I liked everything, nice room, good location, good restaurant in the hotel.

A fridge in the room and some basic utensils could be useful. For example we are traveling with a baby, so to make and keep baby food we need those.

Only a bedsheet, no 'summer duvet'. No reception after 10pm. Room cooling inefficient. Poor bathroom.

Breakfast was good and the location was very good and close to the center of the city and Lake Zurich

Room was very small with no air conditioning. Unbearable to stay in the summer months. Had to check out early and go to another hotel.

L’emplacement de l’hotel tres proche du lac, le quartier, plutot bourgeois, calme, avec une multitude de restos. Les filles du petit dej adorables.

La chambre single plutot tristounette, pas de tapis, vieille tapisserie, pas de frigo avec boissons.

Alles war perfekt bis auf das Frühstück. Es war sehr arm, keine grosse Auswahl, wenig Produkte etc.. Ich werde das nächste Mal ein Hotel auswählen, dass ein besseres Frühstück anbietet.

Eine Klimaanlage hat gefehlt, der Ventilator im Zimmer ist zwar nice, aber bei der Hitze schafft der auch keine echte Erleichterung. Kaffee zu bekommen beim Frühstück ist umständlich, weil die Bedienung ihn individuell zubereitet, bei Stress klappt das nicht so gut, verständlicherweise. Dann doch lieber einen Automaten hinstellen. Just saying.

The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good and the lady who was there at the time was fabulous with a big smile and a big personality.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Europe in every way. The room had so much character as well as the remaining design of the hotel. It was clean and had all the amenities I needed. Breakfast buffer and coffee was great. The highlight however were the amazing staff. Super welcoming, warm and kind. They made my stay 10x better from the start to the end. I had originally booked another hotel (Rubi Mimi hotel) previously and I was disappointed in that hotel from every way possible so when i cancelled that one and arrived at Hotel Europe I was so happy I did so. Will recommend Hotel Europe to friends and family and rebook when back in Zurich. Bisous

Leider hat das Hotel keine Klimaanlage, was bei 38C Außentemperatur eine echte Herausforderung ist. Dafür ist der Preis dann doch sehr hoch.

The location was great as well as the breakfast which included options to prepare eggs. There was a lift. Decoration is great. There was a hairdryer in the room.

I booked a room based on the pictures on Booking.com and was given a completely different room (see picture) which was significantly smaller, and at a very high cost, at 360 euros for one night. This is not to mention I needed to contact the reception to use a kettle, which was also absent from the room. The value for money is non-existent unfortunately. Would love to say the opposite and congratulate the hospitality or quality of services but it is objectively not happening.

Troede da man havde udsigt til søen med de priser. Morgenmaden var ikke overvældende.

Very small room with little space for clothes and luggage. No ventilation or air conditioning. Extremely uncomfortable and unable to get a good nights sleep over 3 nights. Very different to what was advertised

The particular room is not not fit for habitation and should be excluded from your bookings. What is stated in your booking ads should be delivered. I will never book accomodation with you again.

No air conditioning . I know a little something about this topic with respect to having aircon available for hotel guests. It is time that CH catch up with ROW and make paying customers comfortable no matter whether it’s cooler or warmer. Sleeping in 30degree heat, is not fun.

hotel SENZA ARIA CONDIZIONATA!!!!!! camere vecchie e reception che chiude alle 10 di sera quindi se non ti porti la chiave rimani fuori e non ti avvisano. Colazione di quart’ordine molto scarsa . Letti scomodi e se prendi la suite e’ un camerone vecchio non separato dalla zona divani quindi che suite e’?? mai piu’ in questo albergaccio fra l’altro molto caro rispetto a quello che offrono. State alla larga!

Sijainti sekä henkilökunta olivat erinomaisia. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja huoneet olivat romanttisella tavalla vanhanaikaisia.

Huoneitten varustelu olisi voinut olla uudenaikaisempaa. Kesähelteellä kunnollinen ilmastointi olisi ollut paikallaan. Varsinkin ensimmäisenä yönä ylimmässä kerroksessa. Kaiken kaikkiaan ihan hyvä, mutta rahalle ei saanut vastinetta.

L'emplacement fabuleux près de l'opéra et du lac. La gentillesse du personnel. Ma chambre était petite mais très confortable, bonne literie et jolie décoration. J'ai bien la salle du petit déjeuner.

L'absence de climatisation !!! Il y avait seulement un petit ventilateur.

The hotel was great and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly and efficient. The room was clean.

The room was too small for a couple and with no air-conditioning extremely hot and uncomfortable. Very expensive for the size and quality of the room. The WIFi was simply non existent in the room and did not work.

De locatie, de kamer en het uitzicht was fantastisch. De lakens op het bed, de patras én de kussens waren bijzondere kwaliteit. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en het personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk?

No AC in the summer! We had a leaking in the floor of the room that was probably from the window.

Hôtel près de l'Opéra où j'allais écouter un récital d'un célèbre ténor. Petite chambre mais joliment meublée. Superbe petit-déjeuner. Personnel très agréable. Hôtel très calme.

Au prix payé je dirais : - pas de fer à sécher les cheveux - une seule serviette de bain donc une deuxième serviette serait la bienvenue - un litre d'eau du robinet sur le bureau... alors qu'une eau pétillante ou plate d'une marque suisse serait appréciée - pas de café ou thé alors qu'en France dans la plupart des hôtels vous en bénéficiez.

The decor of the room was lovely with plush antiques that went well with the vibe of the building. The hotel is also located within an easy walk of Old Town and several train stations. Breakfast was also really good with lots of fresh options.

The hotel is advertised as having A/C, but it's evidently not in all the rooms. Our room did not have it, and even though the weather wasn't super hot, the room did get uncomfortably warm in the evening. Also, the bed was really firm and the pillows were quite flat, so it was overall difficult to get a good night's sleep. We could leave the windows open to cool the room, but it was pretty loud with the windows open, unfortunately. It's hard to spend over $500/nt for a hotel room that's hard to sleep in.

Ficamos duas noites. A primeira noite não conseguimos dormir por causa do barulho vindo da rua, bares, etc. A segunda noite trocamos para um quarto em um andar mais alto e foi bom.

Banheiro muito pequeno. Apartamento no primeiro andar muito barulhento. Very Noisy.
