We had a lovely room. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, and they even stored our luggage for us the next day. The room was spacious. The host was wonderful. He was friendly and helpful. He even called us a taxi.

La struttura da fuori è molto bella, ci ha accolti Ignazio alle 23 una persona speciale ci ha consigliato subito un posto dove andare a cenare avendo 2 bambine. Persone che fanno la differenza in questo contesto e fanno salire il valore della struttura.

Da dentro la struttura purtroppo è datata e sta cadendo a pezzi e si vede nettamente nelle camere che si rattoppano i lavori di Manutenzione sia nelle sbavature della pittura che nelle definizioni dei mattoni, il pavimento non è a livello,la cornice dietro la porta si sta staccando e in bagno si sente puzza di fognatura,l’arredamento meglio non commentarlo,peccato con una bella ristrutturazione con un buon architetto potrebbe essere uno degli alberghi più richiesti di Roma.scusate la franchezza ma avete l’oro nelle mani e non lo sfruttate.metterò sufficiente per lo staff

La camera era accogliente, ben organizzata e sempre pulita. Abbiamo trovato il personale molto disponibile e gentile durante tutto il soggiorno.

Localização ótima, faz-se quase tudo à pé à partir do hotel. Ótimos restaurantes em volta, o hotel é antigo, mas com quarto confortável, limpo, funcionários atenciosos... gostamos muito.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. We dropped our bags off before check in and when we returned, they had taken them to our rooms already and had the aircon running to cool down the rooms. Beds were comfy. The location has a few bus stops outside and is near Roma Termini. However the path from Roma Termini to the hotel is rocky with cobblestones. So beware of you have more than one rolling luggage bag per person. Breakfast is sufficient.

The bathroom shower had a missing shower panel so water could splash onto the floor The twin bed room is much smaller than expected and struggled to find decent space for luggage bags. I got bitten by mosquitoes about once a night so be prepared.

Emplacement exceptionnelle, on sais tout visiter à pieds. Le personnel est tout aussi exceptionnel , gentil, aimable et parlant le français. Très bonne literie et l’hôtel est très propre

Le seul petit point négatif c’est le jus au petit déjeuner mais j’en ai parlé à la réception et ils sont en train de chercher quelque chose de mieux

The room was of average size, but the furniture and overall interior felt quite outdated, and some of the fixtures did not function properly. One night, the bathroom door suddenly got stuck and we had a hard time opening it, which caused significant inconvenience. The cleanliness was also below expectations and could definitely be improved. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, and the location was convenient. However, based on the photos on Booking.com, I had expected the hotel to be in much better condition than it actually was. Overall, the reality did not quite match the impression given by the photos.

Nous avons séjourné à l’Hôtel Borromeo en août à l’occasion de notre lune de miel, et ce fut une expérience absolument merveilleuse. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et une attention sincère. Le personnel, toujours souriant et disponible, a rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Une bouteille de prosecco nous a été offerte pour célébrer notre lune de miel, un geste délicat que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, varié et de très bonne qualité, servi sur une terrasse magnifique qui offre un cadre vraiment unique pour commencer la journée. Nous gardons un souvenir précieux de notre passage à Rome grâce à l’atmosphère chaleureuse de l’hôtel et au professionnalisme de toute l’équipe. Un grand merci à l’Hôtel Borromeo pour avoir contribué à rendre notre lune de miel inoubliable.

A localização é simplesmente excelente. Fica perto de praticamente tudo, com muitos restaurantes ao redor e fácil acesso à estação, ao Coliseu e à Fontana di Trevi. Para conhecer Roma e fazer tudo a pé, é uma localização muito conveniente. O ponto mais fraco foram os quartos, que são pequenos. Na nossa primeira acomodação, inclusive, colocaram 4 camas juntas em um quarto que havia sido anunciado para 4 adultos, o que não funcionou bem para nós. Depois de conversarmos com a equipe, eles resolveram a situação e nos colocaram em um quarto família muito mais confortável. O café da manhã era bom, mas bastante padrão para um hotel desse tipo. Por outro lado, o atendimento foi excelente. A equipe foi extremamente atenciosa durante toda a estadia, guardou nossas malas, sempre se oferecia para ajudar e até nos ofereceram água gelada quando chegamos cansados e com calor. Apesar de alguns pontos da estrutura não terem me impressionado tanto, o atendimento fez muita diferença. No geral, foi uma ótima estadia e uma boa opção para quem prioriza localização.

There was nothing I didn’t like. It was perfect for us, not too pricy, breakfast included and the room was good size for few days trip with excellent location walking distance to every place we wanted to see

La atencion de todo el personal es genial, nos dieron indicaciones de como movilizarnos por la ciudad, nos recibieron con cafe expreso y corneto y asi ganaron nuestros corazones. La ubicacion es muy buena pues queda cerca de termini y a 15 min de caminata a la fontana di trevi y coliseo. Gracias por la gran hospitalidad.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Borromeo. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. The room was a bit small, but it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was quite similar every day, but there was still a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Lady working on the desk at approx 2pm on Tuesday 25th August was very friendly and extremely helpful. It got our trip off to a great start. Every other member of staff on check in desk was also friendly throughout our stay

Isso não é um hotel e sim um albergue, estava imundo, havia um vaper e prendedor de cabelos em baixo dos lençois que eram supostos estar limpos, o quarto fedia, uma das cas de banho não tinha agua na duche, muilto barulho durante a noite.

The hotel was very close to attractions, we took an evening walk to the Colosseum and the Trevi fountain almost every night. The neighborhood was safe. There were many small shops and restaurants nearby. What I must mention about the hotel is the cleanliness, our room was made up everyday and it was perfectly clean. The hotel staff (receptionists, cleaners, cafeteria staff) were all noticably kind and polite!

We had a hard time falling asleep sometimes because the walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors shower, talk, open and close the doors etc. The sound of the locks were the most bothering at night. Luckily there were no kids near our room… The other thing was the breakfast, we stayed 8 nights and the options were the exact same every morning, maybe they could switch it up a bit!

It was good value for money. The breakfast was good and tasty. The location is great, near the train station, walking distance from Trevi Fountain.

The hotel is located in an absolutely wonderful location, close to most of the main tourist attractions. In addition, the bus right in front of the hotel can take you wherever you need to go. It is quiet, so you can rest and relax. But most of all, I truly felt part of the city because we had such a wonderful connection with Gigi and his colleague Lorenzo, two very positive and kind people. Gigi welcomed us during the first few days and provided us with all the information we needed. The staff is extremely professional, always smiling, friendly, and willing to help. Thanks to them, our stay was even more special!

I have no negative aspects to mention. Everything was goooood thanks to Gigi who helped us a lot for having a wonderful time.

It was a great location, walking distance to many of the main sites including the colosseum. The hotel staff were fantastic, couldn’t do more to make you feel welcome and were a credit to the hotel.

Our room was a little noisy opposite the lift, but no major issues.

La stanza abbastanza grande, affacciata su via Cavour, silenziosa e pulita. Il letto comodo con copertura a piumino nonostante i 36 gradi esterni, in stanza si stava benissimo. Adoro l'acqua in doccia calda subito e copiosa, buoni i prodotti da bagno. Colazione sul rooftop completa di tutto, dal dolce al salato alla frutta, tutto sempre rifornito di prodotti freschi e di qualità.

Non c'era la salvietta per il bidet, il lenzuolo sotto era a contatto diretto col materasso. Avrei preferito un ulteriore telo a distanziare il materasso da quello su cui si dorme.

Zentrale Lage, man kann vieles fußläufig erreichen. Sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer ausreichend groß für ein Stadthotel. Die Klimaanlage angenehm leise, so dass man sie auch in der Nacht in Betrieb nehmen kann. Wir hatten ein Zimmer an der Straße, aber gut isolierte Fenster.

Wir haben keine negativen Dinge erfahren.

Trevlig och väldigt hjälpsam personal. AC funkade toppen i vårt fyrbäddsrum, vilket behövdes under dessa varma dagar och sköna madrasser. Nära till Metro-station. Trevligt med en takterrass som vi utnyttjade en del. Inte wow men ok frukost.

Saknade schampo och balsam. Badrummet är behov av renovering, med oisolerad svårstängd dörr och mindre fungerande duschutrymme. Lite trångt för fyra personer och väskor.

Very helpful staff, they gave us map and showed all the important sightseeing places as well as comfortable routes between them, and also tips, where to eat nearby. Location is wonderful, 10-15 min walk from Colloseum, metro station is also nearby. Room has a fridge, AC and TV, a good breakfast is also included

J’ai aimé la localisation près de la gare, du métro, et de nombreux restaurants, les chambres assez spacieuses, le fait de pouvoir déjeuner en terrasse, le personnel de la réception et de ménage très gentil .

Je n’ai pas aimé le système de climatisation car même s’il a fonctionné, c’était un peu compliqué à maîtriser. L’insonorisation était vraiment mauvaise.

Sommige receptionisten waren aardig.

Heel verouderde kamers, airco werkte niet met 42 graden buiten, minibar was leeg, douche was beschimmeld en bed was minuscuul en erg hard om nog te zwijgen over het degoutante ontbijt met gifgroen appelsap.

Great location. Everything was walkable or a short taxi away. Good choice of breakfast for vegetarians and meat eaters. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of great restaurants and gelato nearby.

Aircon could have been cooler as it was set to 22deg lowest.

Location right next to Colosseum. 8mins walk to the central station. Decent property, everything is close by. Beds are OK, breakfast was OK, bath was fine.

This looked like an old property which is regularly maintained. So you do see visible signs of maintaining like patch on bath tub, worn out bathroom tiles. Doesn’t bother much though. They should provide more essentials in the bathroom and add coffee and tea. We had only 1 coffee sachet and 2 tea bags when we checked in. And everyday they’d add only 1 whereas we were a couple staying.

Todos los trabajadores del hotel son respetuosos, muy amables y atentos. Sobre todo Gigi de la recepción. Volveré pronto y sin duda eligire este hotel en Roma.

A szállás nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű,sétával 10- 15 percre a nevezetességektől,de ha tömegközlekedést választaná bárki akkor az is rendkívül könnyen elérhető nagyjából 5percre. A személyzet nagyon segítőkész és kedves. Reggeli az árban, ami kontinentális és nagyon széles választékban elérhető korlátlan mennyiségben. A szoba kényelmes ágyakkal és klímával felszerelt. A fürdőszobában bekészítve tusfürdő és folyékony szappan,törölközők,amiket 2éjszaka után cserélnek.

Nem volt negatívum.

A falta de receptividade do recepcionista que nos atendeu. Não queria guardar as nossas malas e ofereceu outros 2 hotéis do dono para trocarmos de acomodação. Não aceitei e fiquei aguardando o horário do check in.
