Nothing

My experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible. The staff was rude, dismissive, and showed no regard for guest satisfaction. Their incompetence was evident in every interaction, and they seemed completely unprepared to handle even simple requests. The manager was no help either, unable or unwilling to resolve any issues I raised. Overall, this hotel is a nightmare to stay at. I strongly recommend avoiding it and choosing a different place to stay.

Fab location in town but with sun terrace

No balcony

nothing

My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, and the amenities were either broken or nonexistent. The staff was rude and unresponsive, making it impossible to get any assistance. The overall cleanliness and service were far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and suggest looking for a more reliable and comfortable place to stay.

Nothing

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. They seemed clueless and incapable of handling basic guest needs. The manager was just as useless, unable to provide any assistance or solutions. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I would definitely advise everyone to steer clear of this hotel and look for better options elsewhere.

Very extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making the entire stay uncomfortable. They were not only dismissive but also showed a complete lack of competence in handling basic needs like check-in. To make matters worse, the manager was equally helpless and failed to address any of my concerns or provide any solutions. Avoid this place at all costs; there are much better options elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.

Muy cómodo y ubicación ideal

Le personnel est très gentil

Pas de parking

Alles was top geregeld. Perfecte locatie.

Comodidad

Todo bien

Habitación excelente. Ubicación perfecta

Great location and wonderful staff

Very expensive and didn’t include breakfast We paid €400 for a bed only 1 night stay

No quedaba nada estético

Close to the town centre but quiet with a great roof terrace pool

Nothing

Tutto pulito a due passi dal porto

Prezzo elevato

Great location and very clean

Cleaners were very loud and noisy in the AM

Nice big room but very basic

Very busy and loud

Location

AC

It's all about the location. It's 5 min walk to the bus stop from / to the airport, 5 mins walk from the port for getting to Formentera, and 5 mins walk to the old town.

The hotel feels like a big hotel chain, a bit impersonal.

Fantastic location

Noisy at night and early morning

Nothing really. The best was the location.

Staff was rude and not helpful. After making a mistake they could not offer the room (suite) i booked with two beds. They only had a suite with one bed (even though i specifically booked it through booking.com with two). No help when asking for a second bed sheet for the night the staff said its not possible. Also no reply from booking.com customer service on help. Very dissapointed by booking.com too.

Lovely spacious room. Nice products and great to have a kettle too! The bed was super comfy and nice double balcony over looking the old town.

All great

The location was spectacular super close to restaurants, bars and shops and two supermarkets right outside. The bus stop and ferry stop is not far away either. The room was clean and cleaned every day if we wanted, having a balcony was great and although in Ibiza Town it was not loud at all. The rooftop pool was a blessing, such a good vibe up there and the food and drink up there were really great.

Honestly, nothing, be nice perhaps to have breakfast included but that is reaching.

Las habitaciones comodisimas

Great location, quality and very responsive personnel.

Beliggenhet.

Upersonlig. Blokkfølelse. Frokosten var begrenset. Dårlig kaffe kun fra maskin. Høy pris kun for beliggenheten.

Tutto perfetto.

Great hotel I've stayed about 6 times since the refurbishment and many times prior to. Breakfast is probably one of the finest I experience in the 50 plus hotels I stay in each year. Great staff, good location.

A bit noisy but this is Ibiza and as much as I really like this hotel it is very expensive for what one gets.

Great location and staff. Breakfast spread was impressive and beds were comfortable.

A központi közelseg, a szoba kényelmes mérete

Good location, clean rooms, pool, friendly staff.

very accommodating staff

room on the smaller side but still good value

Gran desayunos. Habitaciones amplias y nuevas.

Se escucha las habitaciones de al lado.

Struttura eccellente.

Asettica

La posizione era centrale

Hotel troppo caro per servizi offerti

Check in y check out rápidos

Nuova struttura, personale gentile

This was our forth year staying at the hotel with our family, and we continue to really enjoy the property and its structure overall. The breakfast is excellent, with a very complete and varied selection, and we still find it to be very reasonably priced. The staff is super helpful.

We felt that the rates have increased significantly since Eurostars took over the property, without noticeable improvements to the facilities or guest service that would justify such a substantial increase. The overall value for money is no longer as attractive as it used to be. Another concern is the immediate area surrounding the hotel. It feels increasingly run-down and poorly lit at night. For the first time in four years of staying here, we did not feel entirely comfortable or safe walking around the area late at night.

Excellent location close to Marina and shopping in Old Town. Pacha and Chinois walking distance as well as Zuma for great food.

Clean, exactly what I expected, great staff. Comfortable stay!

Emplacement

A localização é ideal.

De ligging , de rooftop

Soms iets te luidruchtige feestgangers

Kamer was kaal ingericht. Zwembad maar 75 cm diep.

everything

Loved how clean and modern the hotel is and the roof top pool and the lower floor spa was nice!

I’d say the only thing that let it down was the street it was on and that’s not the hotel fault. Within minutes walk you’re in a great location tho and that makes up for it!

Nice clean hotel, small but comfy rooms. Fair price.

Super hotel

Céntrico y personal muy amable

Niente, tutto bellissimo

Poca insonorizzazione delle stanze. Dormito poco e male. Assenza armadio in stanza solo due appendini
