Das Ambiente und die Möblierung war antiquiert , das Bad hatte zwar eine schöne Dusche, die Tür sehr alt und schloss nicht richtig. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag identisch, leider waren wir 6 Tage in dem Hotel.

El ruido de la habitación 726 producido por los ascensores que están pegados a la habitación . Lo comenté en recepción uno de los días y dijeron que lo comentaba con el director para ver posibles soluciones pero al marchar del hotel y al comentarlo nuevamente me dice la recepcionista que es un problema estructural . Problema el mío que cada vez que andaba el ascensor ruido y dormir muy poco la verdad . Esta habitación no se puede ocupar con este ruido . Para una estancia de 4 noches muy desagradable la verdad porque encima he reservado una habitación superior con balcón. . En definitiva un 0 para la recepciónista y otro 0 para el director .

Excellent location, right next to the Central Rail Station. Very clean, the room was nice, spacious and made up daily. We also had minibar included.

There was a continuous noise coming from the ceiling area even though the AC was turned off, i do knot know what was the reason (we sat at 7th floor, the last one). It seemed to be some installation or something. The breakfast could be better in terms of variety, otherwise the quality is good.

Das Hotel ist gerade gegenüber des Bahnhof. Sehr praktisch, wenn man mit dem Zug anreist. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuss zu erreichen. Zum Hauptplatz ist es ca 15min ein gemütlicher Spaziergang. Nachts ist der Zugang zum Hotel auch gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir hatten keine unangenehme Situation erlebt. Das Hotel hat eine Bar mit Zugang in den sehr schönen und grossen Garten. Er lädt zum Verweilen ein. Sehr ruhige Atmosphäre, der Innenhof ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Auch im Hotel selber ist es sehr ruhig, wir hatten im obersten Stockwerk Deluxe Doppelzimmer mit Balkon. Das hat sich sehr gelohnt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon morgens war herrlich, wir sahen bis zum Santuario della Madonna di San Luca. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und vielseitig.

Das Frühstück präsentierte nicht viel Brotauswahl.

The double bed was two singles jammed together with a sheet over the top. The air-conditioning was super loud. They sneered that we could change rooms, but were in no way gracious. This is a low rate hotel charging high end prices. It is opposite the train station and the area is not safe.

The stand out feature of the Mercure hotel Bologna, is the wonderful, young, happy, staff.

Die Lage war für uns super, da wir vom Hauptbahnhof ( vis-a- vis) und Busbahnhof ( ca 100m entfernt)die Städte die wir zusätzlich sehen wollten gut erreichen könnten. Das Zimmer war groß, auch das Bett , komfortabel auch. Die Gehen ist eher laut, wir haben nicht davon mitbekommen. Das Hotel hat auch einen tollen Innenhof, wo man Abends gemütlich an der frischen Luft sitzen kann. Schnelles, unkompliziertes Check in und out. In der Nähe ein gutes Lokal, welches sehr früh und dann auch lange offen hat.

No me gustó la cama,para mi resultaba dura y sobre todo,no me gustaron nada las almohadas,muy blandas,tuve dolor de cuello,toda la estancia.

Konventionelles Stadthotel in Bahnhofsnähe (vis a vis vom Bahnhof an einer befahrenen Straße), perfekt für Ausflüge per Bahn, auch das Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Das gebuchte Zimmer mit Balkon (Morgensonne) lag ruhig in einem größeren Innenhof, Minibar war erfreulicherweise inklusive, ungewöhnlich breites Bett, gute Zimmergröße, gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hotel überrascht mit einem sehr netten Garten, was man von außen eigentlich nicht vermutet. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es Einkaufs- und Verköstigungsmöglichkeiten - alles in allem für uns eine sehr gute Wahl.

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten gibt es immer, z.B. könnte man die Fugen im Badezimmer wieder einmal ausbessern. Omeletten beim Frühstück gibt es gegen Aufpreis. Wenn man sich darauf aber nicht festlegt, ist auch das inkludierte Angebot beim Frühstücksbuffet vollkommen ausreichend.

Très bonne situation, face à la gare. L'hôtel est propre ainsi que les chambres bien équipées. Bonne isolation phonique extérieure et intérieure. Bon petit déjeuner varié, dommage qu'il soit difficile de profiter du jardin pour le prendre. Sinon, ce joli jardin est un vrai plus où on peut se faire servir un verre . Bonne adresse. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Perfekte Lage direkt gegenüber von Bahnhof und Bushaltestelle! Die Shopping-Arkaden (10 Min.) und die Piazza Maggiore in der Altstadt (15 Min.) sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr großräumig – unbedingt mit Gartenblick buchen! Das Personal sehr freundlich und die fantastische Parkanlage bietet viele schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen.

Very central across from the main railway station. The relatively newly renovated rooms at the top floors are well kept and quiet at night. Large modern bathroom. Serviceminded personell. A lovely garden at the back, quite a surprise given the location. Good buffet breakfast.

Parts of the common areas are a bit tired here and there. Breakfast can be a bit crowded at peak times.

Die Lage war top und der Wasserspender im Gang war auch super. Das Frühstücksbüfett war reichhaltig.

Viele Kleinigkeiten haben mich geärgert. Wir wollten um 5.45 Uhr geweckt werden und wurden um 5 Uhr geweckt. Abends kam laute Musik von der Bar, die trotz meiner Bitte nicht leiser gestellt wurde. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es leider viele kleine Ärgernisse. Viele Mitarbeitende wirkten nicht sehr motiviert.

Das Frühstück war insgesamt gut. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstückspersonal – sehr freundlich, engagiert und aufmerksam. Auch der Eingangsbereich und die Lobby vermitteln zunächst einen ansprechenden Eindruck.

Leider gibt es hier deutlich mehr Negatives als Positives. Unser Classic-Zimmer war zwar einigermaßen sauber, aber sehr klein, mit einer enttäuschenden Aussicht und insgesamt sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen. Der Zustand der Einrichtung und teilweise auch der Wände und Türen wirkt schlicht nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die beigefügten Fotos sprechen hier für sich. Selbst die als kostenlose Aufmerksamkeit bereitgestellte Wasserflasche war bei unserer Ankunft bereits leer und somit faktisch nur Dekoration . Staub war leider auch überall (siehe Foto Lampe). Wir hatten uns grundsätzlich ein schöneres Zimmer gewünscht und an der Rezeption nach einer Alternative gefragt. Diese wurde uns gegen Aufpreis angeboten. Bei dem bereits hohen Zimmerpreis hätten wir allerdings erwartet, dass bereits das gebuchte Zimmer einem deutlich höheren Standard entspricht. Besonders ärgerlich war die extreme Hellhörigkeit. Man konnte jedes Geräusch aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören und teilweise Gespräche Wort für Wort verstehen. An erholsamen Schlaf war dadurch kaum zu denken. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse ist das aus unserer Sicht schlicht nicht akzeptabel. Auch der Service im Garten war enttäuschend. Obwohl mehrere Mitarbeiter anwesend waren, wurden wir nicht angesprochen und mussten unsere Getränke selbst holen. Beim Check-out wurden wir nicht einmal gefragt, wie uns der Aufenthalt gefallen hat.

A classic hotel room, predictable and with decent amenities (mini bar, some toiletries, very good bed, small table). It is small but comfortable. Location is great if you need to take a train, not so much if going into the center everyday. Staff were accommodating although a bit too informal at times.

The room was sandwiched between the noisy train station and the noisy street. For the hefty price one would expect a cleaner and more luxurious feeling, and a gym. In the country of espresso culture, a proper coffee machine in the room would be more appropriate, rather than instant coffee…

Os funcionários do hotel são muito receptivos e preocupados com o bem-estar dos clientes. Devo elogiar especialmente as recepcionistas Irene e Alexsandra. Também achei o café da manhã muito bom. A localização é boa, pois fica em frente à estação de trem e chega-se rapidamente ao centro histórico, caminhando através das arcadas. Linda caminhada.

Para mim, a referência dos hotéis Mercure é o Hotel Mercure de Salvador Bahia (no Rio Vermelho). Bologna merece ter um hotel do mesmo nível. Os quartos precisam ser modernizados e ter adaptação dos móveis ao tamanho do ambiente. O banheiro é bastante pequeno e há falta de estruturas para pendurar as toalhas e também locais para colocar os produtos de higiene. Mudamos de quarto porque a água saia do box para o chão do banheiro. Os funcionários do hotel prontamente nos ajudaram a mudar de quarto.

Excelente localização, em frente a Estação Bolonha Central. Cerca de 20min de caminhada ao centro, fomos num domingo super tranquilo. Instalações moderna, limpo, sossegado e o staff muito atencioso. Restaurante próximos. O nosso caso, foram 2 dias e atendeu super bem as nossas necessidades. Recomendo!

The bed was very large. The bathroom was also well equipped and comfortable. The location is fantastic. There are places to get food downstairs. The train station is just across the road. There is also a supermarket across the street. The reception area is modern and very beautiful. The room was cleaned on time. We were allowed early check in which we were very grateful for.

We zochten een centraal hotel op doorreis over Bologna. Dit hotel ligt tegenover het station en binnen 20 minuten wandelen van het historische centrum. Na charmante italiaanse accommodaties is het heerlijk om even te genieten van een goed bed en moderne badkamer.

Er is geen koffieapparaat, wel een waterkoker.

Locatie, nette ruime kamer, op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden. Goed uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet!

Airco maakte veel lawaai

Location is right in front of train station. Perfect if traveling by train. Also hotel has a big private garden, perfect if you are with dog. Also everything in mini bar was complementary. Very nice to have some cool drinks.

The staff were very welcoming and kind, it was a perfect location to the station, mins to the airport shuttle. The walking distance to the centre was easy, close to the big market on a Saturday and food around us as great. The breakfast at property was good too.

We had a lot of issues with the drainage on the shower. We had to get someone to mop it up as it flooded the bathroom

The hotel was lovely, in a perfect location across from the train station and within easy walking distance to the centre of Bologna. From our arrival, when we were greeted warmly at reception, to our departure we were treated kindly and courteously by every member of staff. We only wished we had been staying longer.

Perfect location for Bologna if arriving by plane or train. Exceptionally helpful staff, who were really attentive. Nice breakfast options with an option to eat outside.

Access to rooms involved going up and down additional steps - not ideal for people with limited mobility, and a little annoying with a heavy bag.

Great location beside the train station and about 20 mins walk through the porticos from the city centre. We had interconnecting rooms for us and our teenage chikdren, providing plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, towels were large and fluffy and staff were friendly and welcoming.

Расположение удачное для приезжающих на вокзал, но до центра придется прогуляться минут 15. Можно делать свежевыжатые соки самому на завтрак. Воду в номер приносят столько, сколько попросишь. Персонал вежливый в целом.

Отель обшарпанный, как в общественных пространствах, так и в номерах. Не верьте слову renovated в названии некоторых номеров. Если и была реновация, то очень давно. В ванной облупившая штукатурка свисает с потолка, светильники в ванной заклеены замазанным краской малярным скотчем, стены обшарпанные чужими чемоданами, пол потертый. Окна балкона с видом на вокзал кажется не мыли никогда, и уж точно не мыли перед нашим заселением. В общественных пространствах ковролин выглядит, как будто на нем только вчера закончилась пьяная вечеринка, весь в пятнах непонятного происхождения, зеркала в лифтах треснутые и заклеены скотчем. На reception пытались списать стоимость за 3 ночи, хотя накануне меняли бронирование на 2 ночи. Только с третьей попытки и консультаций с главным менеджером удалось объяснить, что они не правы. На завтраке постоянно что-то заканчивается, хотя приходили рано, и никто не приносит замену, если специально не попросить. Сами завтраки простоваты. Переночевать одну ночь можно, но не более того. От сетевого отеля ждешь немного больше.

The beds were comfortable.

We reserved a Privileged Family room for extra comfort. We felt there was an overall management weakness regarding housekeeping and maintenance: in terms of a lack of thorough dusting, a lack of instructions for the safe, a nonfunctional room telephone line (We had to use our cell phone to contact the hotel's public phone number to communicate with reception, room service, and housekeeping), and although the minibar was free, we were offered only one bottle of water per day, which was not enough at all for our needs. Finally, the room lacked a proper wardrobe.
