Amazing stay, definitely choose it next time. Underrated flat. Location is amazing - very close to train station, 4-7mins walk, BUT super quiet. We slept with open windows, and it was like somewhere in a countryside. Large studio. Also good support service, helped us on Sunday.

Absolutely nothing! A big disappointment.

Avoid this property at all costs. Extremely disappointing and by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. This property ruined a third of our vacation. The Switzerland part of our trip was seriously affected because of this accommodation. We specifically booked this room because the photos on Booking.com showed a proper door separating the bedroom from the living area. We were three people, and one of us snores, so having an actual door was extremely important to us. Instead, we were given a room where the areas were separated only by a thin curtain. As a result, we could barely sleep. It was absolutely horrible. Please check the attached pictures and compare the room we paid for with the room we actually received. The difference is obvious. The Booking.com photos clearly show the accommodation we booked, while the photos we took show what was actually provided to us. The bathroom was shockingly small and uncomfortable. The bathtub was dirty and covered in stains, and the shower curtain was disgusting, with hair stuck to it. Please also check the attached photo of the dirty bathtub. The bathtub was blocked and dirty water came back over us. The sink was blocked as well. The hairdryer did not work, and even the checkout tablet was not working. But the worst part was the hosts. They simply do not answer. They ignore messages and can take hours to respond through Booking.com. We contacted them through Booking.com, their own platform and by email, and our messages were still ignored. The attached screenshots clearly show the lack of response. If you have an emergency or something seriously goes wrong, you simply cannot rely on these hosts to help you. This was not a minor inconvenience. We paid specifically for the accommodation shown in the Booking.com photos and received something substantially inferior.

Ich hatte ein sehr geräumiges, ruhiges und schön gestaltetes Appartement im Dachgeschoss. Alles an Einrichtung vorhanden, was ich benötigte (Kaffeemaschine: Nespresso Pods/Kapseln). Die Air-Condition im Hochsommer war tagsüber notwendig, ansonsten haben die Dachfenster auf Kipp nachts auch genügt. Alle wichtigen Informationen wurden mir am Anreisetag per E-Mail und in den Booking Nachrichten inkl. Türcode übermittelt. Eingang ist seitlich am Haus; dachte erst ich müsste über den Wintergarten reingehen. Der Check-In und Check-Out waren total einfach gestaltet. Die Lage war für mich genau richtig. Halbe Strecke zwischen Zentrum und Hafen. Lausanne ist sehr hügelig, nahezu steil, aber mit E-Fahrrädern, die überall zum Mieten auf der Straße stehen, kein Problem.

Manchmal waren die Züge nachts sehr laut, was mit der Unterkunft an sich aber nichts zu tun hat. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern war der Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe aber auch nicht mehr hörbar.

Proximity to train station and shops, facilities and appliances excellent quality. Appreciated free great quality laundry facilities. All staff very helpful and pro active with resolving problems promptly. We rate our stay a 10.

The property was clean and spacious and the location was truly excellent.

We had to buy our own batteries to replace those in the TV remote which were dead. The air conditioning was only in the main room, not the bedroom. The iPad wasn’t working on the morning we had to check out.

Great location and all the facilities we needed for our short break. Room was serviced daily too which I didn’t expect. Contactless checkin worked well and team were quickly responsive to requests and queries. Thanks!

Das es eine Klimaanlage gab. Das separate Schlafzimmer . Die küche war super gut ausgestattet , mikro ,Spülmaschine, Eisfach im Kühlschrank. .Die Kaffeemaschine war von Nespresso, dafür gab es 2 Kapseln zum benutzen, für Spülmaschine 1 Tap. Die Lage zum Bahnhof war perfekt.

Die Schiebetür in der Dusche hat eine Leiste die sich mitzurück schiebt, dadurch entsteht eine Lücke wodurch das Wasser ins Bad fließen kann. Dies sollte verbessert werden.

Digital check in was easier than I expected.

That luggage storage was unsupervised. ( We decided to store luggage at the railway station, also to save time. This proved to be a nightmare. Nothing worked. The French folks in this area, not to be stereotypical, have created a labyrinth that is so different and so complicated that we saw many people give up and use manned storage at double the cost. This part of the comment is not meant as a negative for the hotel, rather to let people know that the storage at the hotel may be a good choice.)

The accommodation was excellent. Great location, only a 5 minute walk from the Central Station. The room was very clean and comfortable.

When I arrived there were no room key cards. This meant I could not get into the room. When I called the number provided, the person didn't seem to understand that I just needed a key card. Eventually, I was given the number of the premises manager.

Some mould around shower seals, more info would be helpful regarding contact numbers if there’s a problem gaining entry. Checking in info only arrived on the morning of check in which was disconcerting.

Verkehrsgünstig, aber ruhig gelegenes Apartment mit toll ausgestatteter kleiner Küche, bequemem Bett, geräumigem Bad (mit Badewanne, zumindest in Zimmer 203) und Klimaanlage. Im Keller gibt es einen kleinen Fitnessraum, der rund um die Uhr zugänglich ist. Self-Check-in/-out über ein Tablet ging simpel und schnell. Der kleine Fahrstuhl ist vom Eingangsbereich über eine halbe Treppe zu erreichen.

Im Bad gab es zeitweise einen unangenehmen Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Die Klimaanlage war etwas laut.

A 2 pas de la gare d'un cote et du lac de l autre. Le lit bébé était neuf avec une tres jolie couette et oreiller. C'est tres rare. D habitude il n'y a au mieux que le matela. Système de check in automatique à l entree de la résidence tres pratique pour une entree totalement autonome. Lumineux et calme. Les échanges avec l hote sont réactif et fluide. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Le four etait sensé faire micro ondes mais nous n'avons jamais trouvé comment le faire fonctionner en version micro ondes. Avec un enfant cela nous a vraiment manqué pour réchauffer les purées.

It was comfortable. All the equipment was new and of good quality. It was clean.

We had a problem during check-in. There was no number we could contact online to report the problem. Only a Swiss landline number was available. By chance, we were able to resolve the issue by contacting the cleaning lady who happened to be there via her phone.

Das Einchecken hat nicht gut geklappt. Wir standen eine halbe Stunde im Regen vor der Zür, bis ein anderer Gast und reinließ. Das Telefon wurde nicht beantwortet. Wir musste eine Reinigungskraft noch nach dem Türcode und das Wlanpasswort fragen. Sehr schlechte Kommunikation. Die Bilder waren schöner als das Zimmer. Bad alt.

Schönes modernes Apartment in zentraler Lage aber doch 15-20 Fuß-min vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Ebenfalls das Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer. Einfacher Check in.

Keine Möglichkeit das Auto kurz zu parken um ausladen zu können. Die späte und spärliche Kommunikation mit dem Hotelpersonal. Es kommt alles auf den letzten Drücker. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr sehr dunkel. Der Tisch war schlecht oder gar nicht gereinigt und klebte

Very convenient location, 5 minutes to Lausanne Gare and Metro Grancy station. Super housekeeping. The apartment was very clean. Kitchen utensils were adequate. Lots of credit were given for the air-conditioning as Lausanne was getting quite hot these days. There was an elevator so we did not have to climb stairs. Quick response from staff through email/message. Price was very reasonable and attractive.

Recommendations: Since it was a contactless hotel, there was no front desk, the hotel was suggested to provide information at least 1 day before check in date such as the code to enter the building and the wifi name and password. We need to call the hotel at the entrance in order to get the door code to enter the building to perform checkin procedure. Also the lighting of the living room was quite dim, suggested to add a light above the dining table.

Location is great!

The service - i mean, the customer care is pretty bad. We got no instruction on the checkin process neither did we get any codes to entry (the cards dont work) or wifi codes. Luckily, other guests helped out. And there was NO reply from customer care after sending multiple messages. The emergency number was of no help.

Tolle Lage zwischen Altstadt und See. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Ausstattung an sich ausreichend. Bei Ankunft gab es bereits Wasser und Kaffee. Das war sehr cool!! Die Reinigungskraft hat täglich das Bad gereinigt und den Müll geleert.

Das Bad war sehr klein und hatte kein Fenster. Daher konnten die Handtücher kaum trocknen. Toll war, dass es im Zimmer nicht heiß wurde. Allerdings war es dadurch auch tagsüber sehr dunkel, weshalb immer das Licht brennen musste.

Really lovely apartment for reasonable cost in Switzerland. Free laundry in basement was a bonus. We really enjoyed the location and popped around on the transport using the free pass provided. It is also within 5 mins of the main station. There are numerous places to eat or shop for food nearby. We especially enjoyed Tibits in the station which offers an excellent vegetarian buffet. The online check in and electronic door locks even worked well! Everything was great and we appreciated the care that had been taken.

Having to leave! It would be a good place for a longer term let.

Clean, comfortable and spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Very well equipped. Great location, close to the train station and several restaurants.

Some mold in the shower, the window next to the shower could not close properly. Luckily it was not cold outside

Das Appartement ist wunderschön und speziell eingerichtet. Es ist sauber und praktisch. Obwohl mitten in der Stadt ist es sehr ruhig, sicher und gemütlich. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und wir haben ausgezeichnet geschlafen. Aufgrund des schönen Wetters konnten wir sogar die grosse Terrasse geniessen.

Uns hat alles super gefallen und wir würden das Appartement wieder buchen :).

Bathroom was small. If people were bigger than us it i think it would be too small. That is the shower is a small area & toilet is very close to the opposite wall.

Low ceilings because apartment in the roof. Fridge wasn't working. The unit housing the kitchen waste was broken. Didn't receive information for keyless entry in advance, however this was quickly sorted by email and phone call.

Good location. Facilities are good (fridge, kitchen, bed, etc.). There's a laundry available downstairs as well.

We did face one hitch: because check out times are 11am, your card will deactivate at that time, and if you happen to be out of the apartment at that time (like we were), then you will be locked out, even though you might've taken an extension for later check out (like we did). It's an automatic system. Thankfully staff was available over phone and fixed it in 5 minutes, but it's the downside of contactless hotels. Also cleaning is only on Mondays, so if you happen to check in on Tuesday for a few days, tough luck.

-La description de l'appartement mentionnait une vue sur la ville, mais il n'y avait aucune vue, car les fenêtres donnaient sur un mur et étaient occultées. L'appartement était très sombre. -Une petite marche à l'entrée de l'appartement est apparue sans prévenir, me faisant trébucher et tomber au sol avec une certaine douleur. Un avertissement concernant cette marche est nécessaire.

C'était parfait, l'appartement était impeccable, tout ce dont on avait besoin était la, et surtout même si c'etait un checkless le personnel se rend très disponible en cas de besoin!

Le seul point faible, mais ce n'etait de la faute de personne c'est que le frigo ne fonctionnait pas. On a cependant eu de l'aide, il a tout simplement été éteint par le personnel de nettoyage. 😅 Ne sachant pas le rallumer on a dû passer le séjour sans frigo, mais comme je travaillais jetais peu disponible pour la réparation. Sinon le personnel était très réactif et adorable

Quite clean and has everything you would need during your stay. Double suits 103 and 104 has a huge terrace which you could enjoy in a nice weather. Kitchen area at 104 is spacious equipped with everything.

Isolation overall is good as long as noone is staying upstairs. Footsteps could be heard directly. Quite annoying. But no noise issue with the adjacent rooms, only upstairs.
