Swiss Wine by Fassbind

Our stay in Swiss Wine by Fassbind hotel was excellent. Comfortable and clean room and bathroom, our room was overlooking Cathedral (gorgeous at night), staff was extremely helpful, building has an elevator (not a minor factor for Travellers). We did not do a complete breakfast, just enjoyed coffee and fresh croissants. As a bonus, they sell local wines right there, in the lobby (good quality, reasonable prices and properly stored). We enjoyed our stay, highly recommended.

Great location right by the metro stop.

The location was great, at the center right at front of metro station. The staff was nice, breakfast was okay.

The room was veeeery small, there was no wardrobe, no air-conditioning, wifí was not working most of the time, price was quite high

Hotel was good, large rooms and very good location.

Only issue that we had was missing air-conditioning... otherwise very good. Unfortunately it was very hot when we stayed

La proximité de l'hôtel pour mes examens du lendemain. Petit déjeuner correct, manquait juste un plateau.

Chambre sur Rue, très buyant en soirée, pas agréable pour réviser. Chambre chère pour le peu de calme eu. Vu mieux ailleurs et moins cher. Personnel peu avenant le 31 fin d'après-midi. Le client est transparent...du moins certains.

Das Zimmer war sauber, angenehm und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Besonders gut hat uns die zentrale Lage gefallen: Die Altstadt, die Kathedrale und die Metrostation Bessières sind schnell zu Fuss erreichbar, und auch zum See kommt man unkompliziert mit der Metro. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir lieber ausserhalb frühstücken wollten.

Alles sauber und bequem, zentrale Lage. Moderne Einrichtung. Check in auch abends, Check out noon Frühstücksbuffet war gut, sehr schöne Aussicht.

Bei offenem Fenster ist der Strassenlärm sehr laut.

Die Lage war gut direkt bei der Metro.

Keine Klima-Anlage. Das Zimmer war heiss. Das Fenster konnte man nicht gut öffnen, da die Strassen draussen war.

Das Bad war voller Ameisen, wir waren im 2ten Stock direkt über dem Frühstückssaal bei angeblichen City view Blick. Es war extrem heiß im Zimmer und die Toilette nicht sauber

. Les chambres non climatisées en pleine canicule, rendant indispensable l'ouverture nocturne des fenêtres alors que l'environnement est assez bruyant. C'est dommage, car sinon tout est très bien dans cet hôtel

El no tener aire acondicionado. Insoportable el calor por la noche. Encima con moqueta.No dormimos nada. Si cerrabas te asabas, por mucho ventilador de techo y si abrías no podías dormir del ruido de coches y de las campanas de la catedral a cada hora. No volvería a ir si no ponen aire acondicionado.

La proximité depuis la gare et de la vielle ville. J'aime le design de l'hotel et de la chambre. Le personnel est sympa et le fait qu'il avait un kitchenette.

La chambre était un peu sale dans le coins (la poussière) et sur la lampe par exemple. Il n'y avait pas des ustentiels cuisine pour le kitchenette (la cassrôle etc.). Et le frigo n'etait pas froide - il a fait +20 degrèes un peu près dans le frigo

Accueil super. J'avais déjà fait les check in pour les 4 chambres. Chambre spacieuse, moderne, wifi, prises électriques, grande douche.Très bon déjeuner. Emplacement de l'hôtel idéal, on prend le lift devant l'hôtel, on arrive sous le pont bessières et hop on saute dans le métro.

Pas de clim. Très décevant. Mais avec 1 venti plafonnier et 1 venti de chambre ça va.

The location is excellent, hotel very clean. Staff at front desk were so pleasant and helpful.

The bedroom was too hot in August. Only a fan in room which just moved hot air, was challenging to sleep and get ready in morning.

L’accueil très agréable. Le parking avec la remise de l’hôtel c’est très intéressant, il n’est pas très loin, environ 400 mètres. La vue de notre chambre était formidable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel en face du métro, difficile de faire plus proche. Les lits étaient confortables.

Quand il y a la canicule il peut faire chaud dans la chambre. Nous dormions la fenêtre ouverte, canicule allait comme ça. Le wifi est vraiment mauvais par contre, surtout en soirée et tôt le matin. Mais le reste est tellement bien que j’ai maintenu une note élevée pour l’emplacement et la vue.

The location is great, the metro station lift is right in front of the building, it made travelling all over real easy. The room was very clean quite comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was great that they had a luggage storage facility. We had a very nice stay.

It would have been nice to have coffee in the room, and not being there on Switzerland-day celebrations.

Rooms were old and need of repair and redecorating- torn curtains and NO AIR CON- so it was uncomfortable- Altho they supplied two fans- so they were trying. But for price I felt a bit fleeced as their sister hotel had aircon as was much cheaper.

The hotel is exactly to a metro station. It has 24 hours working reception. They provide in the morning good breakfast for good price. The staff is very polite and they keep the rooms exeptionally clean.

I was on a business trip and do not like that I stay only few days. Maybe next time will consider to stay there longer. The view is exeptional. If you like to see old town and to hear the city clock bells with mountain view, this is good for you.

Fui no verão é os quartos estava muito muito muito quente, não tem ar condicionado, o ventilador não resolveu nada. O balcão do meu quarto era o mesmo do quarto ao lado, com isso pouca privacidade, eu nem consegui abrir a porta do balcão para entrar um ar fresco a noite.

Bombastische Aussicht, netter französischer Balkon, Zimmer geräumig, Bett bequem, Einrichtung prima.

Türe konnte nicht gekippt werden und der Fensterladen klemmte auf der einen Seite, sodass es bei geschossener Türe nachts sehr heiß im Zimmer war.

Hotel se prakticky nachází nad stanicí metra, odkud vás výtah přivede téměř před vchod do hotelu. Přejdete most a jste v centru. V okolí je množství kvalitní gastronomie. K jezeru dojedete pár stanic metrem. Na MHD obdržíte poukaz v ceně hotelu. Pokoj byl prostorný a dobře vybavený,

V koupelně bez okna nefungovalo odsávání. Personál na recepci nepůsobil příliš prozákaznicky. Úsměv bys pohledal. V horké noci potřebuješ spát s otevřeným oknem, ale pozor, hluk nočního života se nese do pokoje dlouho do noci. Při snídani personál (osamocná servírka) nestíhal doplňovat potraviny a zároveň uklízet stoly po hostech.

Points positifs : excellente localisation en centre-ville.

Points négatifs : pas de climatisation. Il faut donc dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte, ce qui peut être assez bruyant. De plus, l’hôtel ne dispose pas de parking.

Absence de climatisation, chambre très chaude. Impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre avec le bruit de la circulation (chambre donnant sur un carrefour routier). Le ventilateur au plafond et le second ventilateur sur pied ne suffisent pas.

The staff was friendly. The room was quite spacious and nice. There was a bathtub in the bathroom.

Too many emails pushing for self check-in and check-out make it seem like the reception doesn't exist or won't be useful. The room was facing a fairly noisy street so you have to choose between closing the windows to soundproof the room but not let the cool night breeze in, or leave them open and deal with the noise. Tough choice in the middle of a heatwave.

Le personnel, désagréable, on dirait qu'on les embête quand on leur dit bonjour ou qu'on leur demande une information, c'était vraiment désagréable. Il n'y avait pas de draps alors que c'était la canicule, si vous y allez pendant une période où il fait très chaud il faut éviter car il n'y a pas de clim et si vous ouvrez la fenêtre vous ne pouvez pas dormir avec le bruit de la rue. Les lits sont plutôt inconfortables.

ローザンヌ大聖堂まで徒歩1分の距離にあり、毎正時に鳴る鐘の音が心地よく、ロケーション抜群。ホテルの向かい側にはCOOPがあり食品調達には非常に便利。 建物は古いが部屋はよく整備され、気持ちよく使用できた。バスルームはバスタブがあり、お風呂にゆっくりつかりたい自分にはありがたかった。タオルもフカフカ。 ローザンヌ駅までは歩いても10分ほど。旧市街地も趣があり、散歩するのも楽しい。ただし駅→ホテルは上り坂、ホテル→駅までは下り坂が続く。

冷蔵庫の冷え方が十分でなかった バスルームのドアノブの使い方がわからず、閉めることができなかった

Location is excellent next to metro station and close to Cathedral

Their is no air conditioning in room. There is no management of heat inside the building so it gets hot during the day, and hotter on each higher floor. At night this heat is trapped in the halls and rooms. Opening the window and using the small fan does not effectively cool the room so it is difficult to sleep. Pillows are too soft. Air extractor in bathroom also did not work. Small frirge in the room emits a lot of heat which exacerbated the problem.

Das Hotel hat keine Klimaanlage und wir waren an den heißen Tagen dort. Man wird mit Ventilatoren versorgt aber kühl ist es in den Zimmern nicht
