Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Lage ist absolut Top. Direkt neben der Metro - am Genfersee oder Altstadt in 10 Minuten. Ruhig. Viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe in 10 Minuten oder weniger zu erreichen.
Bett war sehr weich. Aber das ist natürlich für anderen gewollt. Kostenloses Wasser in Minibar nachfüllen. Auch Teebeutel. Eine grüne Tee und eine Schwarztee für 2 Personen ist zu wenig. Handtücher musste man nicht wechseln.

The room was described as having air cond for our rate but when we checked in the reception told us they only had rooms without a/c. We requested they provide a room as described for our rate and after discussing with management they provided a room that was supposed to have a/c. Upon arriving to the room, it was warm and we could not turn the a/c on or control from the room. We visited the front desk to advise the a/c was not working and the manager advised they controlled the a/c on/off along with the temp. She advised by Swiss law they cannot go cooler than 19 Celsius so we asked that they set it to 19. Even at that temp, our room never really got cool and we woke up at night perspiring. The beds only had down comforters to cover up with and did not have just a sheet for cover which would have been nice since the weather was warm. We couldn't leave a window or door open for air due to the traffic noise below. The pillows had a latex covering underneath the pillowcase which didn't breathe and made us hot for sleeping. The overall size of the room and bathroom was very small and cramped for two persons and luggage. We felt like we were constantly bumping into one another. The room amenities were very well used and need updated, such as tv, desk furniture missing hardware and the bathroom needs a new hairdryer and new towels. The towels were well worn, the current hairdryer in the bathroom looked very used and scuffed up so much the brand name was worn off. White trim paint on bathroom door trim was chipped and missing. The Samsung tv was old and remote buttons very well worn, couldn't read some of the buttons on the remote or some buttons didn't work along with some tv features did not work.

My husband said the bed wasn't comfortable but for me, it was ok. Breakfast cost 30 chf per person but it wasn't worth the money.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The room was silent and clean. Despite very close from the Metro. The bed was super comfy. The AirCon worked perfectly. The staff was always friendly and available. The parking in front is really convenient if you need to go with the car. Location is also very good.
The room is a bit small. But lots of wardrobe space. The frigobar had only water. Not other options. It is a bit pricey, but I would stay there again. Was a good value for money.

La camera era piccolina, con poco spazio d’appoggio e per riporre i vestiti, dovevamo muoverci a turno; il materasso un po’ infossato; le tazze per il caffè di cortesia erano macchiate. Comunque tornerei, scegliendo una camera più grande

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026The location is phenomenal! Right next to tramline 2 whoch brings you to the station or the lake? The staff is super friendly. Really lovely people. Breakfast is adequate (though the late could be warmer).
The Wifi cuts out and is too slow to have Teams calls. A miss. I like my rooms to a bit larger (I couldn't sit comfortably at the desk because the chair was blocked by the bed; not enough room). I like a step in shower; because these glass partitions, they leak making the entire bathroom wet. Not enough shelves for clothing. This is purely personal as a remark: I like my rooms to be more modern. But that's taste.

La robinetterie de la salle de bain pourrait bénéficier d'une rénovation (le robinet et la douche gouttaient, et la bonde de la baignoire se bloquait) Le petit déjeuner est bon mais cher... Le système de connexion au wifi par sms ne fonctionnait pas.

L’aria condizionata era molto rumorosa, anche al minimo, e impossibile da tenere accesa durante la notte. Siamo quindi stati costretti a dormire con la finestra aperta per avere un po’ di fresco. Materasso non comodissimo e cuscini decisamente troppo soffici: una volta appoggiata la testa diventavano praticamente piatti. Inoltre, ho trovato un asciugamano macchiato.

Room small, a bit tight around the bed for sure. Comfortable sleep, air con very effective. Bathroom a bit dated with a narrow bath and overhead hand shower. Buffet breakfast ok, nothing special, just ok so I think a bit overpriced.
