Hotel Nord Nuova Roma

2. Gang vi bor på dette hotel, det ligger tæt på det hele og mange gode restauranter i nærområdet. Dejlig skøn tagterrasse hvor man kan sidde og nyde de lune aftener.

Der er utrolig få stikkontakter på værelset, men havde taget en stikdåse med hjemmefra, det løste det:). Mit værelse var ikke klar før kl 17.00 på ankomstdagen pga et ødelagt toilet, men vi blev fint kompenseret.

Staff were nice, location is excellent.

Bring earplugs or ask for a room at the front of the hotel. Woken up throughout the night by revellers and the EXTREMELY LOUD glass trucks. The room and shower was tiny and dark and bathroom was very old and in need of updating. The bed was rock hard too.

The rooftop is definitely the standout. Lovely to hang out there at the end of a long day. The food is amazing. The steak was perfection. And the beers were cold. The foyer downstairs is a nice place to hang out as well. The rooms are on the smaller side but all great facilities Plenty of Restaurants just around the corner

The way the toilet flushed was a little strange, but we got used to it. Location is fine - but it is a little bit of a walk from the main attractions. But close to the termini (but very safe areas still). The beds were a little soft for us - but if you like a softer bed they will be perfect

As it is an old building the isolation is definitely not perfect. You can hear a lot of noise from the streets and also from the corridor. Our room was a bit dated but it was clean and that's the most important.

O quarto tinha uma decoração mais antiga, mas estava muito bem cuidado, limpo e de tamanho perfeito para duas pessoas, com arrumação, chaleira e casa de banho em ótimas condições. Insonorização perfeita para o exterior com duas janelas e cama e almofadas muito confortáveis. Ar condicionado no quarto funcionava perfeitamente e, graças a ele, conseguimos sobreviver a uma semana de muito calor em Roma! A vista do quarto, apesar de ficarmos no primeiro andar, era desimpedida! Pequeno-almoço bem adequado para o nível do hotel, com boas opções quentes e frias. A localização era absolutamente perfeita para ver Roma a pé mas também muito próxima de 2 estações de metro, comboio e autocarros.

Esperava um pouco mais de simpatia por parte de alguns funcionários. Nenhuma situação de relevo a relatar, apenas uma sensação geral de alguma frieza. No pequeno-almoço faltavam opções de fruta.

Персонал очень недружелюбный . Нет утюга и гладильной комнаты, предложили отдать в химчистку и вернуть через 2 дня, пришлось пойти и купить утюг. Завтрак все невкусное из самых дешевых химических продуктов.

A localização é muito boa, bem perto do Roma Termin e de diversos restaurantes. Além disso, o café da manhã era bem completo e o quarto era amplo e confortável. Tudo bem limpo.

Absolutamente todo! Comodidad, ubicación, higiene y trato del personal! Muy recomendable! Siempre quiero volver al mismo!

Although I consider this facility overrated, the only characteristic that we found appropriate for a 3-start hotel could be the lounge, that has been notably renovated and gives access to several conference / meeting rooms.

Although the entrance has been well renovated, the hotel rooms are old and uncomfortable. Just to mention some of the worst things, in our room the bathroom door would not shut and often we suffered for a bad smell coming, I suppose, from the sewer system. The neighbourhood is often dodgy, primarily because of the location of the hotel near Roma Termini.

Great location, within short walking distance from the train station when arriving with luggage. Air conditioning worked well. The rooftop terrace was a great spot for a pre-dinner drink. Perfect accommodation for a few nights or transiting through Rome.

The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything in the next rooms and the hallway. Not very realxing. Breakfast was quite basic.

Hotel muy limpio y muy cerca de la estación Termini. Zona con numerosos restaurantes y mini markets. La habitación triple amplia, con buenas ventanas y balcón que aíslan el ruido y con dos habitaciones separadas. Personal amable, sobre todo Kimo que nos dio buenas indicaciones

El aire acondicionado que no permitía subirlo de 24 grados, un poco frío para nuestro gusto, y poca fruta en el desayuno

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room was not clean and had an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, while the bathroom smelled even worse. The towels were not properly clean and had hair from previous guests. The soundproofing was poor, and we could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms. The staff’s service was also not very welcoming.

This is a very nice hotel located near several good restaurants. The rooms are spacious and very clean. My room has a pot with instant coffee and tea. There is a refrigerator filled with complimentary sodas, juice and water. What a treat! August is a hot month and the AC in my room felt very comfortable. This hotel is also located near public transportation. I highly recommend hotel Nord Nuova Roma when you are visiting Rome

Great location. 5 minute walk from the Spanish steps, 15 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. Al the historical sites were just a 15 to 25 minute walk away.

Kimo truly was exceptional. His unwavering helpfulness and deep understanding of what customer service really means made a meaningful difference.

The hallways are old and dingy. The front desk staff lack the usual welcoming attitude you'd expect at a hospital. Notes for requests I shared ahead of arrival were neither read nor acknowledged. It's a budget hotel, so I understand they may be dealing with a lot of responsibility though.

Eche en falta en el desayuno más variedad de fruta, solo había naranja y manzana.

The hotel was great- we asked for an accessible room for my daughter and got one, close to the lift and with support in the bathroom. Staff were very helpful and polite, rooms were clean and well provisioned. Air conditioning was a godsend in the heatwave! Roof terrace was amazing but so hot, so we only went once. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Location was perfect- right by train station but a nice area with lots of restaurants and bars. We did a bus tour- just round the corner.

Room was lovely and clean. This is an old hotel but beautifully maintained. The location is spot on. The rooftop bar is a nice additional feature. We were able to walk to all the to tourist spots. The rooftop bus was also really close by. At the end of our stay we walked to the train station in under 5 mins.

The staff was amazing! It is right next to the train station and so close to many tourist attractions. Mostly, the roof top bar and restaurant is such a gem! After traveling all day, it was so nice that we didn't to leave the hot for excellent food, drinks, and service!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Nord Nuova in July, during a massive heat wave. As an Alaskan, I was SO happy that the room had working AC! The room was very comfortable and clean. I had read reviews that the walls were thin and you could hear everything, however, this was not the case for us at all! Once we were in the room, we didn’t hear a thing. Our room was in the middle of the hotel, 4th floor overlooking other rooms in the courtyard area, so we didn’t receive any noise from the rooftop nor the street. Every staff person that I encountered was incredibly friendly, and while breakfast wasn’t included in the cost of our room, we were able to get breakfast on the last day and pay on checkout. I had to walk to the train station with my luggage, and that was a simple 10 minute trek (navigating sidewalks and traffic lights). There are also nice places to eat in and around the hotel. My overall impression with this hotel is positive. I would stay here again if I ever get the chance to stay in Rome another time.

Room: Room was quite large with lots of space for personal items. Bed was very comfortable and mattress firm. Staff: Staff tried to be as helpful as possible although english could have been a little better. Rooftop Deck: I loved the upstairs roof deck. It was a lovely view and the food and drinks were delicious.

Lack of language skills made it hard for staff to give directions or suggestions.

hotel lobby was impressive! breakfast was great..should do manual cappuccino instead of machine! ac was poor in a heat wave..would have paid surcharge to get ac that stayed on while out! breakfast selection was great. Room was small but efficient and well appointed. Beds were too soft but too tired to care. There is a fabulous rooftop terrace to enjoy the evening..could have used a fan! But overall enjoyed stay and will return. Great location! I would have appreciated 2 free bottles of water included with room!

The hotel is very closed to Termini, this is its best argument. Breakfast is acceptable (every main cousines find 1 type of food, but I could not find any fish os seafood for breakfast). Rooms are acceptable (there are at a 3 stars-hotel level).

I was very disappointed with the check‑in experience at Hotel Nord Nuova Roma. The receptionist was extremely rude from the moment we arrived — he didn’t greet us, didn’t look at us, and the first thing he said was simply “prepare your passports,” in a very unfriendly tone. What is even more concerning is that he wrote down our full credit card number, expiration date, and CVC code on paper, even though the entire stay had already been prepaid by credit card. When I asked why this was necessary, he only said “guarantee.” This practice is completely unacceptable and violates basic payment security standards (PCI DSS). No hotel should ever write down full card details, especially the CVC code. This experience made us feel unsafe and unwelcome. I strongly hope the management reviews their procedures and trains the staff properly, because this is not the level of professionalism expected from a hotel in Rome. I am still looking forward their reply for my e-mail concerns (1 week).

The hotel location was very nice. About a 10 minute walk from the train station. The hotel lobby was very beautiful. Breakfast was included and was amazing. All kinds of breakfast choices, from hot foods to cold foods and sweet treats. The rooftop restaurant and bar were lovely. It had an enclosed option with air conditioning and an outdoor patio area. Both with a beautiful view. Food and drinks were delicious. It was a great break from the busy streets of Rome.

Excellent hotel, near Rome Termini, Maryam is very helpful and super nice, she checked me in smoothly and informed me everything I needed to know. Great customer service, will definitely stay again.

I would not stay here again! The hotel is in a decent location. Close to Roma Termini. We stayed in a deluxe room which is more spacious than the standard room our friends were put in. The bathroom is much larger ( and nicer). The hotel is very clean. The best part is the rooftop bar and bartender. The rooms have no kind of sound proofing, you here Everything! That wasn’t even the worse part. Our room would not cool down! Our friends room was very cool. We notified the front desk, the first time she seemed confused but pull up a screen and turned down the temperature in our room. We came back a couple hours later, still warm. Eventually fell asleep…it was so hot my husband and I took turns getting up checking the thermostat (which looked like it had an error) until he decided to go downstairs to the front desk again. It’s like 1am. So hot we can’t sleep. He first went downstairs shirtless (shorts and sneakers). Guy refuses to help him. So he comes back up to the 5th floor grabs a shirt and goes back down. The guy was just rude, he had no interest in helping him. We literally slept with nothing on and blankets off. Still hot! Not worth what we paid!

Ancak sanırım otel yönetiminin bilmediği bir şey vardı yeni verdikleri oda temizlenmemişti. Kat görevlisini çağırıp temizlemesini istedim. Kat görevlisi klozete sprey sıkıp klozetin her yerini yüz havlusu ile sildi. Bir daha odada havlu kullanamadım. Oda temizliği istemedim. Bir çok ülkeye seyahat ettim ama bu şartlar altında hiç kalmamıştım. Kahvaltıları yeterli değildi. 6 gün boyunca reçel kabı hep boştu. Kahvaltıları her gün aynıydı.

The property is in an excellent location! It made it an easy transition and meeting point. Close to the Colosseum and other tourist attractions. We had the triple to which we added space.

Close to the terminus, staff was helpful, rooftop bar was nice, room was clean, didnt do the included breakfast but I walked by it and it looked OK, barely any noise overnight. Balcony is a balcony, nothing special. AC worked good enough for the 30° nights. Check in/check out was easy and fast. Francesca on the rooftop patio was a gem!

The location was wonderful, very convenient to the central of the city. We were able to walk to all the sites and there were very nice restaurants nearby. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Our room key went missing while we were in a long line at one of the sites. We rushed back to the hotel once we realized it was missing. The staff right away cancelled the key and issued us a new one. It was a big relief to see all was well in our room. The courtesy was very much appreciated.

The room was quite warm. The thermostat said the air conditioning was on, but it did not seem so. We cooled off by going to the lobby and sitting in front of one of the registers.

テルミニ駅からすぐなので、キャリーケースがあってもすぐ到着できました。テルミニ駅周辺は治安が良くないと聞いていましたが、サマータイム中で日が長いこともあり、21時頃も周辺を散歩できる雰囲気でした。利便性を考えると、こちらを選んで良かったです。スタッフの皆さんは笑顔が素敵で優しい接客が大変嬉しかったです。
