

Great place, quiet, good bed. I slept well, overall I liked it, and I would stay there again. Good hotel, great value.

Everything was good.

Free shuttle to airport and to hotel.

Nowhere to walk to other eatery or entertainment

Clean, friendly staff

The choice of food.

Easy pickup/drop off at the airport (although only the pickup is free...?!) . Facilities are not super-fancy, but totally modern, efficient, and good value for money. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful and attentive!
