Reviewed Sep 17, 2026A very nice hotel in a great central location. Well equipped rooms, an elevator, a well-stocked bar and an excellent breakfast!
We did not know when we booked that the hotel does not offer dinner. Not a big issue, as there are plenty of excellent dinner restaurants nearby.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Muy bien ubicado, zona tranquila pero accesible a todo lado ya que las paradas de transporte muy cerca. A 1 cuadra del lago y a una vista impresionante . Lugares de comer cerca. Volvería al mismo hotel.
Talvez en el lobby podrían poner algún chocolate pequeño de bienvenida.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Çalışanların ilgisi ve karşılaması çok güzeldi. Lokasyon harikaydı. Markete ve kafelere yürüyüş mesafesinde. Tramvay durağına olan yakınlığı son derece iyiydi.
Odam beklediğimden daha küçüktü. Valizlerimi koyduktan sonra hareket etmeye pek yerim kalmadı.

A special mention to all the staff they were super friendly and always smiling with excellent customer service. Also the location was perfect with a short walking distance to most places and transport connectivity was very close.

They also informed about an reservation in another hotel that they arranged already. All this by email. No phone call. No alternatives offered. In many years pf intensive travelling never such behavior experienced.. This is management to fill up rooms as much as possible but not satisfy customers.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Das Hote befindet sichl in hervorragender Lage, ist sehr sauber gehalten und lädt durch seinen Charme ein. Das Personal ist an Freundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen und sorgt sich bestens um die Wünsche der Gäste! Im Zimmer gab es einen Kühlschrank mit gratis Wasser. Auch eine Kaffeemaschine von Krups war vorhanden, dazu gratis Espresso und Kaffee Kapseln. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich optimal! Es gab alles was man braucht und womit man jede Ernährungsform abdecken kann. Die Zutaten und Lebensmittel waren sehr frisch und hatten eine herausragende Qualität!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
Die Klimaanlage konnte nicht digital auf die genaue Temperatur eingestellt werden, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Die sehr gute Lage und die Erreichbarkeit. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für Züricher Verhältnisse gut. Das Zimmer ist nicht mehr auf dem allerneuesten Stand, aber sehr sauber und auch zur Straße sehr ruhig.
Die französischen Betten mit 140 cm Breite sind des besonderen Hinweises wert.

The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in an excellent location - just steps from Lake Zurich any many of the city's top attractions. It was so easy to explore Zurich. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional customer service. A special thank you to Alex at the front desk, who went out of his way to assist us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. He handled every request promptly and made us feel incredibly welcome. We had an outstanding experience!

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026I stayed here for one night in June before flying home. Very comfortable hotel. The lobby is upscale and the rooms have AC (necessary since it was in the 90s when I was there). It's in a quiet location, but easy to walk to the lake, Opera or any location in Old Town. The staff was very nice. One minor suggestion... two of our three hotels in Switzerland only had a wall mounted shampoo/body wash dispenser and no conditioner. As an American traveler, I'm used to more toiletries. I think that could be an easy fix to match the vibe and price point of this hotel. Overall though, this hotel was a great choice to end our stay in Switzerland.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Die Lage war gut. Das Frühstück war top. Das Personal sehr freundlich.
Die Aufteilung zwischen Bad, WC und Waschbecken war nicht optimal. Das Bett war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es war so positioniert, dass es nur von einer Seite zugänglich war, was ebenfalls suboptimal ist. Zudem gab es keinen zweiten Nachtkasten. Auch ein Kleiderschrank fehlte, wodurch man gezwungen war, aus dem Koffer bzw. der Tasche zu leben. Für zwei Nächte ist das zwar nicht so tragisch, für mehrere Tage jedoch eher unpraktisch. Die Aussage bezieht sich rein auf das Zimmer, dass wir hatten. Es wird sicher andere Zimmern geben, die etwas geräumiger und die Aufteilung optimaler sind.

Zimmer extrem klein , keine 10 qm, praktisch nur Bett mit Seiten an 3 Wänden , dadurch Fenster nicht zu öffnen und auch Bett für Partner nur mit übersteigen möglich . Zu kleine Bettdecke , Dusche nur über Toilette erreichbar , direkt vor Klo hängen die Duschtücher - Hygiene ??? Kein Schrank , ein einziger Bügel an kurzer Stange , praktisch null Komfort . Waschbecken bei Ankunft unsauber , Haar und Wimper drin , benutztes Handtuch davor . Frühstück einfach , zu wenig Tische für Gästezahl , großer Andrang vor Kaffemaschine , Kaffee am Tisch kostet zusätzlich !
