Bedroom and bathroom was spotless, had everything I needed, plus some lovely toiletries. Restaurant had a brilliant menu for my evening meal, my cousin who I was visiting in Mayo was also very impressed with the high standard. Breakfast also had a great choice, Thank you!

Unfortunately the floorboards are extremely light so could hear every step of the room above us moving around late at night and first thing in the morning. Would be back but would request a room on the top floor

Reviewed May 8, 2026Staff ,, accommodation, were all very friendly and accommodating on arrival and during our stay .Food was excellent and tasty. Would recommend this hotel to other's.
Stairs are not suitable for older guests ,lift would be a great benefit for guests with disabilities,or for small babies ,but for one night we managed with the help of brilliant owner and housekeeper whom was very helpful and friendly. Saying all this the do probably have down stairs room to falicate people's needs .We booked late so were lucky to get a big beautiful family room .

Reviewed May 6, 2026Everything. This is a gem of a place. You really get good old Irish hospitality here. The staff were excellent and so friendly. The food was delicious. It might not be a 4 star hotel but it has the hospitality of a 5 star hotel.
Very little. The WIFI wasn’t as good upstairs as downstairs.

It was our first time travelling with our dog and we were not sure what to expect but it was a good experience. Would absolutely recommend the hotel and go again!
