i find a several scolopandre runing under my bed and in all the room the next day they were still there after i tod to tge reception it can be a dangerous bite on a human

I didn't like the room .

I love the fact that it is close to highway downtown, the quietness, love where the pool area is, because I stayed on 1st floor R 121 will recommend that room anytime for vacation

I have no dislikes on this visit

I didn't like how the house keeping ask my husband if he straight 😕 and he said yea .so we ask a next house keeping to clean the room and we was out for 8 hours came back still not clean. The washer didn't work at all but the maintenance guy help me out by asking the house keeping to wash my wet clothes and dry them .that was kind of him

The gift shop in the lobby is staffed by a very pleasant lady who was very helpful with my questions.

Friendly staff Clean rooms and everywhere else in the hotel. It was annoying that I had no Wi-Fi my entire stay. The hotel tried but was unable to v correct the problem. They were still trying to figure it out when I left.

Great Staff

The staff was friendly. Convenient and the pleasure of having a restaurant in the same building with excellent and inexpensive meals.

There was nothing I did not like. My stay was short because I travelled for a funeral, so I spent very little time at the hotel. Most of my time was spent with family gatherings.

I didn't like the fact that I was not told ahead of check in, not even at check in thzt the pool was down

Ants was in the bed termite coming out the head board towels has holes AC wasn't cooling and roaches was in the bathroom and the construction on the hotel made so much noise and the blankets on the bed are to Small the room need microwave and my keys keep defaulting

It's an older hotel. It's clean and comfortable, but it's beginning to look like the room and bathroom will be needing some renovations soon.

Run down property

The TV is not working. The AC is a window unit, very loud and blowing right on you. Not possible to sleep. The pool is not clean, water is green and murky. Faucets are very old and rusty. Door is rotten on the bottom, looks like abandoned house. The safe has no lock. Cleaning lady left her bucket and other stuff in my room for hours. Towels are tiny and rough. The price of $100 per night is not realistic. $20 at best.

Taxes was added at the front desk...pool was a lil green and it was a big issue with checkout time posted on your site and what it actually is....and the AC unit was to small to Kool the room

The hotel was a complete roach motel and it’s a bit sad that I have to write a review like this because this is my country and I want everyone to win but this is horrible representation. Allow me to begin with the positive: the staff was hospitable. Now for the bad, the hotel was nasty. The sheets for one were stained and seemingly used. I get the impression that they have a problem with maintenance because room service took my towels at 10am and I didn’t get new towels until late that evening. I had to call them and ask them to bring towels and they only brought one so I had to share with my guest. Additionally the hotel is infested with with roaches of all sizes big small large medium they did not discriminate. I even found one on my bed. The water pressure in the shower was low and the water was not hot enough. The wifi connection was weak and the power in the hotel went out twice leaning the room hot and dark. It was the wirst experience I’ve ever had and would never ever go back.

The food was great, customer service was top tier, the hotel was clean but not up to date. It smells kind of musty as well

Over charge and no ac at office.

why over charge way more than booking prices? from booking price $192.24+vat $19.22+city tax $63=$274.46, they charged on our card $290.68??? and donot want give detail invoice!

The rate was great and so was the location,room was quite and out of the way👍🏼

The electricity was out Nation wide and I call front desk 30 mins later to ask about the generator they reply saying that the generator only works for office and outside area😡I was upset and had to sleep in the car in the parking lot until after 1am 😱😫.

The property has an old charm about it but that can cause problems I had a horrible experience where the door entry malfunctioned and I couldn’t access my room for over 6 hours and the staff had to call an engineer off site to rectify the problem during this 6 hours I was accommodated to anything they just left me sitting in the lobby area with very few updates.

The staff was very bright the family run restaurant was the highlight of my state with amazing food from the area pool was nice and refreshing after working hard all day doing Mission work only reason I gave it four stars is because it's a little old and needs updating but everything works AC TV refrigerator microwave just a little dated that is all

The ground floor room. We were put in 324 on arrival. Then moved to the first floor. This is a hotel for local workers. Its old and run down. Would not recommend to anyone.

Its a terrible hotel. Its old and run down. The balconies are so small you cant sit put on them.

There was bugs in my room, the shower did not work. There was no shampoo or body wash. It was listed as a resort but there was notting like it. The first room that thay gave me had a bad smell in it, i requested a new room but the new one had bugs and the balcony door did not close.

Good option for Freeport.

Staff doesn’t understand the DnD sign

The Castaway was very clean and had wonderful staff. The room we had was quite dated but this wasn't an issue for us. We found there is limited breakfast options in Freeport, especially on Sundays. The associated hotel restaurant just reopened the last 2 days of our stay and they offered a breakfast menu. Overall, we felt the price was very reasonable, the staff excellent. We would stay here again.

A perfectly clean, comfortable stay for an older place...good pool and bar. Fast food places an easy drive away if restaurant is closed.

We spent one night here, only because there was a glitch in our Airbnb reservation. This place is a dump. The staff were friendly but its a one star hotel. The towels must be 15 years old. The pool area is ok. The so called restaurant is nothing but a big partly empty room with Zero ambiance. We walked in for breakfast and turned around and went elsewhere. Take a look at my pictures.

Old Furnshings, moldy scent, burned beddings, termites, rusty Furniture, crusty towels. Was unable to get my deposit when i checked out was never asked check out time to ensure deposit was ready, was never told that the office opens 8am. They've got a pool in the back and i guess they had several parties where the music was extremely loud its as if they forgort they had hotel guests.

Its ok not the best but its ok.

Room is very is very spacious The environment looks great. Housekeeping lady Ms. Jackie is a 10 Eva the Restaurant and Bar server was great 👍.

At checking I had a very bad experience with Maria Major she told me i don't have a reservation I shows her my reservation was reconfirm at 6:01 am on Thursday January 23rd, she kept looking at her computer repeated over and over sir you don't have a reservation. Finally I asked to see a manager/a supervisor or somebody who can me because she tried to put me to another hotel across the street they only had 2 nights. Ms. Jones the finance treasure said they can accommodate a room if I paid cash or a credit card because the person or persons who suppose to check the booking. com computer did not checked it because they are fully booked. Thank you so much Ms. Jones in that matter. Water pressure is a little too low
