Das Hotel ist zentral und doch relativ ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön und das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Dachterasse mit Pool ist wunderbar. Am meisten hat mir das Frühstück gefallen: hochwertig mit spanischen Spezialitäten; zwar keine warmen Speisen wie Rührei, dafür aber Avocado, Serano-Schinken und hervorragendes Brot. Das Ambiente und die Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum sind sehr entspannend.

Das einzige was ich negativ feststellen konnte, war der relativ hohe Preis für ein Einzelzimmer in der Hauptsaison.

El recepcionista de la tarde-noche cuando hice el checking-in fue cortés, amable y simpático. La situación es buena si buscas estar lejos de los prinicipales focos turísticos y típicamente de ruido-fiesta, además es céntrico para la ciudad.

El alojamiento está muy anticuado. El recepcionista de la mañana para el check-out, aunque correcto, no fue demasiado simpático. Mi habitación no estaba bien insonorizada. Se escucha perfectamente todo lo que ocurre fuera de la estancia.

Ne a plăcut tot și ne am simțit foarte bine, noi am ales doar micul dejun inclus, mâncarea a fost bună, camera curată și personal amabil.

Nu pot spune ca nu mi a plăcut, dar aș sugera ca micul dejun sa nu mai fie în fiecare zi aceeași.

La nostra camera (penso una SUPERIOR) era spaziosa e con una bella terrazza. Posizione comodissima al centro e al porto, stazione bus vicina. Ho apprezzato le pulizie e il cambio di tutti gli asciugamenti anche se solo per una notte.

Location was really good and the bar/pool area on the rooftop was great.

Rooms were dated and you could hear everything in rooms next door. Balcony had a leak on it.

Pleasant reception staff, room was clean, aircon worked well. Everything I needed was there. Location is about 10 minutes walking from the very heart of the old town.

The hotel and room are clearly dated. Heavy wooden furniture across the hotel makes it feel like a hotel from the 1970s or 1980s.

Desayuno pésimo! La 10:00 horas de la mañana te comías las sobras que quedarán!! Teniendo en cuenta que cierra a las 11:30 horas!!

Centrale, buona pulizia, ottima stanza suite con soggiorno e bei balconi: personale sereno, permettono di far entrare qualunque ospite e si riesce a organizzare di tutto, ottimale per fare festa. Bella piscina.

Servizio bar abbastanza scadente dato che c era una ragazza al bar che non aveva mai lavorato prima, tuttavia simpatica e sbagliando le dosi alcoliche a volte serviva dei siluri alcolici che non ci son dispiaciuti!

L'horari per disfrutar de la piscina i gimnàs és molt limitat. Si l'estada és per motius laborals i estàs limitat d'horaris, no pots disfrutar de les instal·lacions.

emplacement idéal proche du port et de la citadelle à pied chambre spacieuse et propre, matelas confortable. la piscine sur le toit est de taille correcte et agréable pour se rafraichir. bon rapport qualité prix.

le petit déjeuner est minimaliste, mais à un petit prix le personnel est un peu froid et certain difficile d'accès la décoration des chambres un peu vieillotte

Posizione. Pulizia camera. Camera insonorizzata, con le finestre chiuse non si sentiva alcun rumore. Letto comodo. Bagno grande. Aria condizionata ben funzionante.

Ho comunque messo Ottimo, ma non mi è piaciuto il fatto di darti la camera alle 16.00(quindi ampio tempo per la preparazione) ed arrivare alle 20, dopo una giornata di mare e scoprire che in bagno, la boccetta del bagnoschiuma è completamente finita e non è stata sostituita. Oltretutto non forniscono balsamo, che per una donna,in un posto di mare è fondamentale (dato erroneamente per scontato di trovarlo,come dappertutto)

Es un hotel hermoso con una ubicacion perfecta. El personal super atento, amables y tratando de que no nos faltase nada. Por supuesto volvería a este hotel y lo recomiendo mucho.

It was in a great location to old town. Rooms were clean and the pool area was a great was to start the day.

Zeer schoon hotel en kamers. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goed en betaalbaar ontbijt en het zwembad op het dak is heerlijk. Om het hotel binnen te komen moet je wel een flink aantal trappen op. Dat is met bagage best een klusje. Het hotel ligt erg gunstig van winkels, de oude stad en de haven

El trato espléndido por parte de todo el personal,la amplitud de la habitación,el edificio precioso por dentro y por fuera,muy bien cuidado. Muy buena ubicación.

De locatie is geweldig. Midden in de stad en voor de deur een grote (betaalde) parkeerplaats. Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Wij hebben bij de receptie gevraagd om een huurauto. Dit zou een kwartier duren, na 3 kwartier hebben we gevraagd waarom het lang duurde. Het zou wederom nog een kwartier duren, maar na een kwartier was er nog geen auto. We hebben de auto toen geannuleerd. Dit ligt niet aan het hotel en de medewerkers, maar wel extern en misschien kunnen ze dat eens bespreken.

Struttura rimasta negli anni 90 con stanze e servizi modesti. Personale non all'altezza. Alla richiesta di avere un poco di latte, per nostro figlio di 1 anno, alle 6h45 prima di partire per aeroporto, la risposta è stata NO perché la colazione (che avevamo pagato) era dalle 7. Assolutamente indegno visto il prezzo di 300 euro per 1 notte.

There was only one waiter by the pool he looked frazzled at time he could do with some help when it is busy.

Loved the rooftop pool area. Very relaxing. Great location for walking around Ibiza town and short taxi ride to airport. Lovely continental breakfast. Staff ordered taxis straight away at reception. 20 minute walk home from Pacha!

Had requested double bed and given single beds. Checked in on my birthday and had emailed in advance to inform and ask if any upgrades / the double bed. But nothing said at reception when checking in.

La piscine était glacée, l’équipement de la salle de sport plus que vieillissant tout comme le reste de l’hôtel, pas de possibilité de mise à disposition d’un fer à repasser, check in à 16h …

Excellent location, walking distance to old town, marina a beach, very clean and comfortable rooms with stunning view. I upgraded to a delux room, which I think was with the £10 a night extra just for the lovely view from the balcony. Roff top pool was lovely, freezing cold but in the height of summer would be a welcome place to cool down - also has a stunning view of the old town from it. Reception staff and other members of staff were helpful and polite. If I ever stayed in Ibiza Town again I would check availability here first!

Excelente ubicación

Ubicado en el centro de Ibiza te da facilidad para llegar al puerto o los Ferrys. El personal soluciono un problema con mi habitación asignada cambiandome a una categoría superior.

No me gusto el ambiente de las calles. El olor del hotel. La primera habitación que me dieron tuvieron que cambiármela porque había bichos. Mejor no detallar. El hotel está muy envejecido en todos los aspectos.

I read all kinds of negatives about this hotel, but my experience was excellent. I had a single room, which was clean, comfortable with excellent quiet air conditioning. Fabulous shower. The staff were very welcoming. It is situated an easy walk away from the old town which is fabulous. I enjoyed the breakfast and the little bottle of iced water was very welcome on arrival. Highly recommended. Excellent value for the money.

Un po’ datato

En el restaurante se olvidaron de mí. Sirvieron antes a un grupo numeroso que llegó después y a mí tardaron casi hora y media en total. En el postre directamente se olvidaron de que estaba y pasados 25 minutos esperándolo, tuve que avisar y me dijeron que había habido una confusión. Por la noche la camarera de pisos llamó a mi puerta, se equivocó de puerta, le dije que no pasaba nada. Por la mañana, poco antes de dejar la habitación, la limpiadora llamó a la puerta y, al instante, abrió la puerta, sin esperar el permiso, y sin motivo ya que no tenía que limpiarla hasta el check-out. Me podía haber pillado desnuda, en el baño o en pareja... (si no hubiese viajado sola) me quedé en shock porque no entendía esa privación de mi intimidad y le pedí explicaciones. Me contestó de malas maneras (creo que si yo fuera un hombre no me hubiese hablado así, es más, se hubiese disculpado por abrir la puerta sin permiso), y me dijo que ella sí tenía derecho de abrir, estaba a la defensiva. Tuve que defenderme y le dije que a un hombre no le hablaría así. Al contarlo en recepción les pareció normal y defendieron a la limpiadora. Entiendo que en este hotel es común que entren en tu habitación... Es el hotel más caro en el que he estado y, sin duda, la peor estancia de mi vida. No volvería ni gratis!!!

My Daughter and I have just returned from a 4 Day Break staying at Royal Plaza Hotel. It was lovely. The Staff are so helpful and the rooms are kept immaculate. We had lovely friendly staff looking after our room and nothing was too.much fo them. The beddng and towels were lovely and fresh. From walking into the Hotel the Reception we felt welcommed. Location ideal, felt vefy safe. The Roof Top area a bonus and very relaxing. The Old Town really beautiful, interesting shops and lovely cafe culture. The Castle area can be quite a steep walk but has good steps, justbtake your time ( would not go in the rain quite slippery ) if not wearing suitable footwear but well worth the lovely interesting places along the way, shops, village and views. A living village full of quirky shops. The area has a brilliant taxi service and we travelled to various locations, very reasonable. Some great eateries too along and behind the harbour. A very chilled break and something for everyone, cultered or party whatever your taste. The cafe's selling coffee and cakes are excellent... Hopefully we will be returning as so much more to see of this beautiful Island.

Trato amable, educado, colaborativo y cordial del personal. Ubicación alejada del bullicio y al mismo tiempo muy próxima al puerto y el centro de la ciudad sin necesidad de coger transporte. Multitud de comercios y servicios en los alrededores del hotel. Habitacion espaciosa, tranquila, bien equipada y con terraza agradable. Baño grande y bien provisto de juego de toallas. Camas cómodas, almohadas dobles. Ropa blanca limpia y completa.

El check in a las 16.00 h me parece impresentable. El problema debe ser porque hay poco servicio de limpieza y las habitaciones no están limpias. Es un gran hotel pero necesita un "lavado de cara", se ve obsoleto y viejuno
