Reviewed Sep 9, 2026It's proximity to the airport and shuttle every 15 minutes.
I can't believe that such an expensive hotel didn't have proper air conditioning. Like most European hotels you have to have the room key in a slot to power the air conditioning. Most places that isn't a problem because the unit will cool down the room quickly. This was not the case here. As soon as I entered I lowered the temperature and to my surprise over an hour later the temperature had actually increased 1.5 degrees. The unit was on, but absolutely not cooling down the room. This hotel was the most expensive hotel we stayed at for our 2 week trip and the entire reason I spent that much was for convince and to get good rest before going back home. Instead I got to sweat through the majority of the night and have poor sleep. The food at the hotel restaurant was also terrible, but edible.

Het hotel lijkt vooral gericht op reizigers die via het vliegveld verder reizen, er rijden shuttlebusjes. Voor een overnachting is dit een prima hotel.

Finding the shuttle pickup at the airport took some time. And the pickup at the hotel is not directly in front of the hotel, but 300m up the street (in front of a huge parking garage), which could be an issue, if you have a lot of luggage.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026The hotel is located inside a wood not far from a small lake, not what I expected from an airport hotel. My room was quiet despite the location next to an airport. The beds were relatively comfortable. There is a supermarket 600 down the road so you can skip the expensive hotel meals. The shuttle service is very frequent and free.
The shuttle stop is 250 meters from the hotel. This is quite a distance if you have much luggage. I did not manage to operate the food vending machines.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026This is the best value for money airport stay: rooms are large, clean, and nicely furnished and equipped (coffee machine provided, kettle on request, hairdryer on request). We booked the one-bedroom suite, and the large dining table in the room was a very welcome surprise. Bathroom amenities are from Rituals - what a treat! Rooms are very quiet, which was unexpected being this close to the airport - excellent sleep quality with the quiet and blockout curtains. (You can hear the planes if you open the windows, but not at all with the windows closed.) Staff are really friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle is superb: every 15 minutes, 24/7 (during the summer peak holiday period). Excellent attention to detail for a comfortable stay: this is my second stay this month, and I will very happily stay again the next time I need to travel through Frankfurt airport!
A mini fridge in the room, and the airport shuttle also going to Terminal 3 (as needed) would make this stay absolutely perfect!
