Nur, dass das Hotel über eine Garage verfügt.

Wir haben ein altes, verwohntes Zimmer erhalten. in diesem Deluxe Doppelzimmer gab es nur für eine Person ein Nachttisch mit Lampe, auf der anderen Seite war der Tisch wohl kaputt und nicht ersetzt worden. Der Teppich und die Möbel "gruselig". Der sogenannte Balkon war ein dreckiger Ort ohne Sitzgelegenheiten oder ähnliches. Im Badezimmer war die Dusche defekt, etc. etc. Nach Reklamation haben wir ab dem 2. Tag ein etwas besseres Zimmer erhalten. Wir gehen davon aus, dass Booking.com Kunden, Kunden 2. Wahl sind und die schlechtesten Zimmer erhalten. Egal was gebucht worden ist. Nur reklamieren und drohen kann evtl. etwas ändern.

Ein beeindruckendes Tophotel. Wir bekamen ein sehr großes, absolut ruhiges und mit allem Komfort ausgesttatetes Zimmer. Das ganze Haus ist äußerst geräumig, außerordentlich stilvoll mit wertvollem Mobiliar ausgestattet und mit einer besonders angenehmen Atmosphäre. Die Mitarbeiter agieren dort freundlich und sehr professionell. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ein Erlebnis. Ein wunderschöner, riesengroßer aber doch gemütlicher Frühstücksraum mit einer Auswahl an Köstlichkeiten läßt keine Wünsche offen.

Everything! Old school luxury that’s super clean and worth and money. The breakfast was astonishingly large, catering for all, super attentive staff, underground car park, and even got a free upgrade to a suite. Probably our best stay in Italy over an 8 days period and 5 hotels.

The location was great and the room fabulous. The breakfast was awesome.

A group came in the room next to us at 2 am yelling and screaming for over an hour!

The hotel did not quite live up to my expectations. The guy at reception seemed very unhappy to see us and made it quite obvious, which created a negative first impression. The rest of the staff were nice and friendly. The room looked tired and smelled of dust. It had black, dirty spots on the walls around the sockets and ventilation. The bedding was the biggest disappointment. The pillows were very uncomfortable. Instead of a proper duvet, they used a blanket placed between two separate sheets. I found this quite unhygienic, as the blanket itself is not washed between guests, while only the sheets are changed. Obviously, as the blanket is not fixed between sheets, it moves, and in the end you have a dirty blanket near your face. We asked to change this, but they do not have alternatives. The plaster in the bathroom crumbled from the ceiling. Impressions about the food were also not ideal. The omelette did not taste good. Cakes were delicious, and I liked the local honey. Overall, the room and bedding definitely need some improvement.

Designul hotelului este remarcabil prin multitudinea de oglinzi care te înconjoară oriunde te afli. Micul dejun a fost fabulos și din belșug. Personalul foarte amabil.

Nu am ceva de care să fii nemulțumit.

- Buenas ubicación. - Estilo un poco antiguo pero muy bien cuidado, ideal para el que le gusta el estilo "barroco". - Desayuno, suficiente.

Pagar un suplemento por comer una tortilla francesa de más de 10 euros. El entorno del hotel es un poco complicado, se nota que no está en el centro historico, aunque sí muy cerca.

Kommunikation mit der Rezeption zum Thema Restaurant im Hotel passte nicht. Wegen 'ferragosto' war das Restaurant "The Spoon" während unseres Audenthaltes geschlossen. Erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurde mitgeteilt, dass das 'kleine' Restaurant jedoch geöffnet war. Leider war während ferragosto auch keine Laundry verfügbar.

Guter Service, angefangen bei der Abnahme des Gepäcks bei der Ankunft. Schöner Aufenthaltsbereich in Lobby und Bar. Das Auto war in der hoteleigenen Garage sicher abgestellt. Ruhige Lage, in 15 Minuten zu Fuß an der Piazza Nettuno.

Vorsicht Tourismusabgabe von €6,50 pro Person wird extra verrechnet ist im Preis nicht inclusive! Ist allerhöchstens im Inserat nirgends wo erwähnt! Finde ich merkwürdig

Suite was so spacious - room 201. - Usually we choose a very contemporary, minimalist look hotel but we did embrace the grandeur of this property. - no noise from rooms/corridors at all

Appreciate the decor as being in a ‘Grand’ style and thought it exceptional in public areas. However :- - The valance or skirt around bed was dated and took away from the opulence of the room. - I could also suggest that the window valances be removed but that may be a bit too far for your interior designer! - However the cover over a tv table in bedroom needs to be removed and tv mounted on wall. - For me the grand, traditional style you have can mix well with a contemporary look in some areas. - There were marks on tiles in bathroom as well as a large score mark across 2 tiles. - Right tap at hand basin was damaged, needs to be replaced Was surprised no robes were provided.

Bardzo ładnie i gustownie urządzony pokój. W łazience była wanna. Wygodne łóżko. Na pokój była bezpłatnie 1 butelka wody. W pokoju jest czajnik i lodówka.

Śniadanie przeciętne. Jajka na miękko, omlet czy wyciskany sok dodatkowo płatne. Z ciepłych dań dostępna była tylko jajecznica z proszku, bekon, kiełbaski i pancake. Na całą salę śniadaniową były tylko dwa ekspresy do kawy. Aby zrobić sobie kawę trzeba było stać w kolejce. W pokoju brakowało kapci i szlafroków.

Located in a sketchy area and the outside does not match the interior. Our room was very nice however the outside looks like a motel 6

This was a return visit after a few days away and we were upgraded to a suite. The living room was enormous and the bedroom and bathroom extremely spacious. Comfort was top level.

Conoscevo la struttura da tempo. Hotel di buon livello, vicino alla stazione e al centro città. Camere molto grandi, letti confortevoli. Tutto pulito. Colazione ricca e abbondante.

Camere un po’ datate. Bagni buoni ma non recenti. Tenda per la doccia sopra la vasca :( Mancanza di prese per ricaricare cellulare vicino al letto e anche di prese di nuova generazione USB.

Bon hôtel même si un peu vieillot. Il est situé à 10 minutes du centre.

Certaines choses pourrait être rénovés comme notre lavabo qui était descendu et laissait un joint de 2 cm!

Ótima localização, muito bonito, aconchegante e perfumado!

Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut - das Zimmer in der zweiten Etage war klassisch eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt.

Allerdings gab es vom Zimmer keine Aussicht, der Balkon war beängstigend mit Mauern eng umschlossen, was eine beklemmende Atmosphäre geschaffen hat.

The hotel was extremely spacious and the restaurant had a lovely ambience. Good choice of continental breakfast, although the hot food choice was a bit limited.

A better choice of hot food at breakfast would have been welcome.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr angenehmes Personal, Tiefgarage auch mit V-Klasse nutzbar. Preislich mehr als angemessen.

Schöne große und gut ausgestatte Zimmer. Gute Lage. Alles ist zu Fuß zu gut erreichbar. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Parkhaus bzw. Garage sind vorhanden und werden überwacht.

Was pleasant and good value for the money paid. Room was large enough with good balcony and had a pleasant restaurant service, and also a good breakfast.

Ótima localização, bem perto da estação de trem e relativamente perto dos principais pontos turísticos. O ambiente é muito agradável, realmente um hotel de qualidade. O atendimento foi ótimo e conseguimos entrar antes do nosso horário de check-in previsto. O quarto era bem grande e equipado com tudo o que precisávamos.

A cama do nosso quarto era um pouco dura.

Frühstücksbüffet sehr reichhaltig, wird ständig nachgelegt. Hatten als Upgrade eine Suite erhalten, mega!! Vom Hotel ist sie Innenstadt von Bologna gut fußläufig zu erreichen und absolut empfehlenswert!

Parkgarage ist sehr groß, allerdings auch nicht günstig (Tag.24 bis 28 €)

Etablissement rococo de prime abord, mais parfaitement entretenu, très confortable. accueil très pro et sympathique du parking à la réception. Chambre spacieuse, literie très confortable, produits d'hygiène et de confort dans la salle de bain, au top. l'hôtel de trouve près de la gare et l'accès au parking est facile, hors zone ztl , mais un peu excentré lorsqu'à la fin de la journée la fatigue se fait ressentir, mais c'est un détail.

Tout est parfait dans cet hôtel luxueux : la chambre est spacieuse et d’une grande propreté. Les lits sont si confortables qu’ils permettent un bon repos et sommeil après des journées à arpenter les rues de Bologne. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, riche et très varié. Le bar au lobby est très appréciable (délicieux apérol spritz). Le personnel est affable, poli et très aidant. Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel pour un séjour à Bologne. J’y retournerai certainement un jour.

An ambiance that reminds on the high time of Grand Hotels, a journey in time with all modern comfort.

The hotel is charming and well maintained. It was in the prefect location from the train station and we were able to just walk over in 7minutes. The staff were incredible! So friendly and accommodating. They even help me book a car service for when we were leaving the hotel via email before I arrived for my stay. The breakfast was fantastic too.

Having read the mixed reviews, we still booked and thank goodness we did. Our experience was the initial welcome message, through check in, during our stay and the check out procedure was faultless. Very welcoming and friendly staff - reception, concierge, bar and cleaning. Luxury surroundings. Ok they are not the minimalist modern style that we see in so many hotels these days. If you are looking for a classy and quality accommodation, this is it. The rooms and corridors were spotless and beautifully decorated. Ample provisions and spacious rooms. Loved the mirrors everywhere. Beautiful cocktails served in the bar. Lovely bathroom with great shower pressure and hot water. Plenty of seating areas in the hotel if you don’t want to stay in the room. Excellent location with close walking distance from the main station and 15 minutes easy walk to the beautiful city attractions.

We had a fantastic outside space but no seating. Appreciate that this is a massive hotel going through refurbishment but a seating area and some plants would really add value on the patio area.

En general está bastante bien el hotel. Las instalaciones, habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas, un buen desayuno, impecable en limpieza.

La ubicación puede ser lo más negativo. Está cerca del área de la estación y la gente que rodea esa área, sobre todo al atardecer o de noche, refleja un entorno de inseguridad. La verdad es que no tuvimos ninguna incidencia, pero hay mucho inmigrante desarrapado en la zona que presenta síntomas de mal estado físico y psíquico y que genera alguna inquietud.
