Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Hôtel propre, calme, à côté du supermarché Coop, de restos, boulangerie, épicerie, du métro, du Parc Mon Repos et parc canin. Super pour s’y promener avec nos chiens 😉 L’hôtel et son personnel sont toujours aussi accueillant et chaleureux 😊 Ce n’est pas la première fois qu’on vient, ni la dernière ☺️ À très bientôt 😁

I honestly think CHF22 for breakfast is overpriced. You can walk down to the COOP ( literally 50 seconds) and have a breakfast for CHF 10. It seemed largely empty and I wasn't surprised.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026für mich war die Lage entscheidend, der Standort war für uns wirklich sehr praktisch. Das Hotel erfüllte alle meine Ansprüche, es hat uns an nichts gemangelt.
Den Frühstücks empfand ich für zu hoch angesetzt. Aber man hat die Wahl. Vis-à-vis ist gerade eine Bäckerei : )

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Il terzo letto della camera tripla superior era ricavato da un divano e piuttosto scomodo. Colazione a buffet poco fornita, seppur a pagamento. Malgrado l'hotel si chiami "Swiss Chocolate" e richiami il cioccolato in ogni dettaglio (persino i comodini e la porta di ingresso alle camere sono a forma di barretta), tra le bevande calde non era disponibile la cioccolata, ma soltanto la polvere di cacao da aggiungere al latte.

The pocket door on the bathroom was broken and could not be closed. This was very awkward because I was sharing the room with a friend. The alternative room offered smelled disgusting. We were not offered any form of adequate compensation for this problem.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The staff including reception management and housekeeping were very helpful and accommodating of our specific needs during our stay. We had a medical emergency at 4 a.m. and the on-call manager responded immediately and summoned emergency medical services for us. His actions helped us get the medical attention we needed in a timely manner. The hotel manager was very accommodating of our need to extend our stay until we were well enough to travel again. During this period, housekeeping was very attentive and respectful of our needs ensuring we had everything we needed for our comfort. Everyone on staff went out of their way for us during our very trying experience. As for the hotel, the room was large enough for our comfort and well-lighted in addition to a large window, the bedding was very comfortable, the television provided channels in several languages including English, the bathroom was large and modern and well-stocked with quality soaps/shampoos and, most importantly, the shower floor was not slippery. The room was supplied with an electric water kettle, tea and coffee. Overall, the hotel provided a warm and very comfortable environment.
The hotel and staff anticipated and provided everything we needed and exceeded our expectations at every opportunity so we were comfortable in every respect and, if there were any shortcomings, we didn't notice.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Posizione fantastica a 5 min di passeggiata dalla catttedrale. Convenzione con Indigo Parking Mon Repos, (comodissimo e ottimo parcheggio a 5 min di distanza a piedi) al 50% di sconto . 15€ invece dei soliti 30€ per 24h di sosta. Ottimo! Letto comodissimo.
Ho chiesto i biglietti gratuiti per i mezzi pubblici ma non mi è mai arrivata la mail.... comunque poi ho cambiato i programmi e in realtà non mi servivano più. Le parti comuni potevano essere più pulite... e la stanza che ho avuto (103) era al piano -1 rispetto alla reception che era situata a livello strada. Per una notte comunque nessun problema e la stanza era solo per dormire...per permanenze più lunghe chiedere una camera dal n. 200 in su :-)

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Lo mejor, el desayuno y la ubicacion, es muy buena, esta a dos calles de la catedral y es facil de llegar. Hay 2 formas de registrarse , via un modulo de autoatencion en la entrada #15, que es malisimo para el extranjero que no tiene conexion a internet. El detalle del chocolate a la entrada si es encantador. Conviene ingresar por la entrada con servicio de counter, que es pequeña, pero el personal muy amable.
Pedi una habitacion con 3 camas, y la habitacion era demasiado pequeña para 3 camas. La mesita muy pequeña, las camas no eran confortables. La relacion calidad precio no es buena, entiendo que los costos en Suiza son muy altos .

La moquette sul pavimento ovunque! Sensazione ed odore proprio di polvere La colazione non ha uno spazio dedicato, ma una parte, per esempio le bevande, yogurt, ecc, è praticamente sul banco della reception. Con alcuni scalini per raggiungere poi i tavoli ed il resto del cibo. Mi è sembrato scomodo.

La camera un po' trascurata con macchie sui comodini e sui muri e le porte. L'aspettativa sulla fontana di cioccolata che si vede nelle foto dell'hotel molto deludente, aveva un gusto di cioccolata vecchia e i biscotti inesistenti. In camera si sentiva sempre puzza di fognatura

Personal äusserst unfreundlich, inbesondere als unser Wunsch nach Einzelbetten nicht erfüllt wurde und wir nachhakten, da bereits weit im voraus so angefragt. Zimmer der Kategorie ''Business'' (mit Doppelbett!) liegen im Untergeschoss mit Blick auf Lüftungsanlage, Keller-Feeling. Frühstück dürftig, Backwaren aber immerhin gut. Kein richtig heisses Wasser und wenig Druck in der Dusche Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt für uns nicht.

El servicio de check in fue muy poco profesional. Llegamos a las tres de la tarde, después de estar todo el día visitando la ciudad y nos dijeron que las habitaciones no estaban listas. Tampoco sabían decirnos a qué hora estarían listas. Pasaron dos horas hasta que pudimos entrar.

Nothing really, it's a really good hotel. The chocolate fountain in the reception wasn't available to guests when we were there which was a shame, but not a big issue at all.

Matratze extrem unbequem. Zimmer und Bad sehr minimalistisch. Im Bad keine Ablagefläche, Duschvorhang wirkte unappetitlich. Im Zimmer nur 4 Kleiderbügel, keine Haken, keine weiteren Aufhängemöglichkeiten. Beim Check-in wurde uns zudem die in Lausanne übliche kostenlose ÖV-Karte / Lausanne Transport Card nicht gegeben. Wir haben selbst herausgefunden, dass sie im Preis dabei ist, und mussten sie dann aktiv an der Rezeption verlangen. Sonst war das Personal aber sehr freundlich.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Emplacement idéal en plein centre, à deux pas du métro et à quelques minutes à pied de la cathédrale. Chambre simple mais confortable, calme et très bien climatisée. Excellent petit-déjeuner buffet. Réceptionniste super sympa et serviable.
À ce niveau de prix, l’absence de possibilité de se faire un café à volonté dans l’hôtel est assez décevante, d’autant que la machine est présente près de la réception. Cela donne un peu une impression de mesquinerie. Le parking est également compliqué : celui situé juste à proximité est très cher. Le parking partenaire à 500 m, avec la réduction de 50 %, est une bonne solution mais reste peu pratique avec les bagages.

Nel monolocale con angolo cottura, praticamente impossibile cucinare( solo due pentolini e piccolissimi)….E difficile anche scaldare il cibo…sarebbe consigliato almeno AVERE UN MICRONDE!!
