Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Staff very friendly, room very comfortable and sound proof. Very easy parking near the door.
Tv channels limited, could donwith updating their tvs to Smart TVs. Food little over priced in restaurant, home made chips should be fluffy on the inside but were quite dense. Also some vending machines would be a good addition.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Facilities at the hotel are excellent. Staff are all very courteous and helpful. The bedroom is huge and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was lovely - we had the cold buffet option and that was more than sufficient for us - others in our party thoroughly enjoyed the full cooked option. Really enjoyed our stay.
Not the hotel's fault but the location wasn't as central as we had initially thought. Quite a walk into the town itself (for us oldies!) But that certainly wouldn't put us off visiting again.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Huge room, comfy bed, and a lovely bar area. Just a short walk to the main town through a handy little alleyway that takes you off the main road. Would stay again.
Bathroom a little dated, and no safe in the room (although this seems pretty standard in Ireland!).

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Very peaceful. Small walk in nature reserve across the car park. Good restaurant.
Shower and bath drained very slowly
9/10
Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Dining room/bar was very nice, comfortable and a place to relax in comfort. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Bedroom was large, clean with all the extras to make you feel at home.
Shower drainage was very slow and in danger of overflowing. Maintenance did try and fix it but it didn't work. They said shower head had been changed and drainage pipes couldn't handle the extra flow of water. Other issue was the hotel phone didn't work and they also came in the room to try and fix it. Again, it didn't get work afterwards. The wood furniture is showing its age with dents and chipping. Other than the shower drainage, the other issues were not a problem to us at all.
