There was a minor problem with my room electrics & a drip but front desk staff helped resolve. I didn’t think the breakfast was value for money, although breakfast room does have an amazing view

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Tutto! Struttura moderna curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di tutti i comfort (in camera ci sono anche ferro da stiro e un piccolo asse). La sala della colazione é favolosa con vista sul lago e sulla città! A due passi dalla stazione dei treni e dalla fermata della metro. Assolutamente consigliato!

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Very central for the station (5 mins walk) and a nice walk to/from the lake boats, but very quiet and hardly any road traffic or noisy city goers. 24 hour reception. Breakfast served from 06.30 7 days a week in a room on the 9th floor with a grand views of the city and lake, looking over to Evian and the high mountains. Breakfast is extra, 20 Swiss Francs if you pay for it at the latest when you check in. or 22 SF at the breakfast room. Quite a good breakfast with a choice of wholemeal breads, crispy rolls, 3 sorts of fruit juices, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, bowls of fresh fruit salad, bircher muesli, tomatoes, cucumber, pre wrapped cheeses (shame not a block of cheese really) good selection of nuts, seeds and dried fruits, very good coffee, selection of teas, bowl of fresh fruit, small pots of fruit yoghurts, croissants, patisseries, etc. Tea and instant coffee in your room.

Bei grossem Andrang am Frühstücksbuffet gab es Warteschlangen, weil das Personal mit Reinigen und Nachfüllen nicht Schritt halten konnte.

Dans la salle du petit-déjeuner, le personnel ne semblait pas bien formé pour ce genre de travail, pas de sourire à l'accueil et n'était pas attentif aux clients, le sol était très sale jonché de détritus, les sachets de confitures dans la machine étaient vides (09h00 du matin) et le personnel ne semblait pas bien comprendre comment changer les sachets, les plats de viandes froides étaient vides (un plat a été changé et ils ont seulement ajouté avec 4 tranches de jambons), un bruit du tonnerre avec le débarrassage des tables et le personnel en cuisine parlait comme à la foire. C'est vraiment dommage car le lieu est magnifique mais tout ces aspects ont enlevé au charme du lieu.
